Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe "Historical and Empirical: The Influence Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) as a Joint Venture on the Principle of Brotherhood on Village Economic Independence". Respondents to this study were BUMDes administrators and the people of Nggembe Village, Bolo District, Bima Regency, totaling 47 people. The research instruments are questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research in terms of the history of the establishment of BUMDE are venture entities whose main motive is not solely seeking economic profit, but rather community-based empowerment activities by utilizing village potential so that they have added economic value based on the spirit of joint on the principle of brotherhood. Empirically, BUMDes as a joint venture on the principle of kinship has a significant and positive effect on village economic independence. The managerial implications of this research are that the implementation of a joint business on the principle of kinship through the business partnership movement developed by BUMDEs is a major factor in success in business management.

Abstract

Walking and balance disorders are the most common causes of falls in the elderly and often lead to injury and disability, Gait and balance disorders are usually multifactorial and require a comprehensive examination to determine contributing factors and appropriate interventions. Most of the gait changes that occur in the elderly are related to underlying medical conditions, walking and balance disorders should not be viewed simply as inevitable consequences of aging. Early identification of gait and balance disorders and determination of appropriate interventions can prevent dysfunction and loss of independence. This community service is carried out in Gowa Regency,  South Sulawesi Province. The intervention  given to the elderly is to provide and teach how to carry out dual task exercise interventions  in postural control, carry out health promotion and empowerment of cadres are given in the right way and carried out continuously  to improve the gait and balance of the elderly in Gowa Regency

Abstract

Educational process is acceleration of the globalization of technology education system that demands to be able to collaborate as a new era of educational development, especially in the supervision of learning, for supervised learning the technique, especially in supervising classroom must adjustments to the way in providing surveillance technology utilizing information technologybased teaching. This study focuses on how to design an application system supervisory class visits and how to test its performance. The goal this application is to be supervision media to effective supervisor, and to efficient supervisor duty to supervision to madrasah at Banda Aceh. This study using methods of descriptive, evaluative, and experimental, as study materials, the data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation are analyzed descriptively by means of inductive thinking. While the methods used in building applications system design is based on a structured approach is by using the waterfall method, a tool for designing applications in the form of Map Data Flow and Data Flow Diagram. While supporting software uses Microsoft Excel as a spreadsheet application program that is familiar among the data processing and calculation reports. Based on the results of the development through the design and testing of application programs on a madrasah classroom supervision in Banda Aceh, the results showed: 1) Development of application program supervision to the madrasah classes in Banda Aceh has been through a series of software engineering process from design to testing in accordance with the needs of supervisors in evaluating the quality of teaching and learning processes of teachers; 2) the performance of the overall application program can work in accordance with their respective functions that can help supervisors, fast, precise, and accurate.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of using authentic materials on students’ reading comprehension. The participants were 26 first-grade students of SMPN 2 Lasusua. The research employed a classroom action research (CAR) design, conducted over two cycles. Data were collected through reading comprehension tests administered at the end of each cycle. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ reading comprehension after the implementation of authentic materials. The average scores increased from 55.12 in Cycle 1 to 71.20 in Cycle 2. Analysis of test results indicated that students showed notable progress particularly in identifying main ideas, suggesting enhanced cognitive engagement and understanding. The findings imply that integrating authentic materials in the reading instruction can effectively enhance students’ comprehension skills and support a more meaningful learning experience. This study provides practical implications for EFL teachers in designing reading activities that promote comprehension and engagement through authentic content

Abstract

This research to studying the results showed that The role of modeling of teachers of Islamic Education in the character building starts on the students include Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma’arif Bilae Kecamatan Awangpone in Bone Regency.The type of research used is qualitative with the research approach used is religious, phenomenological, pedagogic, and sociological approach. The data sources of this study consist of teachers PAI, Principal, Vice principal of student, supervisors extracurricular activities, and learners. Furthermore, data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, the technique of analysis and interpretation of research data using Miles and Huberman analysis model through three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and data validity testing. The results showed that The role of modeling of teachers of Islamic Education in the character building starts on the students include; a) program (group learning system); b) program (night prayer / duha); and c) Tadarrus and rote program of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional adalah suatu pendekatan kepemimpinan yang fokus pada pengembangan dan pemberdayaan bawahan melalui inspirasi, motivasi, dan peningkatan kesadaran akan tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Sengkang. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen penelitian, dan analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif/statistik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terbagi atas analisis deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Sementara untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional di SMP Negeri 1 Sengkang dinilai cukup baik, dengan nilai rata-rata 178,41, menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tersebut memberikan dorongan dan keterlibatan yang memadai terhadap guru-guru di sekolah. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menegaskan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Sengkang.

Abstract

The research focuses on understanding the procedural intricacies and symbolic meanings embedded in the Nosafiraka Ngana Ri Toya tradition within the Kaili Doi Tribe. The primary objective is to comprehend the ritualistic nuances of the Nosafiraka Ri Toya tradition and articulate the significance of its symbolic elements. This qualitative study adopts a descriptive approach, employing methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions for data verification. The research reveals a five-stage process in the Nosafiraka Ngana Ri Toya tradition, elucidating the meanings associated with symbols at each stage.

Abstract

Masih rendahnya pengetahun dan literasi masyarkat terhadap keuangan syariah, membutuhkan upaya untuk terus dilakukan sosialisasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi peran ekonomi syariah untuk pemulihan ekonomi di masa pandemi pandemi covid-19 sebagai upaya respon akan keadaan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menguraikan dan mengenalkan konsep dari ekonomi syariah, serta upaya yang dapat dikembangkan dari ekonomi syariah dalam menghadapi pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan beberapa persiapan, dan tahapan-tahapan sehingga dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini webinar ini masyarakat lebih mengenal konsep ekonomi syariah, serta kekuatan dan keadilan dalam ekonomi syariah khususnya di masa pandemi covid-19. Peserta juga mengetahui sektor-sektor yang terkena dampak akibat pandemi covid-19, dan bentuk peran dari ekonomi syariah dalam keadaan tersebut. Abstract

The skill of Sepak sila is one of the basic techniques in the game of takraw. The focus of this research is extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. The problem is the lack of variation in pair training. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an impact of variations in pair training on the sepak sila skills of the takraw extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. The term "quantitative research using experimental methods" refers to a method for determining, under controlled conditions, how one treatment affects another treatment. In SMA Negeri 1 Palopo there are 25 male students who take part in takraw extracurricular activities. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling method, meaning that each student will be included in the research sample based on the special considerations of the researcher. SPSS application program version 23 is used for data analysis methods. With a t = count 22.733, this value is greater than t = table 2.059 or t = count 22.733 > t = table 2.059, and the result is sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that there were variations in pair training for students' sepak sila skills in the extracurricular sepak takraw at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. This shows that variations in pair training have a significant effect on the sepak sila skills of the takraw extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Palopo. 059 or t = count 22.733 > t = table 2.059, and the result is sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that there were variations in pair training for students' sepak sila in the extracurricular sepak takraw at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo.
