Abstract

This study makes use of a case study, which is research done directly to gather more precise data, and the outcomes of the research are solely related to the item under examination. To determine the effect of each variable on an individual variable, the data analysis in this study employs dynamic analysis, i.e., analyzing the ratios between accounts contained in the financial statements over multiple periods, also known as cooperative ratio analysis using liquidity ratio analysis. Good management of cash, receivables, and working capital helps maintain cooperative liquidity simultaneously. This is demonstrated by the findings of ratio analysis and the fact that each variable has a substantial effect on cooperative liquidity. In this study, the authors suggest that cooperatives continue to enhance member services and reduce the age of accounts receivable to prevent uncollectible accounts and bad debts.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there is no doubt about its biological results. To guarantee its food ingredients, Indonesia is also known for its biological source, namely rice. Rice is one of the main staple foods and is mandatory for Indonesians. Food is also something that is either processed or unprocessed, which is specifically designated as food and drink for human consumption. Based on research by the Food Security Agency (2018) which states that districts/cities can be classified into 6 groups for food and nutrition security based on the severity and causes of food and nutrition security, namely priority 1 (high food insecurity), priority 2 (food insecurity). medium), priority 3 (low food insecurity), priority 4 (low food security), priority 5 (medium food security) and priority 6 (high food security). This study looks directly at the production and income of partner rice and non-partner farmers in Deli Serdang Regency. By using income analysis, it is known that the partnership in increasing the production and income of the rice business. Partnerships are able to improve the bargaining position of farmers through obtaining higher prices and market certainty.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology today requires a business strategy in sales as the spearhead of a business that is increasingly leading to the mastery and use of technology. In order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic, SMEs making kitchen knives Hadipolo Kudus Regency as partners must be able to take advantage of technological developments by doing online business (e-business). Today, many business practitioners and academics believe that a new economic paradigm has been born. some call it e-economy, while others prefer to use terms such as internet economy, digital economy, new economy, and so on. The development of e-business and the use of internet technology significantly improve the way companies interact with customers and suppliers. Well-developed and used e-business strategies and tools have a positive impact on business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kualitas kinerja sdm (human resource) terhadap perusahaan CV Talafun Nisa yang bergerak bidang jasa kontruksi. Dimana bentuk kepuasan kerja hingga kualitas sdm-nya tidak selalu konsisten, sering terjadinya pergantian pekerja dikarenakan kualitas pekerja yang menurun bahkan tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang diterapkan yang menyebabkan terjadinya pergantian tenaga kerja terus menerus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil pada variable kepuasan kerja (6,446 > 1,678) memberikan hasil dimana kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerjaa, dan variable kualitas sdm (5,484 > 1,678) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja, dan hasil dari koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 83% variable kepuasan kerja dan kualitas sdm memberikan sebuah kontribusi yang besar terhadap kualitas kinerja di dalam perusahaan dan menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja hingga kualitas sdm memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif sehingga kepuasan kerja dan kualitas sdm mampu memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kualitas kinerja perusahaan. Semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja di dalam ruang lingkup bekerja maka akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja di CV Talafun Nisa dan semakin tinggi kualitas sdm-nya maka akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja di CV Talafun Nisa
