Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Financial Management Practices, Internal Control Systems, Human Resource Competence and Information Technology Utilization on the quality of financial reports partially and simultaneously. To examine the influence of Financial Management Practices, Internal Control Systems, Human Resources Competence and Information Technology Utilization on the Quality of Financial Statements partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sample method or census. There are 47 questionnaires that can come up. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 20.0. The results showed that the variables partially affect the quality of financial management practices and human resource competencies and the variables of control systems and the use of information technology had no effect on the quality of financial reports. However, simultaneously Financial Management Practices, Internal Control Systems, Human Resources Competence and Utilization of Information Technology affect the quality of financial reports. This research helps that it is necessary to hold a training program for mosque administrators in order to increase the competence of human resources and to improve the quality of mosque financial reports, besides that the mosque must support the existence of information technology at the mosque so that it can make the mosque more updated or can always be accessed by congregation. And with that the financial reports will automatically be of higher quality.Keywords: Competence of human resources, financial management practices, internal control systems, quality of financial statements, utilization of information technology

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resource performance depends on factors that are influenced by the job satisfaction they receive and feel from an organization. The satisfaction and dissatisfaction felt by employees in carrying out their duties is something that always exists in an organization. The purpose and benefits of the research as a result of the internship carried out by the author is that the company can be better in the future and maximize aspects of company employee satisfaction in order to create work comfort and performance productivity and their employees will be better and maximized for the PT. Abstract

Communication strategy is an important element in a communication process, including in customer credit services by customer loan services at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) TBK KC Medan. This is a fundamental element in order to achieve effective communication in the credit service process for customers. The study used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy is very important and is always considered in the service of the customer loan service at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) TBK KC Medan. The communication strategy applied is aimed at achieving communication effectiveness. The stages of the communication strategy are carried out through four stages, namely the stage of knowing the audience, determining the message, determining the method, and selecting and selecting media. All these stages are carried out by the customer loan service staff of Bank BTN KC Medan in order to achieve maximum communication and service effectiveness for customers.

Abstract

Sejak awal tahun 2020 dunia digemparkan oleh kehadiran wabah virus covid-19. Di Indonesia sendiri virus covid-19 menyebar mulai dari awal Maret 2020. Industri pariwisata Indonesia menghadapi berbagai masalah, tantangan dan hambatan di tingkat global maupun nasional. Seperti halnya di Desa Kuala Indah yang merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki destinasi pariwisata yaitu Wisata Alam Datuk. Wisata Alam Datuk adalah sebuah pantai yang terletak di Desa Kuala Indah, Kecamatan Sei Suka, Kabupaten Batubara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2021, tepatnya di Desa Kuala Indah, Kecamatan Sei Suka, Kabupaten Batubara. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik analisis data yaitu deskripsi kualitatif melalui beberapa teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adanya covid-19 ini sangat mempengaruhi sektor Wisata Alam Datuk yang berdampak pada lintas pelaku ekonomi. Seperti berdagang di lokasi Wisata Alam Datuk yang dalam hal ini seharusnya dapat membantu kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat Kuala Indah melalui sektor pariwisatanya. Namun para pedagang diharuskan untuk menutup usahanya dan pengelola pariwisata harus mengurangi skema gaji para karyawannya dalam masa pandemi ini. Dengan adanya beberapa kebijakan dari pemerintah seperti new normal dan kebijakan lainnya yang diterapkan dan diharapkan dapat menstabilkan keadaan ekonomi kembali.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Desa Sidoharjo-1 Pasar Miring telah dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini diperkenalkan oleh organisasi Tani kepada mahasiswa KKN Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara yang ada di Desa Sidoharjo-1 Pasar Miring dalam pembuatan pupuk organik dari bahan hasil alam. Karena banyaknya yang belum mengetahui manfaat dari hasil alam seperti batang pepaya, toge, mengkudu, labu, buah maja dan lainnya yang dapat diolah menjadi pupuk organik. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini ada beberapa tahapan yaitu, sosialisasi, ceramah, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi oleh ketua Tani. Kesimpulan pada kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat dan ini bahwa masyarakat dan mahasiswa KKN khususnya dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keahlian dalam mengolah hasil alam sebagai rupiah, masyarakat bisa melestarikan lingkungan dengan memakai pupuk organik dan memperoleh produksi tambahan dari pemasaran pupuk organik.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Adapun tujuan peneltitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktualisasi diri dan gaya hidup hangout terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kalamera coffee space pada generasi millenial Kota Medan. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penentuan besar sampel dengan rumus roscoe sehingga terdapat 90 responden dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability dengan purposive sampling dimana kriteria sampel dalam penelitian yaitu pengunjung kalamera yang sudah melakukan pembelian minimal satu kali dengan rentang usia 15-37 tahun. Teknik analisis data memakai analisis linier berganda melalui bantuan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan aktualisasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Gaya hidup hangout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian, aktualisasi diri dan gaya hidup hangout berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kalamera Coffee space pada generasi millenial Kota Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktualisasi diri dan gaya hidup hangout dapat menjadi salah satu alasan utama seseorang memutuskan melakukan pembelian terhadap produk yang ada di Kalamera Coffee Space. Saran dari penelitian ini bagi pengelola Kalamera adalah memperhatikan variabel gaya hidu dan aktualisasi diri agar terjadi peningkatan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The Role of Leadership in Improving Employee Performance is very important in improving employee performance in an organization or company. Everything related to the progress and success of an organization can only be carried out by the intervention or ideas of a leader. The role of a leader can be known through his success in achieving organizational goals.Work motivation: basically motivation is more focused on how to arouse the desire in an employee to want to work productively for the sake of create what has been set. Supardi and Anwar (2004:47) say that 'Motivation is a state in a person's personality that drives an individual's desire to carry out certain activities to achieve goals.Performance: is the result of work achieved by a person based on the responsibilities given to him good performance is important for the company and the employees themselves. Increased employee performance can be used as a consideration for companies to develop human resources and by increasing employee performance, it will also have an impact on company stability in the process of achieving set goals. Good performance achievement must be supported by employees who have high work motivation and discipline to improve the abilities of these employees. So that employees will be able to work according to the skills and abilities they have and produce satisfactory performance for the company. For this reason, work motivation and work discipline have a close bond with the performance of employees in a company or organization.

Abstract

In this generation Z era, business actors are starting to have a lot of interest in the culinary realm, one of which is the contemporary café which is conceptualized in such a way as to be attractive and right at the target market. The main target market for these business actors is teenagers to adults, but the café concept is made in such a way that it can also be enjoyed by those who want to bring their families. In building a business we have to prepare various things, especially the operational system and business management. A good operational and management system can determine the success and effectiveness of the company's work.

Abstract

Traditional performance management has weaknesses and is no longer suitable for business organizations to enter into very tight competition in the global market. Traditional performance management must be abandoned and replaced by implementing a new performance management. Performance management improvements are carried out on an ongoing basis to deliver the best performance of employees, teams and organizations. In order to achieve the effectiveness of performance management, business organizations need to develop supervision in improving performance management. Abstract

This study aims to analyze service quality and product quality at UD stores. Ulfa Husna Jaya on customer satisfaction in buying and selling transactions for building and agricultural equipment in Dah Village, Rundeng District, Subulussalam City, Aceh. This research is a quantitative research, namely research using data in the process of completion, the characteristics of this research are researchers functioning as the main instrument in data collection. This study uses methods such as data analysis, interviews, and observation. The results of the data will be explained based on the findings in the field. And the method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely the author conveys facts and phenomena by describing the results obtained in the field. The results of the t test (Partial Test) show that service quality has a partial and significant effect on customer satisfaction in buying and selling transactions of building and agricultural equipment. Then, based on the test results, it shows that service quality and product quality have a simultaneous or joint and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the buying and selling of building and agricultural equipment.
