Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik di kelas XII IPA SMA Bina Utama Pontianak pada pelajaran fisika. Tujuan dari survei ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi profil kesalah pahaman peserta didik, serta melihat antara peserta didik kelompok tinggi, kelompok sedang, dan kelompok rendah apakah terjadi perbedaan miskonsepsi. Penelitian ini berupa deskriptif jenis survey. Dengan sampel sebanyak 48 peserta didik diperoleh melalui metode pengambilan sampling jenuh. Instrument pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes diagnostik 4 tingkat dengan 3 alternatif jawaban bermodel pilihan ganda disertai alasan tertutup dan telah diuji reliabilitasnya, sebesar 0,472 serta validitas isi sebesar 0,671 dan validitas bahasa sebesar 0,656. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peserta didik mengalami miskonsepsi terkait konsep listrik statis. Bentuk-bentuk miskonsepsi yang sering dilakukan peserta didik seperti: jumlah proton dan electron yang dimiliki dua buah benda yang diam berbeda, arah medan listrik selalu menjauhi sumber muatan negatif dan mendekati sumber positif, besar gaya tarik atau tolak antara dua muatan berbanding lurus dengan kuadrat jarak. Pada hasil analisis chi-square diantara kelompok tinggi, kelompok sedang, dan kelompok rendah tidak terjadi perbedaan miskonsepsi pada materi listrik statis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and perceived risk on user trust and intention to use a paylater service among Generation Z in Jakarta. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling, and the data were analysed through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the AMOS software. Primary data were collected through an online Likert-scale questionnaire with a sample of 250 respondents. The research results show that perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on both user trust and intention to use. Furthermore, perceived security has a significant positive effect on user trust. On the other hand, perceived security has a significant effect but with a negative direction, which is inconsistent with the initial hypothesis regarding intention to use. Meanwhile, perceived risk also proves to have a significant effect but with a positive direction, contrary to the initial hypothesis regarding user trust. However, perceived risk does not show a significant effect on intention to use. Additionally, user trust also demonstrates a significant positive effect on intention to use.
