Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of female madrasah principals in education management, especially in the Ibtidaiyah madrasah environment. Qualitative research methods were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis in 13 districts of South Kalimantan province. The research focused on women's leadership roles in leveraging resources, building collaboration with the community, planning the curriculum, and utilizing technology in learning management. The results show that female madrasah principals play a key role in leveraging madrasah resources, building collaboration with the community, planning a responsive curriculum, and utilizing technology to improve learning. They are also active in developing an inclusive work culture, implementing effective supervision strategies, and creating open communication and active engagement within the madrasah environment. The findings provide an overview of the importance of women's leadership roles in managing education, confirming their contribution to creating an inclusive, innovative, and sustainable learning environment.

Abstract

Kerajaan Turki merupakan penakluk elit yang mampu menyatukan iman, budaya dan bahasa dari sebuah wilayah yang lebih luas dari kerajaan Romawi serta untuk jumlah penduduk yang lebih besar. Sebagai bangsa nomadik dengan pola hidup sederhana, mereka memiliki moralitas yang tidak terbiasa dengan hal-hal negatif, fisik yang kuat, trampil dalam berperang dan memiliki watak pemberani,  sehingga dengan mudah dapat melangkah berjuang menjaga dan mempertahankan kekuasaan  dari serangan musuh. Sehingga militer Turki mampu menaklukan banyak wilayah, baik di negara belahan timur maupun di belahan barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di SDN Paring Guling Kecamatan Bungur Kabupaten Tapin. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan anak didik di SDN Paring Guling Kecamatan Bungur Kabupaten Tapin. Sedangkan objeknya adalah peranan Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter anak didik di SDN Paring Guling Kecamatan Bungur Kabupaten Tapin. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan 3 macam teknik yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan kesimpulan menggunakan metode induktif, yaitu memaparkan dari temuan yang bersifat khusus menjadi suatu kesimpulan yang umum.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Paring Guling Kecamatan Bungur Kabupaten Tapin sudah cukup baik, meskipun pada prosesnya sewaktu-waktu masih dijumpai kesulitan dikarenakan tingkat kecerdasan dan kecakapan anak didik yang berbeda-beda dalam proses penerimaannya. Namun usaha pihak sekolah khususnya pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah menjalankan perannya semaksimal mungkin dalam setiap kegiatannya di sekolah dalam rangka pembentukan karakter di SDN Paring Guling Kecamatan Bungur Kabupaten Tapin. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Karakter dan SDN Paring Guling

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences between religious education at the school and university levels, focusing on the curriculum, sources of religious knowledge, and the role of media in shaping students' religious understanding. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing document analysis and interviews with students at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) in Banjarmasin. The findings reveal that university-level religious education in Islamic studies deepens students' understanding of religious concepts, emphasizing moral and spiritual aspects. The study also highlights the pivotal role of parents in instilling religious values from an early age and the significant influence of social media, with Ustadz Adi Hidayat being a popular religious figure among students. Moreover, ULM students predominantly possess a textualist scripturalist understanding of religious diversity, primarily focusing on exoteric-shariah aspects. The research contributes to discussions on the dynamics of religious education and the diverse sources shaping students' religious knowledge.
