Abstract

This research develop the  settlement mechanism in Real Time Grass Settlement by using Clearinghouse  through serious game. Banks are represented as nodes that settlement process requests, then settled according to the set of simple rules. This research apply Graph mining approach for predicting activity network which will be formed. The result of this research indicate that amount of node are same, more of activity networks between banks hence is more Graph identified. While degree between 0 to 2, the smaller difference of the bank health level, which will forming network, the greater Graph available for identified. While for degree which more than 2 no Graph available for detected, this condition caused of fixed point behavior.  Testing by using l = 0.7,  x started with degradation drastically towards stable value come near 0. l = 1.8,  x started with degradation drastically value towards stable value, but stability value still not yet come  near 0. l = 2.9, x oscillate about fixed point and convergence. Abstract

Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki banyak tradisi dan budaya, juga merupakan wilayah utama pemukiman orang Using dengan identitas budaya yang selalu menghadirkan pandangan stereotipe. Upaya dalam menjaga dan melestarikan kebudayaan dapat dilakukan dua bentuk yaitu: Culture Experience (pelestarian budaya dengan cara terjun langsung ke pengalaman kultural, Culture Knowledge (pelestarian budaya dengan membuat suatu pusat informasi kebudayaan). Kemajuan teknologi informasi terutama media sosisal dan situs terbuka dapat mempopulerkan dan mengenalkan keragaman budaya Using tersebut. Namun upaya mempopulerkan keragaman budaya Using dengan cara tersebut justru juga dapat menjadikan budaya Using yang asli bisa hilang. Hal ini dikarenakan setiap orang dapat mengenalkan budaya Using yang ditemui telah mengalami proses akulturasi dan asimilasi. Agar upaya melestarikan budaya Using dapat dilakukan dengan tanpa mengurangi keaslian budaya tersebut, maka perlunya dikembangkan suatu media yang dapat diakses, juga dapat diisi oleh banyak orang dan dapat dinyatakan keasliannya oleh pakar yang memahami budaya Using tersebut. Media yang kembangkan adalah portal budaya Using yang menggunakan jaringan internet (http://portalusing.cs.unej.ac.id). Agar informasi budaya Using yang akan sebarluaskan tersebut dapat dipercaya dan juga bisa memfilter apakah budaya tersebut telah mengalami akulturasi atau asimilasi, maka diperlukan adanya pakar budaya yang mereview atau memverifikasi informasi budaya yang akan disebarkan.

Abstract

Abstract: Eye Clinic located at bangkalan is a clinic tasked with providing eye healt services to the public. One form of service at the eye clinic is the examination of the patient. To performs the examination, patients are required to wait in line according the queue acquired during the registration. At the eye clinic needed a patient registration system that  can predict the patient examination time so that the patient was not long time to wait the queue in place. This research is to design and build awebbased system of patients registration using C4.5 algorithm to predict The generated software has been tested can predict the patient examination time so that patients can wait the queue at home. Rule is generated by an algorithm C4.5 accuracy value of 65.8% and 34.2%error rate so that the algorithm can be used in patient registration feature.Keywords: C4.5algorithm, the decision tree, Eye Clinic, Registration Information System

Abstract

Tutoring is a process of providing learning assistance to students from elementary school to high school. One of the tutoring institutions in Jember Regency is Griya Belajar Pintar Arrava. Arrava always tries to provide the best services and facilities for its students by providing quality teachers. Qualified teachers can be obtained through a good teacher selection process. However, Arrava's leader, who also serves as a decision maker, always has difficulty in choosing new teachers. Efforts that can be made to overcome these difficulties are by building a decision support system for teacher selection. The decision support system for teacher selection can assist Arrava leaders in selecting qualified teachers by providing applicant recommendations based on the results of system calculations. One method that can be used in the selection of teachers is the Promethee method. Promethee is a method that is able to solve problems in determining the order (priority). Basically the Promethee method compares the scores between alternatives (applicants) based on each criterion, resulting in a more accurate decision. The results of this study indicate that the applicant who is ranked first is Nur Khotimah with a value of 0.362014, the second is Hendra Setiawan with a value of 0.245347, the third is Miftahul Arifin with a value of 0.000833, the fourth is Novi Ekasari with a value of -0.3025, and the fifth is Nurul Azizah with a value of -0.30569.

Abstract

Information systems are now an important part of a government agency. One of the government agencies that have used the information system is Arjasa Village. Arjasa Village has implemented a village service information system website that contains news, history, galleries, and certificate services. The village admin or operator in managing the village information system has several problems. The certificate service feature here is still less flexible in adding or making a certificate because it cannot move paragraphs, sentences, entries in the event of an error in position, and cannot change the certificate that has been printed by residents if there is an error in data entry. The historical feature is requested to be replaced with the village government information feature because it can be filled with village history, vision and mission, village profiles, institutions, and others related to village government. Then the village government wants the transparency feature of village funds or APBDes and features of population management. Therefore, the development of the Arjasa village information system is very necessary. In developing this system, the researcher uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, because RAD is a method used in system development to overcome a condition where the development process uses a short and fast development cycle because the process is divided into several components. that can be reused, so that the developed system can find out the results without waiting a long time. RAD is also very suitable for small scale system development as in this case.

Abstract

Aquaponics is a cultivation method that combines aquaculture and hydroponics which can produce two products, namely plants and fish at a time and on relatively narrow land. The important thing in implementing aquaponics is to maintain water quality so that it remains at the standard of the two products. Automatic water quality control can make it easier for cultivators to maintain water quality more efficiently. Therefore we need an aquaponic water quality control system that focuses on the parameters of dissolved oxygen (DO), total dissolved solids (TDS), and hydrogen power (PH). DO control uses a pump that functions to increase DO levels. TDS control uses a pump that circulates AB mix nutrients to increase TDS and the addition of water volume to lower TDS. PH control uses a pump that circulates PH up and down PH. In its development, the arithmetic method used to process data is fuzzy. The output of this calculation is the duration of time the pump is running. The system is applied to a concrete pond measuring 4 x 1.5 x 1 meter with aquaponic products in the form of 100 fish and 20 cayenne pepper plants.

Abstract

The ornamental koi fish or nishikigoi is one of the ornamental fish that is in great demand because of its beautiful body shape and color, and is believed to bring profits by koi lovers in Indonesia. The ornamental koi fish commodity has succeeded in improving the community's economy and making it an alternative source of income besides rice. Farmers and koi cultivators in the area are formed in farming groups so that their production results are well organized even though the cultivation method used so far is still traditional. There are several difficulties experienced by farmers in analyzing the condition of fish in the koi fish ecosystem, scheduling feeding, and proper maintenance methods according to the type of koi fish. In an effort to increase the effectiveness of feed management, the "AQUA HATCH" application is proposed as a solution that can optimize the analysis of environmental conditions for Koi fish cultivation and develop appropriate feeding schedules. Through this technology, it is hoped that it can increase productivity, reduce the risk of disease, and minimize feed waste. The Koi fish farming environment is very dynamic, and factors such as water temperature, water quality, and meteorological conditions can influence the growth performance of the fish. By implementing the "AQUA HATCH" application, monitoring of these conditions can be done in real-time, enabling more timely decision making. In addition, this application will be equipped with an intelligent feed scheduling feature, considering aspects such as feed type, number of fish, and environmental conditions. Through this program, it is hoped that "WIB KOI Cultivation" can increase operational efficiency, optimizing resource use , and ultimately increase Koi fish production. Apart from that, this research is also directed at contributing to the development of technology in the field of fish cultivation, especially for business actors involved in cultivating Koi fish.

Abstract

Sistem informasi posyandu ibu hamil dapat mengelola data kesehatan ibu hamil yang berkaitan dengan faktor resiko kehamilan. Faktor resiko kehamilan berdasarkan ketentuan Kartu Skor Poedji Rochyati (KSPR) digunakan bidan untuk menentukan resiko kehamilan dengan memberikan skor pada masing-masing parameter. KSPR memiliki kelemahan tidak dapat memberikan skor pada parameter yang belum pasti sehingga jika belum diketahui dengan pasti maka dianggap tidak terjadi. Konsep membaca pola data yang diadopsi dari teknik datamining menggunakan metode klasifikasi naive bayes dapat menjadi alternatif untuk kelemahan KSPR tersebut yaitu dengan mengklasifikasikan resiko kehamilan. Metode naïve bayes menghitung probabilitas parameter tertentu berdasarkan data pada periode sebelumnya yang telah ditentukan sebagai data training, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui resiko kehamilan secara tepat sesuai parameter yang telah diketahui. Metode naïve bayes dipilih karena memiliki tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi daripada metode klasifikasi lainnya. Sistem informasi ini dibangun berbasis website agar dapat diakses secara mudah oleh beberapa posyandu yang berbeda tempat. Sistem dibangun mengadopsi dari model Waterfall. Sistem informasi posyandu ibu hamil dirancang dan dibangun dengan tiga (3) hak akses yaitu admin, bidan dan kader dengan masing-masing fitur yang dapat memudahkan penggunanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi posyandu ibu hamil dengan penerapan klasifikasi resiko kehamilan menggunakan metode naïve bayes, dengan tingkat akurasi ketika menggunakan 17 atribut didapatkan 53.913%, 19 atribut didapatkan 54.348%, , 21 atribut didapatkan 54.783%, dan 22 atribut didapatkan 56.957%. Tingkat akurasi klasifikasi diperoleh menggunakan metode pengujian menggunakan Ten-Fold Cross Validation dimana training set dibagi menjadi 10 kelompok, jika kelompok 1 dijadikan test set maka kelompok 2 hingga 10 menjadi training set. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses transaksi penyewaan lahan pertanian di  kelurahan Gebang, Kecamatan Patrang, Kabupaten Jember,  dengan cara  memberikan  dukungan  teknis. Kegiatan ini meliputi pembuatan rancangan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam proses transaksi penyewaan lahan. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan menggunakan metode research and development. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, tim pengabdian melakukan analisis kebutuhan secara menyeluruh, dan merancang sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah rancangan aplikasi Lahan Tani, aplikasi ini memiliki sejumlah fitur yang dapat membantu petani mendapatkan lahan sewa dalam Waktu yang singkat, menghubungkan antar petani untuk saling bertukar informasi, membantu pemasaran lahan, dan mempermudah pembuatan nota kesepahaman pada proses penyewaan lahan. Rancangan aplikasi Lahan Tani diharapkan bisa digunakan oleh masyarakat di daerah setempat, agar bisa membantu pemilik lahan dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran lahan, dan memenuhi kebutuhan penyewa terhadap lahan pertanian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

A Indonesia has the largest Muslim majority population in the world, with a total of 237.53 million people as of December 31 2021, which means 86.9% of Indonesia's population is Muslim. The law requires businesses to register their products, such as food and drinks. Many applicants received by BPJPH were canceled because the raw materials used did not have halal certificates yet. Products that wish to have halal certificates are produced by MSE entrepreneurs who live in rural areas far from the city center based on the results of field surveys by the Halal Product Process Assistant (P3H). BPJPH seeks to solve theproblem by creating a digital e-commerce platform where users can buy and sell products, especially halal food and beverage raw materials, online. This research aims to produce a backend for SiHALAL using Firebase which is suitable for SiHALAL because it needs to handle large amounts of user, product andorder data and data must be updated in real time. This research uses Black Box Testing as application testing methods. Black Box testing results show that the application can carry out its functionality
