Abstract

Violence against women is any violent act towards women which results in or tends to cause physical, sexual, or psychological damage and suffering, either happened to adult women, daughters, and teenagers. It includes threatening, coercion, or limiting women's movement on purpose. Also, the violence abuses can occur in a family or a society. In fact, psychological abuse has more effect on women than physical abuse. It causes long-term reactions such as fear, anxiety, exhaustion, post-trauma stress disorder, sleeping and eating disorder. Another effect of domestic violence toward wives is reproductive health disorders causing sociological disorders. This paper brings up how to provide proper handling of domestic violence cases while many of its victims do not receive justice. The research method is conducting interviews in West Medan Precinct by using the empirical normative research method. The result is to provide proper education relating to domestic violence cases, specifically towards the victims who are affected psychologically and physically. Thus, the nurses should assist the victims either while doing medical, health, or psychological activity. Also, other parties, such as family, police, district attorney, advocates, social institutions, or protection from the court, should be active in protecting the victims from domestic violence.

Abstract

Notarial acts of falsifying authentic deeds harm the interests of parties and are subject to criminal punishment. This normative juridical research analyzes the procedure for making notarial power of attorney to sell deeds, notaries' legal responsibilities regarding falsification, and legal consequences based on Decision No. 773/Pid.B/2021/PN.Smg. Research findings indicate procedures must comply with the Notary Law and Notary Code of Ethics. Notaries may face administrative, civil, and criminal sanctions. In this decision, the notary was found guilty of falsifying 4 power of attorney to sell deeds and sentenced to 1 year 6 months imprisonment under Article 264 paragraph (1) jo Article 55 paragraph (1) sub-1 of the Criminal Code.

Abstract

Notaries who commit forgery of Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement deeds and Power of Attorney to Sell can be held criminally liable based on Supreme Court Decision Number 933 K/Pid/2023. The notary was sentenced to criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 264 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 88 of the Criminal Code with a punishment of 5 years imprisonment, administrative sanctions in the form of revocation of practice license by INI and the Ministry of Law, as well as civil sanctions in the form of compensation to the injured party. Deed forgery constitutes a violation of the Notary Position Law and the Criminal Code which has fatal consequences for legal certainty and public trust in the notary profession.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pengaruh aktivitas penjualan yang melibatkan live streaming penjualan dan review pelanggan online terhadap minat beli pengguna Gen Z TikTokShop. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode deskriptif dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda.. Data dikumpulkan dari 400 responden melalui kuesioner online dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa live streaming selling serta online customer review memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap purchase intention. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 44% menunjukkan kontribusi model terhadap variabel purchase intention. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi fitur interktif dan review pelanggan dalam strategi pemasaran digital, khususnya untuk menjangkau konsumen generasi z.
