Abstract

In order to improve the quality of performance of administrative staff in schools, efforts are always made to increase monkey satisfaction. The increase in job satisfaction of administrative staff is influenced by many factors, including the principal's leadership role as a direct supervisor and the motivation of administrative staff. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on honorary school administration staff. The time used during research activities is planned for nine months. The data analysis used is a structural equation model (SEM) using AMOS software. The findings from the study that there is a principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of honorary school administrative staff. The ability of the principal's management to contribute significantly to the service of administrative staff and high work motivation will have a positive effect on job satisfaction. As honorary school administrators who play an essential role in an educational institution, they must have the awareness to motivate themselves in carrying out their duties so that the desired goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Character education is an effort to strengthen and improve the nation's moral or ethical values, especially students who will become the nation's next generation and the end for the success of the nation's success with noble character, especially in the golden age of elementary school children's education. The state is responsible for that with the noble values ​​possessed by our ancestors before, where these values ​​are a way to unite the diversity of the Indonesian nation, from ethnicity, race and religion. Efforts to improve character education in schools is one way to anticipate and minimize the nation's moral decline which is a problem in the world of education, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the management of character education in schools. This research is library research. The Literature Review was used to obtain articles from online databases that were relevant to the management of character education in schools from 2015 to 2020. The results of the 22 articles reviewed were an increase in character education that required collaboration between teachers, all school members, parents, the community, so that what has been determined can be realized, namely students who have and instill moral values ​​in life.

Abstract

Penerapan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di Institut Agama Islam Al-Ghuraba Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur masih ditemukan berbagai kendala, seperti rendahnya pemahaman dan keterlibatan dosen serta tenaga kependidikan, terbatasnya digitalisasi sistem informasi mutu, serta belum optimalnya strategi peningkatan tata kelola akademik dan administrasi. Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah mendukung institusi mitra dalam memperkuat tata kelola pendidikan tinggi melalui penerapan siklus PPEPP (Penetapan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pengendalian, dan Peningkatan) secara konsisten. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan penyusunan dokumen mutu, uji coba implementasi, evaluasi, hingga penyempurnaan dokumen. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari program ini antara lain tersusunnya draft dokumen LED (Laporan Evaluasi Diri) sesuai standar BAN-PT, modul dan bahan ajar pelatihan, serta publikasi ilmiah di jurnal ber-ISSN, artikel populer di media massa, dan video dokumentasi kegiatan. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang terlibat memperoleh pengalaman praktis dalam bidang penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun dokumen mutu, meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya budaya mutu, serta terbentuknya tim penjaminan mutu internal yang lebih solid. Dampak jangka panjang dari kegiatan ini adalah penguatan implementasi SPMI secara berkelanjutan di Institut Agama Islam Al-Ghuraba, peningkatan akreditasi program studi, serta kontribusi terhadap pencapaian SDGs No. 4 (Quality Education).
