Abstract

This study aims to develop eco-pesantren-based critical land disaster mitigation management models. This study uses the theory of community-based disaster risk management). The method used is a qualitative research method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, documentation, and literature. This study concludes, first, the eco-pesantren-based critical land disaster mitigation management model, the fundamental environmental problems faced by Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school are as follows, namely: Threats of land damage, Forest damage, Threat of death of water sources. Second, management of critical land disaster mitigation carried out by the Hidayatullah pesantren, namely; the involvement of the pesantren academic community actively in solving environmental problems in the surrounding community of pesantren such as reforestation, by changing settlements in the form of wilderness and swamps to make the pesantren and surrounding areas green, creating artificial lakes, plantation land and agriculture where the santri cultivate, as well as cattle farms which are all managed by santri, the success of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School in Balikpapan contributes clean water to the communities around the pesantren location. The Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School moves its santri to organize the environment in the Gunung Tembak area. The development of Islamic boarding schools in agriculture is also an example for other pesantren. Where in the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School an agribusiness center was developed. On 40 hectares of critical land planted with sweet orange, lemon, zalacca, and melinjo. While the rest of the total land is 120 hectares in addition to educational land and settlements, gold teak plantations are developed. The ability of students in the field of agriculture is not only explored from self-taught abilities but also supported by training and courses

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to develop Blog PION as a learning media based on blended learning on Muamalah material. This type of research is Research and Development with ADDIE models. Data is presented in the form of descriptive data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that 1) The first stage is an analysis of the curriculum, media and learning models that have been used, and materials that need to be studied by students, 2) The design of Blog PION is done by designing and setting product titles, making storyboards, and making product display, 3) Making a blog through WordPress and supporting images using Adobe Illustrator CS6, 4) Implementation by validating the material and media contained in the PION Blog and evaluating teachers and students, 5). Evaluated according to the advice of material experts and media experts as well as weighing the advantages and disadvantages of PION Blog. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Blog PION sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis blended learning pada materi Muamalah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model ADDIE. Data disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara serta penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Tahap pertama dilakukan analisis terhadap kurikulum, media dan model pembelajaran yang telah digunakan, dan materi yang perlu dipelajari oleh peserta didik, 2) Desain Blog PION dilakukan dengan cara merancang dan menetapkan judul produk, membuat storyboard, serta membuat tampilan produk, 3) Pembuatan blog melalui WordPress dan gambar penunjang menggunakan Adobe Illustrator CS6, 4) Implementasi dengan cara melakukan validasi materi dan media yang terdapat dalam Blog PION serta penilaian guru dan peserta didik, 5) . Dilakukan evaluasi sesuai dengan saran ahli materi dan ahli media serta menimbang kelebihan dan kekurangan Blog PION.

Abstract

Bekasi merupakan kota kedua tertinggi di Indonesia yang memiliki kualitas udara terburuk, sekaligus meraih banyak penghargaan dari pemerintah pusat atas kontribusinya menggerakkan masyarakat dalam pengendalian perubahan iklim melalui program kampung iklim (proklim). Proklim merupakan program yang memberikan pengakuan terhadap partisipasi aktif masyarakat yang telah melaksanakan upaya mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim yang terintegrasi, sehingga dapat mendukung target penurunan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) nasional dan meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat terhadap dampak perubahan iklim. Aksi mengolah sampah, memanen air hujan, atau menggunakan teknologi ramah lingkungan telah menjadi bagian dari upaya pengendalian perubahan iklim di tingkat tapak dalam Proklim.  Pemerintah Kota Bekasi telah mengkomunikasikan pesan risiko pengendalian perubahan iklim untuk ketahanan iklim bagi masyarakat terhadap dampak perubahan iklim. Dalam mengkomunikasikan risiko bencana lingkungan, pemerintah dianggap paling tepat sebagai komunikator risiko. Komunikasi risiko dengan pengembangan pesan yang baik akan memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan menumbuhkan sikap serta perubahan perilaku untuk mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim.    Pengembangan pesan komunikasi untuk mengajak masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam ketahanan bencana, menurunkan emisi dari sampah, merupakan salah satu contoh konkrit dalam pengendalian perubahan iklim di tingkat tapak.  Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk  mengeksplorasi komunikasi risiko dan pengembangan pesan risiko Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dalam Proklim dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan penelusuran dokumen pemerintah serta  observasi partisipan dengan melibatkan diri pada komunitas proklim RW 11 Pekayon Jaya Bekasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa komunitas Proklim secara mandiri mengembangkan pesan risiko untuk menurunkan emisi GRK melalui program event, dan bermitra dengan korporasi dan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to analyze digital transformation and the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) in higher education, particularly in the post-pandemic era. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the article reviews 10 relevant studies to understand the impact and challenges of technology implementation, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), in higher education institutions. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies, but many universities, especially in developing countries, face infrastructure and resource limitations. The article finds that while MIS can improve operational efficiency and learning, its implementation is still hindered by high costs and a lack of technical skills. The research gap identified is the absence of a holistic and sustainable implementation model in developing countries. As a novelty, the article proposes a collaborative model for MIS implementation, allowing multiple universities to share resources and knowledge. Furthermore, the article recommends the development of comprehensive digital transformation strategies that not only focus on technical aspects but also involve human resource management and data-driven decision-making. With this approach, higher education institutions can be better prepared to face future challenges and create a more inclusive and efficient educational experience.

Abstract

Library management information systems in universities are essential for managing e-libraries in universities. The world of education will face one of the challenges after 2030: the use of information technology or robotics in various sectors of human life, one of which is university libraries. This research was conducted using a literature approach by collecting data from various relevant theoretical sources about human resource management and higher education management information systems in the context of university library human resource planning strategies. This article delves into the practical application of library human resource planning strategies in universities. It discusses the formulation of university library human resource planning and the development of human resources in the era of Society 5.0. Furthermore, it explores the challenges and opportunities in implementing these strategies, such as change management, adaptive higher education management information system policies, and the development of librarians' professionalism in the era of society 5.0.  This study uses a literature approach by collecting data from relevant theoretical sources about library human resource management and higher education management information systems in the educational context of university library human resource planning strategies. Data is analyzed through systematic literature synthesis to identify university library human resource planning strategies that can improve the quality of management e-library in the era of Society 5.0. In this era, adaptive and technology-oriented human resource management strategies are the key to improving the quality of university e-library management.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Larangan berkumpul di masa pandemic membuat semangat keberagamaan banyak muslim menurun; hal ini dikarenakan kaum muslim menjadi sulit untuk mengikuti berbagai kajian yang biasa diikuti, terlebih kajian Fiqh, yang terkait dengan aturan dalam beribadah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam bekerjasama dengan MATAN UNJ mengadakan pembelajaran Fiqh secara daring, membedah Kitab Fathul Qarib. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sekali di setiap bulannya dalam rentang Januari – Agustus 2021. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan antusias peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan,terlebih paparan materi tidak hanya Terpaku pada konten kitab Fathul Qarib yang merupakan kitab klasik; namun juga di korelasikan dengan permasalahan yang ada pada masa kini. Peserta mendapatkan pemahaman agama yang mumpuni walaupun kajiannya dilakukan secara daring. ABSTRACT The prohibition of gathering during the pandemic has reduced the religious spirit of many Muslims; This is because Muslims find it difficult to follow the various studies that are commonly followed, especially the study of Fiqh, which is related to the rules of worship. Based on this, the Islamic Religious Education Department in collaboration with MATAN UNJ held an online Fiqh study, dissecting the Book of Fathul Qarib. This activity is carried out once every month in the range of January – August 2021. The evaluation of the activities shows the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the activity, especially the material exposure is not only focused on the content of the Fathul Qarib book which is a classic book; but also correlated with the problems that exist today. Participants gain a good understanding of religion even though the study is conducted online.

Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah kepulauan sering kali menghadapi tantangan geografis, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan akses terhadap pelatihan inovatif bagi pendidik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong transformasi pembelajaran di SMPN Satu Atap 01 Pulau Pari melalui pelatihan 3 pilar deep learning inovatif: pembelajaran bermakna, keterlibatan emosional, dan refleksi mendalam. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi observasi awal, pelatihan interaktif, pendampingan, dan evaluasi hasil implementasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep deep learning serta adopsi strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman siswa. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengembangan kapasitas guru di wilayah 3T (terdepan, terluar, tertinggal) melalui pendekatan pelatihan yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan. Di daerah 3T atau kepulauan, seperti Pulau Pari, implementasi deep learning lebih berbasis pada: Kearifan lokal sebagai sumber konteks pembelajaran bermakna.Media sederhana (gambar, cerita rakyat, kegiatan eksplorasi lingkungan) untuk menggantikan keterbatasan teknologi. Pembelajaran reflektif dan diskusi kelompok kecil). Dari hasil kegiatan, sebanyak 98.7 % guru-guru merasa sangat puas,  hasil ini menunjukkan kegiatan telah dirancang, dilaksanakan dengan baik, tepat waktu, relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta, serta didukung  fasilitas dan pelayanan, dan didukung oleh fasilitator yang kompeten

Abstract

This study discusses religious thoughts that affect the learning ethos of students during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has formed a new culture in the learning process that is carried out online (on the network). This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in observation, interviews and literature review. In contrast, the data analysis method used is an analysis of the religious ideas of Jabariyah, Qadariyah, Ahlu Sunnah Waljama'ah in the indicators of a predetermined learning ethos. This research has shown the results that: first, the level of religious understanding of students has shown a significant influence on learning ethos during the covid-19 pandemic, second, there is a change in the learning ethic of students seen from indicators/moral aspects (attitudes, behaviour, habits). Al-Jiddu (resistance/persistence, sincerity), al-Thariiq (method), AlHimmah (interests, ideals), and al-Shobru (patience). Third, the flow of Ahlu Sunnah Waljama'ah thought in the socio-cultural environment of the Purwakarta community also contributed to strengthening religious literacy during the covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the influence of religious thinking on the learning ethos of students has implications for the intellectual repertoire in the theological and social fields and will shape academic attitudes and culture in their participation in strengthening community religious literacy

Abstract

This article aims to describe the practice of building a peace culture in schools that are packaged through the Wahid Foundation peace school program. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, in which data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The researcher interviewed the facilitator of the peace school program at DKI Jakarta. Observation and documentation were carried out during the implementation of peace school program activities in narrating building peace culture in School. According to this research, the Wahid Foundation's narrative of the culture of peace was based on the widespread acts of intolerance, bullying, and radicalism that started to appear in educational institutions. This program was established to help with the management of student organizations, the development of school regulations, and the practice of tolerance and peace. Routine study plans, calming social media posts, and insightful online chats were all used to assist. The eventual aim of the Wahid Foundation's peace school program is to nurture students' character by teaching them to respect, value, and be sensitive to others, as well as to make them ambassadors of peace both within and outside of the classroom.
