Abstract

The study aimed to test the effect of family support moderation on the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intentions. In other words, the study wanted to test the implementation of Milton Friedman's family support concept on the implementation of Icek Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The sample in this study was 114 vocational high school (SMK) students in Indramayu Regency. The determination of the sample is done proportionally random sampling. The data was obtained through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using regression moderation analysis techniques (ARM). The results of the analysis showed that TPB still remained relevant for identifying entrepreneurship intentions and family support was not shown to moderate the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and self-efficacy towards entrepreneurship intentions due to the absence of significant interactions.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to describe the English learning outcomes of Grade X-2 students at Pakusari High School in Jember before and after applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) method. The study involved 36 students in the academic year 2022/2023. The analysis of the data revealed that the English learning motivation of Grade X-2 students at Pakusari High School prior to implementing the contextual teaching and learning method was as follows: 6% of the students had very high motivation; 31% had high motivation; 39% had moderate motivation; and 25% had low motivation. Conversely, after implementing the contextual teaching and learning method, there was an improvement in English learning motivation: 14% of the students had very high motivation; 67% had high motivation; 17% had moderate motivation; and 3% had low motivation.

Abstract

Choosing a specific brand from a variety of brand options is a purchase decision. In this study, Product Quality and Service Quality are considered the two main factors influencing the purchase decision of milk donuts at DONSU Cibaduyut. The purpose of this research is to analyze how these two factors affect the purchasing decision. The research was conducted at DONSU Cibaduyut, involving 96 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling method, with an unknown population size. Data were collected through closed questionnaires with a rating scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis of the data obtained. To analyze the data, regression analysis was used, and hypothesis testing was carried out using T-tests and F-tests. The results of the study revealed three main findings in line with the proposed hypotheses: 1) Product Quality does not significantly affect the Purchase Decision; 2) Service Quality significantly affects the Purchase Decision; 3) Product Quality and Service Quality together influence the Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pembangunan kawasan wisata Jawa Timur Park II terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di sekitarnya. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dampak sosial yang dirasakan masyarakat adalah munculnya keramaian akibat banyaknya kunjungan wisatawan, (2) berpengaruh terhadap kondisi lingkungan di sekitar, baik lingkungan sosial maupun kondisi lingkungan alam, (3) memicu terjadinya kesenjangan sosial antara pemilik modal dengan pihak minim modal yang tidak bisa membuka usaja pariwisata, (4) dampak ekonomi yang muncul adalah munculnya kesempatan kerja baru yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat, (5) banyaknya alih fungsi bangunan tempat tinggal yang dijadikan sebagai lokasi usaha membuat banyak warga asli tergusur serta, (6)berbagai perbaikan infrastruktur juga dirasakan sebagai keuntungan akibat pembangunan tersebut. Adapun memaksimalkan sinergi antara pihak pengelola wisata, masyarakat dan pemerintah merupakan solusi yang bisa dipakai untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang timbul akibat pembangunan kawasan wisata tersebut. Memaksimalkan lembaga bentukan masyarakat lokal untuk turut serta dalam kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan wisata serta menyediakan ruang bagi atraksi rakyat merupakan salah satu alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk memaksimalkan keberadaan kawasan wisata tersebut.     Kata kunci: Pembangunan, Pembangunan Wisata, Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat
