Abstract

Participation can remove mental barriers due to limited insight and limited viewpoints. Therefore, you are bound to discover your own assets and weaknesses, seek ways in which others can, adjust to respecting the receptive, and make beneficial arrangements. The safety of everyone in a room is associated with different security. This kind of exploration is a quantitative examination. The sample used in this population is 52 respondents. The information examination procedure used in this exploration is the Basic Straight Relapse Investigation and the use of the T test theory test. The results of this study indicate that participation does not have a significant effect on controlling the security framework, but various changes in the security framework can be made with joint military cooperation which is explained by the SPSS consequence of 0.157 or more than 0.05. The different results also show that the participation variable does not affect the security framework with SPSS results of 0.157 or more than 0.05. Keywords: Cooperation, Security

Abstract

The increase in the number of users of air transportation modes that occurred in the last year period was 32.69 percent or 10.7 million people, causing a density in the number of flights and an increase in the fleet of aircraft in operation, therefore it is necessary to monitor aircraft movements, especially in the apron area. carried out properly to avoid accidents or things that could be dangerous for users or personnel on duty or related to air transportation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of monitoring aircraft movements carried out by the Apron Movement Control unit in the apron area of Zainudin International Airport Abdul Madjid Lombok. The results of the research found that the process of monitoring aircraft movements in the apron area has been carried out following applicable regulations and rules, however, the equipment used to monitor aircraft movements in the form of CCTV requires repair and rejuvenation, related to the effectiveness of monitoring aircraft movements in the Apron Movement Control unit. Lombok's Zainudin Abdul Madjid International Airport has met five indicators that serve as benchmarks for work effectiveness.

Abstract

Air transportation is any activity that uses aircraft to transport passengers or goods or cargo for one or more airport trips that is time efficient and more effective, and still prioritizes safety to this day. On time performance has a very important influence in the world of aviation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, sources those interviewed were members of Apron Movement Control. The results of this research show that the number of parking stands to achieve on time performance (OTP) at Husein Sastranegara Bandung International Airport has been fulfilled. Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in optimizing the number of parking stands to achieve On Time Performance (OTP) for flights at Husein Sastranegara Bandung International Airport optimize the use of parking stands that can be used, First Come First Service, Good Communication and Coordination with units related, and Placing the aircraft parking position not too close to the terminal (Remote Stand).

Abstract

With the increasing number of airlines, competition in passenger growth and retention has become increasingly tight. Citilink, one of the leading airlines, understands the importance of providing the best service to its passengers, especially during the check-in process before flights. This research aims to analyze the quality of service provided by check-in counter staff at Citilink, particularly at PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok.Through qualitative research methods including observation, interviews, and documentation, this study aims to understand the level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the check-in counter service. Findings indicate that Citilink has implemented various strategies to enhance passenger experience, including the use of automated information systems and routine training programs for staff. The services provided adhere to established SOPs, demonstrating the airline's commitment to providing consistent, professional, and standards-compliant service.

Abstract

; This research aims to find out: what the procedures are for checking the security of aircraft passengers and luggage transported by aircraft and individuals, so reliable human resources are needed. Therefore, airport operators have special units that carry out the role. an Aviation Security unit (AVSEC) which has a role as a unit that ensures airport security which is under the operational division. The Aviation Security Unit (AVSEC) must have a license as a standard of suitability in carrying out duties at airports, Avsec personnel always adhere to or are Fully guided by ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) regulations. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the interview, the researcher interviewed Aviation Security officers from 3 sources with document data obtained by the researcher. from documentation of the activities of Aviation security officers when carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The role of aviation security officers is very important to support flight security. Officers must ensure that passengers' luggage entering the plane contains no prohibited items or items that endanger other passengers. This is because the responsibility of aviation security officers is very large and Avsec officers have carried it out. duties in accordance with existing procedures in the company. The implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) is also very influential in improving employee performance where standard operational procedures are a guidebook and procedures for carrying out the work of each employee at each job desk.

Abstract

In achieving comfort, security and flight safety, there are several things and requirements that must be considered and fulfilled by airport managers. First, reliable and professional human resources in terms of security, safety and passenger comfort. In this case all airport officers must be able to guarantee the comfort, safety and satisfaction of passengers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and safety assurance on passenger satisfaction at Juanda International Airport Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 passengers at Juanda International Airport Surabaya. Data obtained through offline questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of service quality and safety assurance on passenger satisfaction at Juanda International Airport Surabaya. Evidenced from the results of the T-Test (Partial), it is known that T count is 8.159 and 11.067 with a significance value obtained of 0.01 <0.05, this states that partially the service quality variable has an effect on the passenger satisfaction variable and the results of the F test are known that the results of the f test produce a significance of 0.001 <0.05, which means that service quality and safety assurance have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction. The results of the Coefficient of Determination Test show a result of 58.7% which means that service quality and safety assurance influence passenger satisfaction while the remaining 41.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport is the largest airpot in Central Kalimantan Privince. This airport has a runway size of 2,500 x 45cm. this airport is managed by PT.Angkasa Pura II. Aviation Security (AVSEC) based on the regulation of the Director General of Air Transportation with Number: SKEP 2756/XII/2010 concerning procedures for checking the security of passengers,aircraft officers,and luggage transported by aircraft and individuals. Thes purpose of this study is to determine the differences between Security Check Point1 and Security Check Point 2 and to determine the work system of supervision and handling of Dangerous Goods and Prohibited Item at Tjilik Riwut Palngka Raya Airport. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques,namely observasion,documentation,and interview. Data analysis techniques used are data collection,data reduction,data presentasion, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research conducted by the researcher showed that there was nosignificant difference between Security Check Point 1 and Security Check Point 2 and the work system of Aviation Security officers was in accordance with existing procedures in the supervision and handling of Dangerous Goods and Prohibited Item.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of customer participation and value co-creation in enhancing customer satisfaction. The importance of student satisfaction during their academic journey is highlighted through the value creation process in education. This value creation requires participation between students and educators, which encompasses various behaviors, each playing a significant role in shaping customer perceptions regarding the process and outcomes tied to specific service contexts. In particular, information sharing, responsible behavior, and voluntary in-role feedback are found to be especially important in educational services for achieving student satisfaction during their studies in higher education. This study employs a quantitative method using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The respondents involved in the research are 100 final-year students at STTKD Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique utilized is Smart PLS version 3.3. The results of this study indicate that customer participation, which includes information sharing, responsible behavior, and voluntary in-role feedback, has a positive and significant impact on value co-creation. The study also reveals that value co-creation positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality through (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This study uses independent variables, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with dependent variable, customer satisfaction. After literature and field reviews and hypothesis formulation, the data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 people using the Lion Air airline as a research sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis of the validity and reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test and f test and the determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the tangible hypothesis test, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The determinant coefficient test results in this study obtained a determinant value of 0.326 which means that the magnitude of the influence of tangible variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) on customer satisfaction variables (Y) are by 32,6%.
