Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for the community. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the BMM CSR Program of Lhokseumawe City was further developed by Baitul Maal Muamalat Lhokseumawe in order to be distributed appropriately and effectively, the programs are: a) Economic empowerment especially micro-economics b) Educational empowerment program. c) Social and humanitarian empowerment 2) Obstacles in carrying out the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in BMM Lhokseumawe City, are: a) Beneficiaries of compensation are higher than existing funds, b) There are people who do not understand yet about the community economic empowerment contract in the form of community economic empowerment qardhu hasan, so that many borrowers do not return it, consequently impacting on the next mustahik, c) The level of recipients of compensation is getting higher and higher, while the funds collected for each month do not add up to what is expected. With the results of the research that have been obtained, it is expected that going forward To the BMM Management Lhokseumawe City in order to increase instruction of activities to subordinate managers or commonly referred to employees, both directing operational products contained in BMM, and other directives. Keywords: Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), BMM (Baitul Mal Muamalat) Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa bagaimana efektifitas program-program corporate social responsibility (CSR) bagi masyarakat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pelaksanaan Program CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) BMM Kota Lhokseumawe itu dikembangkan lagi oleh pihak Baitul Maal Muamalat Lhokseumawe agar dapat disalurkan secara tepat dan efektif, yaitu: a) Pemberdayaan ekonomi khususnya ekonomi mikro b) Program pendayagunaan pendidikan. c) Pendayagunaan sosial dan kemausiaan 2) Kendala dalam menjalankan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Pada BMM Kota Lhokseumawe yaitu: a) Penerima santunan lebih tinggi daripada dana yang ada, b) Masih terdapat masyarakat yang tidak memahami akan akad pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dalam bentuk qardhu hasan, sehingga banyaknya peminjam yang tidak mengembalikannya, akibatnya imbas kepada mustahik yang selanjutnya, c) Tingkat penerima santunan semakin hari semakin tinggi, sedangkan dana yang terkumpul untuk setiap bulannya tidak terdapat penambahan sesuai dengan yang yang di harapkan. Dengan hasil penelitian yang sudah di dapatkan maka diharapkan untuk kedepannya Kepada Manajemen BMM Kota Lhokseumawe agar dapat meningkatkan pengarahan-pengarahan kegiatan kepada manajer bawahan atau biasa disebut dengan karyawan, baik itu pengarahan operasinal produk-produk yang terdapat pada BMM, maupun pengarahan lainnya. Abstract

The socialization held in Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency aims to improve the understanding of shares, especially Sharia stocks, especially for Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency’s community in the district of North Aceh. The serviceman conducted socialization in Alue Dua village because located in a rural area. This devotion is undertaken from the interview result, which shows that many people do not understand the theory of stocks and how it works. Furthermore, most of Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency community are reluctant to be investors in the stock market due to the lack of understanding about the difference between stocks in general and the Sharia one. The community considers that all forms of shares are illegal where the investment system is not following Shariah guidance. In this socialization activity, the serviceman explained the context of Sharia stocks and shares under the theory and its practice. Furthermore, the community is guided to jump directly becoming an investor by using the RTI Business application downloaded on the Playstore. The results show that Alue Dua village Nisam Antara regency community is very enthusiastic to join as a Sharia stock investor, evidenced by the answers given and expertise in using the RTI Business application.

Abstract

Penjualan produk dengan metode endorsement pada media sosial instagram sedang trend dilakukan. Metode ini dinilai efektif dan efesien oleh produsen dalam memasarkan produknya. Dalam memasarkan produk di media sosial instagram, biasanya produsen menggaet selebritis instagram yang memiliki jumlah folloowers yang banyak. Bermodal followers yang banyak, pada kenyataannya, endorser kerap melakukan praktek gharar dalam memasarkan produk. Praktek gharar yang dilakukan endorser dapat berupa informasi yang disampaikan maupun praktek yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan metode yuridis empiris dengan mengkomparasikan antara hukum yang seharusnya ada dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian memaparkan guna menghindari praktek gharar dalam endorsement produk, endorser harus memahami rukun dan syarat dalam jual-beli, bersikap jujur serta menjunjung tinggi etika dalam muamalah.Kata Kunci: Gharar, Endorsement, dan Instagram.

Abstract

Abstrac On 22nd February 2016, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, David Cameron, announced there would be a referendum on whether the UK should remain within the European Union or not. The referendum took place on Thursday 23rd June. Confirmation of the result came on Friday 24th June and was in favour of Brexit. The aim of this research is to review the stability between Islamic banking and conventional banking in the face of global crisis period during the Brexit is announced. This research is based on financial data from three conventional banks and three Islamic banks as representatives that will be measured using the event study method, which is the observation of stock prices during the observation period. Analysis emphasizes the importance of the institutional and economic environment, as well as the targeted profitability of the Bank and the method by which international Banks acquire share ownership, as a significant determinant of Abnormal returns. By measuring stock movements during the Brexit announcement period, we can find out whether the crisis during Brexit affects Islamic banking stability or vice versa. For this reason, the writer also applied the research hypothesis which was carried out with a Student t-test that could help to see the current condition of the Bank's performance compared to past performance. Keywords: Islamic Banking, Conventional Banking, Brexit Abstrak Tujuan dari studi ini adalah meninjau kestabilan antara perbankan Islam dan perbankan konvensioanal dalam menghadapi masa krisis global yaitu pada masa Brexit diumumkan. Penelitian ini berdasarkan data keuangan dari tiga Bank konvensional dan tiga Bank Islam sebagai representatif yang akan diukur dengan menggunakan metode studi even study (Identifikasi Peristiwa) yaitu pengamatan harga saham pada periode pengamatan. Analisa menegaskan pentingnya lingkungan kelembagaan dan ekonomi, serta profitabilitas Bank yang ditargetkan dan metode di mana Bank-Bank internasional memperoleh kepemilikan saham, sebagai penentu signifikan dari return tidak normal (Abnormal return)[1]. Dengan mengukur pergerakan saham pada masa pengumuman Brexit, kita dapat mengetahui apakah krisis pada masa Brexit diumumkan ini mempengaruhi kestabilan perbankan Islam ataupun sebaliknya. Untuk itu, peneliti juga menerapkan hipotesis penelitian yang dilakukan dengan Student t-test yang dapat membantu melihat kondisi kinerja Bank saat ini dibandingkan kinerja masa lalu. Abstract

Recently, people are purchasing and selling more old money in many areas including Lhokseumawe, the prices offered are varied from tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions. This research aims to explain the practice of old money trading and the factors which influence this transaction at Lhokseumawe including the Sharia Economic Law review toward old money trading. The result of the research indicates that there are 2 types of mechanism for purchasing and selling the ancient money in Lhokseumawe, the first step where someone looks for oldmoney himself and then resells it, the second, seller sells someone else's money by agreement where the seller will provide a place for such a transaction. On the other hand, there are two methods ofold money sale which aredirect selling (sell it manually) and purchasing itvia online. Besides, there are several factors encouraging the old money transaction development at Lhokseumawe, namely: economic factors, hobbies, uniqueness factors, the collectors' hobby, scarcity factors, and historical values. In Sharia Economic Law observation, the old money sale transactions are "permissible" because the old money is no longer applied for a medium of exchange. Likewise, because of its high price, the commercial of old money is allowed. Meanwhile, the old money becomes a high value and antique object/merchandise like other art items such as ancient furniture and paintings. Therefore, high prices determination for old money exchange is reasonable and permissible in the KHES (kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah) which is one of the references in Sharia Economic law.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic implementation of multipurpose financing at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch using a qualitative descriptive approach with a SWOT analytical framework. Six informants were involved, consisting of three bank staff and three customers selected purposively based on their relevance to the financing process. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documents, and questionnaires, then analyzed using IFAS–EFAS matrices to identify internal and external strategic factors. The results show that the branch is positioned in SWOT Quadrant II, indicating strong internal capabilities amidst significant external threats. Key strengths include sharia-compliant financing, responsive service, and wide community trust, while the main challenges stem from limited product variety, modest promotion, and rising competition from national Islamic banks with advanced digital platforms. Based on the SWOT positioning, the study recommends prioritizing feasible strategies such as product diversification, digital development, and customer-centered outreach. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic regional banking by offering a contextualized, branch-level analysis of strategy formulation. Future research is encouraged to involve more branches and diverse stakeholders to expand the applicability of findings.

Abstract

Desa Panton Rayeuk II, Kecamatan Kuta Makmur, Kabupaten Aceh Utara memiliki potensi kelapa yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Banyak buah kelapa yang dibiarkan membusuk karena masyarakat belum memiliki keterampilan teknis untuk mengolahnya menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah kelapa menjadi minyak kelapa murni (Miy-U) dengan metode sederhana. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: pra pelaksanaan (observasi dan koordinasi), pelaksanaan (pelatihan teknik produksi minyak kelapa), dan evaluasi (refleksi dan penilaian pemahaman peserta). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 25 warga terlibat aktif dalam pelatihan dan berhasil memproduksi sekitar 30 botol Miy-U ukuran 250 ml. Sebanyak 80% peserta memahami proses pembuatan dengan baik dan enam orang menyatakan minat untuk memproduksi Miy-U secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam mentransfer keterampilan serta mendorong pemanfaatan potensi lokal secara produktif.
