Abstract

This study explores the strategic implementation of multipurpose financing at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch using a qualitative descriptive approach with a SWOT analytical framework. Six informants were involved, consisting of three bank staff and three customers selected purposively based on their relevance to the financing process. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documents, and questionnaires, then analyzed using IFAS–EFAS matrices to identify internal and external strategic factors. The results show that the branch is positioned in SWOT Quadrant II, indicating strong internal capabilities amidst significant external threats. Key strengths include sharia-compliant financing, responsive service, and wide community trust, while the main challenges stem from limited product variety, modest promotion, and rising competition from national Islamic banks with advanced digital platforms. Based on the SWOT positioning, the study recommends prioritizing feasible strategies such as product diversification, digital development, and customer-centered outreach. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic regional banking by offering a contextualized, branch-level analysis of strategy formulation. Future research is encouraged to involve more branches and diverse stakeholders to expand the applicability of findings.

Abstract

Eating Together is an activity that is often carried out by many people, especially in business cooperation with colleagues or colleagues. The term Table Manner is used as a term for eating ethics and rules in politeness and manners at the dinner table, how to sit, eat, drink using the correct cutlery, and leave the dinner table. The phenomenon found in Padang Sakti village regarding table manners is the lack of understanding of the community regarding the correct procedures for eating and drinking at the dinner table, especially at weddings which are part of official banquets. Where invited guests, especially in-laws, will be served officially. On average, people have very low ethics at banquets (weddings). Low ethics when eating or drinking shows a low social status as well. PKK women who are part of the community are seen as having an important role in shaping the ethics and social status of their community. Therefore, the partners chosen for this community service activity are PKK mothers. The main objective in carrying out table manners training activities for PKK Padang Sakti Village mothers is to develop Human Resources (HR) in the community and increase social status by adding insight, skills and confidence in organizing or attending banquets both within the community itself and outside the community environment. This activity was carried out by 1) Delivering material on banquet procedures, which included room and table arrangements, mealtime sharing, menus, serving rules, how to sit, how to use cutlery, eating procedures, how to talk and emergencies at the dining table. The entire material provided is interspersed with simulations. 2) The training ends with the practice of having a banquet by paying attention to and obeying the general rules of the banquet, including by maintaining ethics during the banquet. Abstract

Gunung Balohen Village is part of the Kebayakan sub-district, Central Aceh Regency. Most of the population make a living as coffee farmers. The livelihood of the wives of farmers is very dependent on the income of their husbands. In their food consumption, they often consume chicken meat than fish. They are only able to process chicken meat into a side dish for their daily food which of course the activities in processing this food are carried out by mothers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supply chain's path or flow pattern from the production source area to the consumer, as well as the parties involved, design a supply chain model, and build a food balance to determine whether there was a surplus or deficit of broiler meat in Lhokseumawe City. Furthermore, utilizing the Hayami technique, this study assesses the added value and profit for traders selling chicken meat. Documents, questionnaires, and interviews with retailers were used to collect data. The findings revealed that retailers controlled or monopolized the supply chain of broiler meat distribution, while producers were accomplices of several large corporations that controlled or monopolized the commodity of broiled chicken in Aceh Province. North Aceh Regency, Pidie Jaya Regency, and Pidie Regency are all sources of commodities coming from outside of Lhokseumawe City. To solve the problem of broiler meat supply, all competent parties, including the government, the commercial sector, relevant agencies/institutions, researchers, academics, scientists, and specialists, must work together to build a design model for the purebred broiler meat supply chain. Most actors cooperate and support one another to gain additional value and profit. Meanwhile, to make up for the losses, a few dealers sell other poultry products including free-range chicken and duck, as well as collect waste from the birds.
