Abstract

The low quality of human resources, especially employees at the Kulango Village Head Office, Biau District, Buol Regency affects the quality of their work because in this case they do not really master the field of work they do. This study aimed to explore the quality of employees at the Kulango Village Head Office, Biau District, Buol Regency. This descriptive study employed a survey approach. Conducted from August to September 2019, this study involved 24 employees and officers at the Kulango Village Head Office, Biau District, Buol Regency. The data collected were primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were processed using frequency table data analysis techniques. The results showed that the quality of the apparatus resources at the Kulango Village Head Office, Biau District, Buol Regency was good in terms of indicators of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. However, the strategic plan and understanding of job descriptions for the apparatus of the Kulango Lurah Office, Biau District, Buol Regency must be improved. Although other indicators already have good results, improvements need to be made in order to produce quality apparatus resources.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze "Village Head Leadership in Increasing Community Participation in Kwalabesar Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation sheets or direct interviews with respondents. The results of this study are that the construction of road infrastructure in the village of Kwala Besar has not been running as it should. And community participation in road construction activities in the village of Kualabesar is still very low. So the results of the Village Head's leadership research in Kwalabesar Village have not yet built productive collaboration between the village government and the community. this means that the village government has not been able to encourage the community to actively participate in infrastructure development productively in good cooperative bonds. The conclusion of this study is that there are two indicators that have been running but not optimal, namely influencing society and achieving organizational goals. While indicators that have not been effective is productive cooperation. Where based on research findings that because road construction work is hampered, it makes people lack confidence and no longer want to participate in infrastructure development in the village of Kwalabesar. So that the community lacks trust and no longer wants to participate in development in the village. This means that the village head's leadership style has not succeeded in creating an atmosphere of productive cooperation between the government and the people in the village

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the quality of administrative services in the Lamakan village head's office, Karamat District. The research location was carried out at the Lamakan Village Head's Office, Karamat District, Buol Regency. The research implementation time was carried out for two months, namely from August to September 2022. The research method used was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the quality of administrative services in the Lamakan village head's office, Karamat District, shows that the ability of the officials in Lamakan village in providing services is in accordance with the values of speed and accuracy of service, where village government officials are maximal in meeting the service needs of the community. The quality of service at the Lamakan Village government office in reality as seen from the service is maximum, because the way it is served, from the level of speed and accuracy, to the time, costs, comfort and other things are as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) in Kantanan Village, Bokat District, Buol Regency. The BSPS program is a government initiative to improve housing quality for low-income communities through the provision of stimulus assistance for the renovation of inadequate housing. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observation, and document studies. The findings indicate that although the program has successfully improved the housing quality of the recipients, there are several challenges in its implementation, such as limited funds, lack of socialization, and coordination issues among related parties. Additionally, active community participation plays a significant role in the smooth execution of the program. This study recommends the need to enhance the capacity of village governments in managing the program and to strengthen communication between the central government, local governments, and communities to improve the effectiveness of the BSPS program in the future.

The results showed that the quality of the apparatus resources at the Kulango Sub-District Office, Biau District, Buol Regency was good based on the indicators of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. However, the strategic plan and understanding of job descriptions for the apparatus of the office must be improved. Although other indicators already had good results, improvements need to be made to produce quality apparatus resources.
