Abstract

Based on the results of interview done by researchers against the junior high school in Bandar Lampung, is known that many students do not have learning resources such as books for use outside of school hours. It is known that the stu-dent's reason do not have a source of learning is the limited cost and the difficulty in getting it. Taking into account these problems, the researcher developed an electronic books as a learning resource. Electronic books are developed based on multiple representations to matter physics junior high school class VIII. The pur-pose of this development is to make the students more interested in learning and can develop students' understanding of physics concepts. Development's model used in this study was adapted from the model of media development and learn-ing according Suyanto and Sartinem (2009). Development's model includes five procedures product development and product testing, namely: preliminary re-search, creation of script/ design materials, product development, product testing (internal testing and external testing), and the dissemination and implementa-tion. Internal test results indicate that the learning resource has been developed in accordance with the content standards and fit for use as a learning resource for students. External test results showed that the quality of learning resource are very attractive, reaching 96% for attractive level of product and effective used as a learning resource, reaching 82% of students are complete the KKM. So, we can conclude that generated the learning resource such as electronic books based multiple representations that have been tested and fit for use with very attractive qualities and declared effective as a learning resource.Key words : development, electronic books and multiple representations.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of PNPM Rural Development to Enhance Healthy and Smart Generation (case study on Branta Coastal Village Kec.Tlanakan Pamekasan Madura). In the implementation of PNPM Mandiri has implemented health and education activities, but in the provision of assistance to beneficiaries in PNPM there are some not get due to cost limitations or village fund is less than the maximum of beneficiaries do not get help, so a reduction in the allocation of funds sub-districts, villages get a reduction in funds with appropriate number of targets, funding for beneficiaries holding of quality improvement for the quality of health and education for pregnant women and children up to junior high school. So it is not the appearance of flat sharing and truly in the filter for beneficiaries who truly poor families and children of primary school age. Thus the implementation of PNPM Mandiri is quite a positive impact for the local community, but in practice according to the author is not maximized. This is because the maximal execution, especially in the health sector. And this is proved by the level of public concern with life still below 70%. Dalam pelaksanaan PNPM Mandiri telah dilaksanakan kegiatan kesehatan dan pendidikan tetapi dalam pemberian kepada pemanfaat dalam bantuan PNPM ada sebagian tidak mendapatkan dikarenakan keterbatasan biaya atau dana desa lebih kecil dari pada pemanfaat tidak maksimal mendapatkan bantuan, sehingga adanya pengurangan alokasi dana kecamatan sehingga desa mendapatkan pengurangan dana dengan sesuai jumlah sasaran, bantuan dana bagi pemanfaat diadakannya peningkatan kwalitas mutu bagi kesehatan dan pendidikan bagi ibu hamil dan sampai dengan anak sekolah menengah pertama. Sehingga tidak adanya kesan pembagian rata dan benar-benar di saring bagi pemanfaat yang betul-betul keluarga yang tidak mampu dan juga anak usia sekolah dasar. Maka dari itu Implementasi PNPM Mandiri ini cukup membawa dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat setempat, namun dalam pelaksanaannya menurut penulis masih belum maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurang maksimalnya pelaksanaan khususnya dalam sektor kesehatan. Dan ini terbukti dengan tingkat kepedulian masyarakat menjalankan hidup masih di bawah 70%. Namun disisi lain program ini membawa perubahan positif bagi masyarakat setempat, khususnya bagi sosial kemasyarakatan dan pembangunan. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Pembangunan Generasi Sehat dan Cerdas

Abstract

The ability of self-efficacy and scientific communication is part of the important skills in the 21st century that must be practiced in learning. This study aims to improve self-efficacy and scientific communication skills using a creative inquiry-based e-worksheet. This study uses research and development methods that contain four stages, namely preliminary studies, planning and development, field testing, and dissemination. The sample of this research is the 68 12th-grade students of SMA N 1 Airnaningan. After product validation, obtained an average of 80.00% and declared valid. The average score of students' positive responses to the e-worksheet is 94.44%. While the effectiveness of the e-worksheet in improving self-efficacy and scientific communication skills was obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest with the experimental class N-gain value greater than the control class and the effect size self-efficacy value of 1.19 and scientific communication ability of 2.17 with high category. It was concluded that the e-worksheet based on creative inquiry was effective in increasing students' self-efficacy and scientific communication skills.
