Abstract

Abstract : This study aimed to determine the role of the school principal as an educator, as a supervisor and motivator in improving teaching and learning social studies teachers in schools. Darul Uloom Sungai Raya district. Kubu Kingdom West Kalimantan Province. The research method used is descriptive method with a form of case study research. The data in this study is qualitative data with other data sources that the principal and two teachers IPS. Research data collection techniques are direct observation, direct communication and documentary studies, with data collection tools such as check lists, interview and record sheets. Data processing techniques used are qualitative analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the role of the school principal as an educator, supervisor and motivator in improving teaching and learning social studies teacher has done so well is about 80-100%. It can be seen from the program-a program that has made ??the school principal to change and significant results in improving teaching and learning social studies teacher. Keywords: Principal role, Teaching and Learning Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik, sebagai supervisor dan motivator dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar guru IPS di MTs. Darul Ulum Sungai Raya Kab. Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dengan sumber data yaitu Kepala Sekolah dan 2 orang guru IPS. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi langsung, komunikasi langsung dan studi dokumenter, dengan alat pengumpulan datanya berupa daftar check, pedoman wawancara dan lembar catatan. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa peranan kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik, supervisor dan motivator dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar guru IPS sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik yaitu sekitar 80-100%. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari progam-program yang telah dilakukan kepala sekolah memberikan perubahan dan hasil yang signifikan dalam peningkatan proses belajar mengajar guru IPS. Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of buying and selling online provides many benefits to streamline time so that everyone can make buying and selling transactions wherever and whenever. However, in practice it raises several problems, such as on the Shopee shopping site with a payment system using the Cash On Delivery (COD) feature, there are obstacles that are detrimental to the seller. This obstacle is caused by consumers who do not have good intentions by disappearing suddenly when the goods arrive at the buyer's address so that the goods are not paid for and are forced to be sent back to the seller. This is clearly detrimental to the seller both in terms of material and immaterial. The focus of research in this thesis is to analyze the concept of consumer protection for Shopee sellers who implement the COD payment system. This study uses empirical juridical research methods using primary data located in Purwokerto. Data analysis techniques using qualitative methods. The results of the study show that good faith as a form of business actor's obligation to the Shopee Marketplace has been fulfilled, but there is an imbalance in the position of unilaterally canceling so that the business actor does not get his rights in the form of payment for goods. So the seller must bear the risk and the goods must be returned, and for the safety of the seller must bear the cost of resend so that COD becomes more expensive. This is referred to as the risk borne by the seller.

Abstract

The Small-Scale Industrial Zone of Somber (SIKS) serves as a center for tofu and tempeh production, where one of the producers processes approximately 100 kg of soybeans into tempeh daily. The tempeh production process in SIKS contributes significantly to environmental impacts, particularly during the soybean boiling stage, which uses firewood as the primary energy source. The use of firewood generates higher emissions of greenhouse gases such as CH₄, CO₂, and N₂O compared to other types of fuel. This study aims to analyze the environmental impacts of the tempeh production process in SIKS using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method supported by SimaPro software. The analysis results indicate that the boiling stage contributes the highest impact, with a score of 51.5 Pt, mainly due to the use of firewood. As an improvement strategy, a simulation was conducted by replacing firewood with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which showed a significant reduction in environmental impact to 4.44 Pt. This strategy also reflects the principle of sustainability by promoting the use of cleaner and more efficient energy sources to reduce the environmental burden. Therefore, the use of LPG is considered effective in reducing environmental impacts in the categories of human health, ecosystem, and resources in the tempeh production process at SIKS.
