Abstract

Suatu lembaga pendidikan, mahasiswa yang telah menempuh pendidikan sampai selesai dinamakan alumni. Keberadaan alumni pada saat ini menjadi salah satu bagian dari penilaian akreditasi sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Untuk mengetahui keberadaan para alumni dapat menggunakan metode survei, metode kuisioner, atau menggunakan media lain yang dapat digunakan untuk melacak keberadaan alumni. Universitas Gunadarma merupakan salah satu universitas swasta yang terkenal di Indonesia sehingga memiliki banyak mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia, begitupun dengan alumninya. Saat ini Universitas Gunadarma memiliki halaman website tracer alumni. Halaman website tracer tersebut diperoleh data alumni yang berlimpah, berdasarkan data alumni, informasi yang tersembuyi dapat diketahui dengan cara melakukan pengolahan terhadap data tersebut sehingga berguna bagi pihak universitas. Penelitian ini mengenai Analisis Tracer Alumni Universitas Gunadarma Jurusan Sistem Informasi dan Sistem Komputer Angkatan 2013 dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan MySQL. Attribut yang digunakan adalah bidang studi dan pekerjaan saat ini. Cluster yang terbentuk adalah dua cluster, dengan cluster pertama 5 jenis pekerjaan alumni, dan cluster kedua 3 jenis perkerjaan alumni.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi semakin meningkat di bidang komputerisasi dalam dunia pendidikan. Berbagai macam cara untuk  mendapatkan pembelajaran yang diadakan di sekolah, kursus dan berbagai media ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam saat ini metode pengajaran di setiap sekolah berbeda-beda pada umumnya antara guru, dosen, mahasiswa dan murid dengan berinteraksi tatap muka secara langsung di kelas. Khususnya yang telah dicapai SMAN 14 Bekasi saat ini belum adanya penunjang pembelajaran sebagai media pembelajaran virtual class dengan menyajikan materi dan latihan melalui interaksi tak langsung yang diterapkan sekolah untuk membantu interaksi antara siswa dan guru dilakukan ditempat terpisah dengan syarat waktu yang disepakati bersama oleh siswa dan guru. Virtual class ini bertujuan untuk menunjang aktivitas pembelajaran secara tak langsung dan meningkatkan pembelajaran yang kompeten dan baik.Virtual class ini menggunakan metode tahapan Rapid Appilcation Development bertujuan agar  ketersediaan waktu dan anggaran biaya pengembangan yang terbatas, untuk kebutuhan informasi terkini secara cepat, dan kedekatan interaksi hubungan yang personal dengan karakteristik penggunanya lebih tepat menerapkan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Hasil dari uji coba program dengan menggunakan blackbox testing menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah berhasil sesuai pada tahap pengujian dan dapat diterima secara fungsional.

Abstract

Science and computer technology is more sophisticated now and spread so rapidly, so it is very helpful in the process of data processing still using manual systems. Certainly be very useful and more effective and efficient in terms of time and effort, if the data collection activities of citizens in environmental Neighborhood (RT) can be done with a computerized system. In connection with these authors are interested in making an administrative program design of computerized data collection citizen. And discuss also the Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Normalization and the appearance of the Visual Basic 6.0 program.

Abstract

The development of computer technology especially very rapidly in recent years. Formerly a large computer, now you are getting physically smaller, but has a very high performance and very compact. Year after year people began to use computers very well known with a personal computer (PC). Origins of personal computers (PCs) are used by each person and stand alone (stand alone). The computers are not connected or another. For stand alone PC, the application program must be loaded onto each PC, and prosesntya must move your PC.Based on this, the author has the idea to combine some of the PC into a simple network of networks known as point to point (point to point), the idea is essentially the use of resources together.

Abstract

Taking courses in a timely manner is a proud and coveted for students, let alone be able to run faster. This can be performed if there are facilities and support between the parties, both the support of human resources and supporting resources, namely the information technology resources affection if not utilized.From these resources, we need to optimize technology resources as a means of support. Means of support that includes hardware and software support facilities, so the integration between them and backed by human resources will create a data application that helps take a decision.It provides an adequate facility to support the development of this application, because a good means of support would facilitate the use and development of this application.Accessing information through the Internet is considered faster and easier than traditional systems / manuals, though in some ways still needed the system manually to specific purposes.
