Abstract

The Sidomulyo Tourism Village Development Program aims to overcome various problems related to the preparation of job descriptions in it. Sidomulyo Tourism Village, like many other tourism destinations, faces challenges that need to be overcome so that its operations run more smoothly. One of the main problems faced is the vagueness in the job description which can lead to misunderstandings between workers and managers of Sidomulyo Tourism Village about duties and responsibilities. Sometimes, hired workers do not have qualifications according to the job description, which negatively affects worker performance and satisfaction. Another challenge is crafting job descriptions for unique positions such as tour guides or event organizers who have specific duties. Changes in tourism trends or the local environment can also affect workers' duties. Limited resources for training are an obstacle in improving workers' understanding of their work. Understanding local culture is also important in the tourism industry. To solve this problem, the program offers a solution. Clarification of job descriptions through discussion with workers to identify vagueness. Evaluate the qualifications of workers to ensure conformity with job requirements. Implementation of training programs, workshops, or field trips. Evaluate the impact of training to measure improvements in worker understanding and performance. Adjustment of job descriptions according to the results of evaluations and changes in the industry or environment. Flexibility in dealing with changing tourism trends and the local environment. The aim of the program is for participants to have a better understanding of their duties, history, culture, and local values. This will help them become better ambassadors for Sidomulyo Tourism Village, improve their performance, and contribute to the development of the tourism industry in the village as well as the preservation of the local environment. This program also produces accredited national articles and journals as documentation of the results of their service to the community

Abstract

Educators must be able to apply the latest learning innovations while still utilizing the internet as a learning resource. Today, many blogs and websites are available for teachers and students that allow them to create and learn without limits. However, many educators do not use blogs as a learning medium. The causes include the use of English terminology in some blogs which may be difficult for some students and teachers to understand, lack of knowledge in using blogs as a learning medium, and educators assuming that blogging requires knowledge of computer programming. The core stages of implementing community service activities are socialization, simulation, training and evaluation. Implementation of service activities in the form of training will be held on Saturday 10 February 2024 at SDN Sempusari 1. This training activity starts from 09.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB. Abstract

Photography is a word from the Greek "photos" (light) and "graphos" (writing), meaning "writing with light" (. Lynch-Johnt, B. A., & Perkins, Michelle.; 2008). According to the International Monetary Fund, the Covid-19 pandemic was the reason behind the global recession that resulted in rising rates of poverty and unemployment across all nations. As for the alternative to restoring economic institutions in each nation, it is economic recovery by the reinforcement of economic stimulus through local techniques (Arianto, B. 2021). The writing of this research theme is considered important because of the importance of the new photography result that is generated by this technique. The research aims to find new things to ask about cases that arise in the problems, namely:Generating the best result on rolling motion light painting blur photography, and The best speed of rolling motion that must be taken by the photographer to generate the best result on rolling motion light painting blur photography. Qualitative research is grounded on values that emphasize the significance of individuals' subjective experiences and meaning-making processes, as well as the acquisition of a deep understanding (i.e., specific details from a small sample). In general, qualitative research is acceptable when exploring, describing, or explaining is your main goal (Leavy, Patricia: 2017). The movement taken by the researcher to get the results desired by the researcher is a rotating movement, where the camera is held by both hands with the arms straightened forward, so that the camera grip is held tightly, where this tight grip will impact the camera so that it does not experience significant shaking The speed used to rotate the camera, especially in the last test, is 2 seconds, while the remaining 2 seconds are used to focus the camera on the talent, so that as far as possible the 2 seconds are used to rotate the camera properly and without significant shaking.

Abstract

The emergence of deviant behavior among teenagers is caused by their inability to control their emotions. The tendency of teenagers to engage in deviant behavior can be controlled if they have well-developed emotional intelligence. Good emotional intelligence can help teenagers manage their emotions appropriately, enabling them to adapt to their environment. Family is one of the factors that influence emotional intelligence because the relationship between parents and teenagers has an impact on the emotional intelligence of teenagers. The aim of this study is to determine the difference in emotional intelligence between students whose parents are divorced and those whose parents are not (intact) at SMA PGRI Purwoharjo. This study is a comparative quantitative research involving 38 students with divorced parents and 38 students with intact parents at SMA PGRI Purwoharjo, selected using quota sampling technique. The study utilized an emotional intelligence scale (30 items, α = 0.866) adapted from Wardani's research (2019). The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in emotional intelligence between students with divorced parents and those with intact parents at SMA PGRI Purwoharjo (r = 0.759, p > 0.05).
