Abstract

From the innovation among pesantrens, students need not only Islamic religious learning but also entrepreneurial skills. This research explores the entrepreneurship learning model that had been developed by Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet and Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri Pasuruan and examines the effectiveness of pesantren entrepreneurs. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. In order to obtain the data validity, the data triangulation method supported by documentation and observation was employed by conducting interviews with kyai, asatidz, santri, and graduate users. The research objects were Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah and Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri Pasuruan; both are pioneers in developing pesantren entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This study showed that pesantren entrepreneurs are able to equip and encourage students to get careers towards prosperity. By harmonizing the theories of Kasb Asy’ariyah and Locus of Control, the focus of this study was on students who were not only capable as mubaligh, but also as entrepreneurs, particularly if they continued their studies at pesantren.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Community Service Activities were carried out in Miagan Village, Mojoagung District through training on the use of Eco-Enzyme. This activity aims to provide an explanation and understanding of the use of organic waste to the public, providing knowledge about how organic waste can be utilized/reprocessed into a useful liquid, namely Eco enzyme. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes discussion, training, practice, and questions and answers directly in front of the training participants, called the Fucus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The results of the training activities on the use of eco-enzymes provided learning, assistance and empowerment regarding the manufacture of Eco-enzymes in increasing the potential of human resources and they were also able to answer the post test that had been given. Abstract

The mosque as the center of Islamic civilization is not only the center of worship ceremonies but also can be the center of the economy, by making the mosque one of the zakat management bodies/institutions. As has been done by the management of the Jogokariyan Mosque, Yogyakarta Special Region. In this study, the problem is how high the level of effectiveness of zakat distribution is in Baitul Maal Masjid Jogokariyan. The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness level of zakat fund distribution in Baitul Maal Masjid Jogokariyan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by using the Zakat Core Principles (ZCP) model. The object used in this research is the financial statements of Baitul Maal Masjid Jogokariyan for one year from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness level of Baitul Maal Masjid Jogokariyan of 78% (seventy-eight percent), this shows that the effectiveness level of Baitul Maal Masjid Jogokariyan is effective where in the DCR (Disbursement Collection Ratio) category reaches 78%.

Abstract

Mandatory BPHTB contributions are local original revenues that must be paid by the payer to the local government that is useful for development. In this writing, we will discuss various information related to BPHTB mandatory contributions with the literature study method. In this literature study, there is information on previous research that provides answers on the legal basis of the mandatory contribution of the Mandatory Acquisition Duty on Land and Building Rights, the subject and object of the mandatory contribution of the BPHTB and the amount of the tariff and how to calculate the mandatory contribution of the BPHTB. Based on the results of this literature, it can be concluded that the mandatory BPHTB contribution has a strong and clear legal basis, the subject and object of the mandatory contribution include individuals and legal entities of BPHTB and the amount of the tariff and how to calculate the mandatory contribution of the BPHTB Mandatory Contribution, while the tariff in the payment of the Land and Building Rights Acquisition Duty (BPHTB) and the amount of the tariff and the method of calculating the mandatory contribution of the Mandatory Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) is 5%.

Abstract

Teens should equip themselves with the abilities and interests that will make them desirable employees. Three interconnected elements that belong to the owners of rights are required to execute youth engagement in the formation of civil society (children and youth). First and foremost, young leadership is required as the forefront of self-worth to assist teens in developing into self-assured individuals that generate teamwork strength to fulfill their responsibilities. Second, educational institutions still need to encourage and facilitate the interest of teenagers in entrepreneurship in society. Analyzing teenage leadership and entrepreneurial preferences in the context of professional empowerment and civil society is the goal of this study. This study employed a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative techniques. The study's conclusion is that entrepreneurship programs in learning environments are very beneficial for students' career development after they have finished their coursework.
