Abstract

This study aims to determine whether digital marketing training affects the independence and entrepreneurial knowledge curiosity of UNWAHA students. In addition, between the independent variable and the dependent variable is there a relationship between the two variables. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a simple linear regression test. The device or tool used is a test that uses the IBM SPSS version 23 instrument. The results show that digital marketing training on independence and Entrepreneurship knowledge curiosity has no effect/no relationship between variable X (digital marketing training) on ​​variable Y1 (independence) and variable Y2 (Entrepreneurship knowledge curiosity). The size of the correlation/relationship (R) value is 0.110. From the output, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.012. which implies that the effect of the independent variable X (Digital Marketing Training) on ​​the dependent variable Y1 (Independence) is 1.2%. The size of the correlation/relationship (R) value is 0.188. From the output, the determinant coefficient (R Square) is 0.035 which implies that the effect of the independent variable X (digital marketing training) on ​​the dependent variable Y2 (Entrepreneurship knowledge curiosity) is 3.5 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the settlement of wanprestasi disputes due to the overmacht factor in the Mudharabah contract.The type of research used is qualitative research that uses field observation methods. The object of this research is BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta, Jepara, Indonesia. Meanwhile, the subject of this study is the settlement of wanprestasi disputes. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In this study, the researcher selected informants as data sources, collected data, researched data quality, interpreted the data and made conclusions on his findings.The results of this study found that the settlement of disputes against customer members who committed wanprestasis by means of peace/family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh besarnya potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki oleh kawasan makam gus dur. Selain Gus Dur merupakan presiden ke-4 Republik Indonesia, keasrihan serta nuansa keislaman yang disuguhkan menjadikan daya tarik tersendiri untuk tetap dikunjungi. Terhitung setiap bulannya hampir 30.000 lebih wisatawan yang datang dari berbagai daerah dan akan meningkat pada hari libur dan menjelang ramadhan. Dengan potensi yang ada, ini adalah sebuah peluang bagi masyarakat agar bisa keluar dari lingkar kemiskinan yang dapat dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun,tidak adanya pelatihan keterampilan serta pembinaan dari manajemen pengelolahan, membuat masyarakat sekitar tidak mampu berdiri sendiri untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang biasanya diperjual belikan disekitar objek wisata Makam Gus Dur. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh konsep halal tourism baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat madani di Tebuireng Jombang.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan konsep halal tourism terhadap pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat madani di Tebuireng Jombang berdasarkan uji t dengan nilai taraf sig dan uji F dengan nilai taraf sig Maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. 2) dari ke-5 variabel tersebut, variabel ad-dinlah yang memiliki kontribusi paling besar terhadap pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat. Ditandai dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang memanfaatkan peluang bisnis atau berwirausaha dengan menyediakan fasilitas kebutuhan ibadah yang layak dan sesuai dengan dasar-dasar prinsip syariah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship is the attitude, spirit, and ability to create something new and beneficial for oneself and others. Entrepreneurship programs aim to shape students' character into entrepreneurs with innovative and creative ideas. Vocational High Schools (SMK) support this program to prepare students to become skilled workers in their chosen fields. However, the high number of unemployed SMK graduates is due to the lack of suitable job opportunities. Becoming entrepreneurs can be a solution to reduce unemployment by creating new job opportunities. This research aims to understand the implementation of entrepreneurship programs in improving the financial independence and careers of SMK students at SMK Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko Jombang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that the entrepreneurship program at SMK Darul Ulum Kepuhdoko Jombang is beneficial for students' careers after graduation, covering the fields of Light Vehicle Engineering, Multimedia, and Industrial Chemistry. The implementation of this program enhances the school's finances and equips graduates with entrepreneurial skills, enabling them to create job opportunities. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemikiran ekonomi islam kontemporer mazhab alternative kritis dan perbandingannya dengan pemikiran ekonomi islam mazhab iqtishaduna sebagai mazhab pertama pada ekonomi islam kontemporer. Peneilitan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. . Sebuah metode penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif, yang dapat berupa tulisan ataupun ucapan dan perilaku yang bisa di amati dan ditelaah dari orang - orang (subyek) itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bersifat kajian kepustakaan (library research). Peneliti mengumpulkan berbagai referensi berupa buku dan jurnal serta hasil laporan penelitian terdahulu yang memiliki kaitan dengan Pemikiran Ekonomi Islam Kontemporer Mazhab Alternatif Kritis. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analysis data berupa analisi isi (content analysis). Sebuah teknik analysis data yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah gambaran yang objektif dan sistematik. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan perbandingan yang signifikan antara mazhab alterntif kritis dan mazhab iqtishaduna baik dari konsep zakat dan konsep riba.

Abstract

Teens should equip themselves with the abilities and interests that will make them desirable employees. Three interconnected elements that belong to the owners of rights are required to execute youth engagement in the formation of civil society (children and youth). First and foremost, young leadership is required as the forefront of self-worth to assist teens in developing into self-assured individuals that generate teamwork strength to fulfill their responsibilities. Second, educational institutions still need to encourage and facilitate the interest of teenagers in entrepreneurship in society. Analyzing teenage leadership and entrepreneurial preferences in the context of professional empowerment and civil society is the goal of this study. This study employed a mixed method, which combines quantitative and qualitative techniques. The study's conclusion is that entrepreneurship programs in learning environments are very beneficial for students' career development after they have finished their coursework.

Abstract

Brands become things that can make an impression and keep consumers to be loyal customers. Building the right personal branding is the key to winning competition in the era of digitalization by doing digital branding. The aim of this research is to understand and describe the digital branding strategy that halal fashion products can enhance marketing. This research uses qualitative methods. It was carried out at Agen Rabbani Kota Jombang which is located at Jl. Kusuma Bangsa No. 73, Pulo Lor, Kec.Jombang, Kab. Jomban with primary and secondary data collection. Then a descriptive analysis of the data is carried out to draw conclusions. Based on the studies already carried out, the conclusion can be drawn that the digital branding strategy (X1) has a significant positive impact on marketing improvement. The results of research on halal fashion product variables (X2) have an impact on the implementation of digital Branding strategy in enhancing marketing at Agen Rabbani Kota Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan BMT Rizqona terhadap minat menabung santri pondok pesantren Al-Mardliyah Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket (kuisoner) dalam bentuk pertanyaan tertutup berupa skala Likert’s kepada 30 responden yang merupakan santri pondok pesantren Al-Mardliyah Tambakberas Jombang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 18. Terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji Homogenitas dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di BMT Rizqona Tambak beras Jombang, berdasarkan pada data yang diambil dari hasil angket yang telah disebar kepada 30 responden (santri) dapat dikategorikan sangat baik, begitu juga minat menabung santri pondok pesantren Al-Mardliyah Tambakberas Jombang, berdasarkan pada data yang telah diambil dari hasil angket minat menabung santri yang telah disebar kepada 30 responden (santri) dapat dikategorikan baik sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan BMT Rizqona terhadap minat menabung santri Al-Mardliyah Tambakberas Jombang.

Abstract

Fiat money is a trigger for global economic instability. This has often happened since the Bretton Woods System was inaugurated on a global scale, namely legalizing the practice of printing paper money without any underlying. This research aims to determine the development of fiat money from an economic perspective and to determine the legal status of the use of fiat money according to the perspective of Ali Jum'ah and Imron Housen. This research is a type of Mix Method research by combining Library Research (Library) and Media Research (Social Media Research). The data collection method was obtained through primary data including literature sourced from statutory regulations, books, official documents, publications, research results, and secondary data including social media such as YouTube, Instagram, etc. Data analysis uses Comparative Descriptive Qualitative Analysis to compare the opinions of Ali Jum'ah and Imron Housen. The research results show that the development of fiat money has begun since the issuance of the fatwa on halal bank interest in 1904 by the Mufti of Egypt, Muhammad Abduh, the fatwa on halal paper money in 1984 in Haramain, the establishment of the Federal Reserve in 1913 and then the collapse of the Bretton Woods System in 1971 until now. Ali Jum'ah believes that fiat money is not usury for reasons of 'urf and the maslahah element in the modern era, while Imron Housen says that fiat money is usury on the grounds that fiat money has no intrinsic value. According to him, interest is the main characteristic of the current global financial system, capitalism or neoliberalism (banks, interest and fiat money). Fiat money is the essence of usury, from an Islamic perspective fiat money contains two types of usury at once, namely usury Al Fadl and usury an Nasiah.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low awareness and utilization of halal labeling and certification by MSME players, especially in the spring roll skin industry in Jombang Regency, even though the potential for the halal market in Indonesia is very large. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal labeling and certification on MSME profitability. The approach used is quantitative with survey method. Primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 30 MSME players who have or are in the process of obtaining halal certification. The data were analyzed systematically through the stages of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that both labeling and halal certification have a positive and significant effect on profitability. The practical implications of these findings indicate that halal labeling can increase consumer confidence, while halal certification opens wider market access. Therefore, MSME players need to view halal certification not only as a regulatory obligation, but as a business strategy that can increase competitiveness and business sustainability.
