Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the business development of the catering service unit on the effectiveness of the management and development of the Bahrul Ulum Putra Islamic boarding school. As well as providing knowledge of what can be imitated from the business, so that it can be used and applied to Islamic boarding schools or other institutions. The type of approach used by the author in this research is to use field research (filed research) using a qualitative approach. Field research is research that is carried out by going directly to find and dig up data in the field. The results obtained in this study are, the Catering Service Unit managed by the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School can have an impact on; ensuring the quality of food provided to students, increasing the number of students, increasing the level of trust of guardians of students to Islamic boarding schools, the existence of business units that can provide additional financial income at Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Program tanggap bencana BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang menyediakan layanan membantu korban bencana alam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan strategi fundraising dan distribusi serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat program Jombang Sinergi Tanggap Bencana di BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif model Miles dan Hubberman. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut. 1) strategi fundraising program jombang sinergi tanggap bencana di BAZNAS Jombang adalah: a) strategi fundraising secara tidak langsung. b) strategi fundraising secara langsung. 2) strategi distribusi program jombang sinergi tanggap bencana di BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang adalah: melakukan kolaborasi dengan lembaga kebencanaan di lokasi terjadinya bencana.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is the economic basis of the people of Kedungrejo Village, so there are many problems in the agricultural sector in Kedungrejo Village. One of the problems being faced is the use of inorganic fertilizers. Most farmers use inorganic fertilizers to increase crop production in a short time. However, if used intensively, the use of inorganic fertilizers or chemical fertilizers will have a negative impact on soil fertility, soil pollution and can even lead to water pollution. For this reason, in dealing with this problem, it is highly recommended that organic fertilizer be applied so that the soil remains fertile. Utilization of processed fish waste to make useful new products. One effort to utilize this waste is to make it into environmentally friendly liquid organic fertilizer. The PKM activity of using fish waste as liquid organic fertilizer aims to provide information and understanding to farmers about amino acid fertilizer from fish waste. Benefits and also how to make it. So the target of this PKM activity is a group leading to a productive economy, namely GAPOKTAN Kedungrejo Village. The approach or method used by researchers is Service Learning (SL). During the implementation, namely training in making liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste at the Association of Farmers' Groups (GAPOKTAN) in Kedungrejo Village, they understood the benefits and use of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste. Kedungrejo Village farmers already know how to make liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste with assistance from Wahab Hasbullah University students. In terms of other sectors, the products produced by the Association of Farmer Groups (GAPOKTAN) can be developed into large-scale manufacturing for packaging and sale to the public.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Community Service Activities were carried out in Miagan Village, Mojoagung District through training on the use of Eco-Enzyme. This activity aims to provide an explanation and understanding of the use of organic waste to the public, providing knowledge about how organic waste can be utilized/reprocessed into a useful liquid, namely Eco enzyme. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes discussion, training, practice, and questions and answers directly in front of the training participants, called the Fucus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The results of the training activities on the use of eco-enzymes provided learning, assistance and empowerment regarding the manufacture of Eco-enzymes in increasing the potential of human resources and they were also able to answer the post test that had been given. Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, Islamic banks face new challenges in delivering safe and reliable banking services. In this context, risk management has an important role in ensuring the reliability of Islamic banks in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the role of risk management in improving the reliability of Islamic banks in the digital era. The research method used is a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data through literature study and analysis of relevant literature. This research highlights several important aspects in the role of risk management in the context of Islamic banks in the digital era, including risk identification, risk evaluation, risk control, and risk monitoring. In conclusion, risk management has a crucial role in enhancing the reliability of Islamic banks in the digital era. By adopting a comprehensive approach in identifying, evaluating, controlling, and monitoring risks, Islamic banks can maintain the integrity of the Islamic banking system and build customer confidence in the use of digital banking services. These efforts will help Islamic banks to remain relevant and competitive in the face of the evolving challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal penting bagi konsumen Muslim karena memberikan jaminan bahwa mereka dapat memilih makanan yang baik bagi mereka dan mematuhi aturan agama. Mengetahui kualitas makanan halal berdasarkan label halal yang tertera pada produk tentunya akan mendatangkan minat yang besar bagi konsumen ketika memutuskan untuk membeli dan mengkonsumsi makanan halal. Ice Cream Mixue dibuka pertama kali pada tahun 2020, dan dengan cepat menjadi topik hangat karena harganya yang terjangkau dan rasanya yang tidak mengecewakan. Alhasil, es krim tersebut viral di media sosial, hingga mahasiswa UNWAHA khususnya Jurusan Agama Islam pun tertarik dan ingin membelinya.Tingkat pembeliannya sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan makanan dan minuman lainya, namun terdapat beberapa perdebatan mengenai kehalalanya.Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak sertifikasi halal terhadap niat beli konsumen es krim mixue di kalangan mahasiswa FAI (Fakultas Agama Islam) UNWAHA. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk analisis data.Teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas, yaitu pengambilan sampel acak, digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel,terdapat 94 responden yang dipilih .Dari hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 7,498 > 2,279 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,000. 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis ini H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara sertifikasi halal terhadap minat beli konsumen es krim mixue pada mahasiswa FAI (Fakultas Agama Islam) UNWAHA.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui model pengembangan industri halal food UMKM di Jombang, UMKM yang ada di Jombang sudah memenuhi kriteria halal food atau belum. Penduduk Kabupaten Jombang kebanyakan muslim yang ialah pasar potensial untuk aneka produk halal. Keberadaan UMKM sangat penting bagi masyarakat saat ini. Sebab keberadaannya sangat berguna dalam hal pendistribusian pemasukan warga. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode wawancara dengan mewawancarai sejumlah oarng di Dinas dan para pedagang di Kabupaten Jombang dengan jumlah responden 15 pedagang, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian dikatakan halal food atau makanan yang halal didasarkan pada cara yang baik dan sah dalam proses mendapatkannya. Sementara makanan yang tidak halal cenderung salah dalam proses mendapatkannya atau justru menimbulkan kerugian ketika dimakan. Meskipun terdapat UMKM yang banyak tetapi banyak UMKM di Jombang yang belum mendapatkan sertifikat halal, tapi para pemilik usaha benar-benar yakin akan kebersihan dalam proses pembuatan makanannya, karena dipantau langsung oleh pelaku usaha tersebut.
