Abstract Smart School is a school concept that utilizes information technology in teaching and learning activities and school administration. Smart schools consist of various integrated systems that are used by school residents according to their respective roles, both students, teachers and school employees. The technology that is often used is mobile technology. To support this technology, schools need training to improve their knowledge and abilities from introduction to creating mobile-based applications for school needs. This training was attended by 30 people. During the training, there were modules, video tutorials and competent tutors in their fields. This training will discuss the concept of Smart school, Mobile technology, IOT Mobile and mobile application. This activity will increase mobile technology knowledge for students, teachers and school staff in implementing the Smart School system at SMK N 1 Bangko Rokan Hilir. Keywords: Smart School, Mobile, IoT, SMK N 1 Bangko Abstrak Smart School merupakan suatu konsep sekolah yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan administrasi sekolah. Smart school terdiri dari berbagai sistem yang saling terintegrasi yang digunakan oleh warga sekolah menurut perannya masing-masing, baik siswa, guru dan karyawan sekolah. Teknologi yang sering dipakai adalah teknologi mobile. Untuk mendukung teknologi ini, sekolah membutuhkan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mulai dari pengenalan sampai pembuatan aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk kebutuhan sekolah. Pelatihan ini diikuti sebanyak 30 orang. Selama pelatihan ini dilengkapi dengan modul, video tutorial beserta tutor yang berkompeten dibidangnya. Pelatihan ini akan membahas mengenai konsep Smart school, Teknologi mobile, IOT Mobile dan mobile application. Kegiatan ini akan meningkatkan pengetahuan teknologi mobile bagi siswa, guru dan karyawan sekolah dalam penerapan sistem Smart School pada SMK N 1 Bangko Rokan Hilir. WHO was declared Corona Virus Desease 19 (Covid-19) as a global pandemic because of its massive and uncontrol spread. First case was occurred in Wuhan on December 2019 and was detected in Indonesia on early March 2020 in Depok, West Java.Vaccines was the most effective to control infectious desease. Vaccination against Covid-19 in Indonesia started in January 2021. In this study, the number of people in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Kepulauan Riau, DI Yogyakarta, Kalimantan Utara and Maluku with fully vaccinated was forecasted using Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) models. The models show that on 31 December 2021, Bangka Belitung, Kepulauan Riau, DI Yogyakarta, Kalimantan Utara and Maluku will reach 47.75%, 60.58%, 70.96%, 44.84%, 36.21% and 17.83% of the province population will be fully vaccinated. The results can estimate when the province reach the herd immunity treshold level.

Mikrokontroler adalah sebuah sistem komputer fungsional dalam sebuah chip. Di dalamnya terkandung sebuah inti prosesor, memori (sejumlah kecil RAM, memori program, atau keduanya), dan perlengkapan input output. Mikrokontroler merupakan komputer didalam chip yang digunakan untuk mengontrol peralatan elektronik, yang menekankan efisiensi dan efektifitas biaya. Mikrokontroler AVR merupakan salah satu jenis arsitektur mikrokontroler yang menjadi andalan Atmel. Arsitektur ini dirancang memiliki berbagai kelebihan dan merupakan penyempurnaan dari arsitektur mikrokontroler-mikrokontroler yang sudah ada. Pada pengaplikasian nya menggunakan beberapa hardware seperti DT Combo, Kabel USBasp dan papan LCD. Software yang akan digunakan Bascom versi demo, Bascom AVR, CVAVR 2.075 dan Proteus 8. Mikrokonktroler digunakan dalam produk dan alat yang dikendalikan secara automatis, seperti sistem kontrol mesin, remote controls, mesin kantor, peralatan rumah tangga, alat berat, dan sekolah. Pada sekolah dapat diterapkan seperti pada bell sekolah, informasi runing text, remote ac, mesin air dan lainnya. Ini sangat berguna menunjang salah satu penggunaan teknologi digital.Teknologi Digital adalah teknologi yang dilihat dari pengoperasionalannya tidak lagi banyak menggunakan tenaga manusia. Tetapi lebih cenderung pada sistem pengoprasian yang serba otomatis dan canggih dengan system komputeralisasi/format yang dapat dibaca oleh komputer.

Learning problems are often the reason teachers do not provide material in class optimally. Like condition COVID 19 at this time, apart from that, for various reasons, such as the teacher having a meeting, the city office is an obstacle for teachers to deliver material at school, even students roaming around and fighting in class. An effective and efficient learning media is needed for teachers to continue delivering material even under any circumstances. Learning using Google Classroom, one way to face the challenges of the technology world in education through learning media. Besides that, the making of instructional videos will increase the creativity of teachers to make interesting and interactive teaching materials. This workshop was attended by 21 teachers from SMP N 35 Pekanbaru. After going through the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers in managing classes on Google Classroom and learning videos. This workshop can be a provision for teaching and learning activities at school and outside of school.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat RW 09 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Timur Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru terhadap pemberdayaan teknologi dalam mengakses layanan administrasi kependudukan secara online. Layanan administrasi kependudukan merupakan salah satu program pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru untuk mewujudkan visi Smart City yang madani. Pengukuran pemahaman peserta dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan pre-test dan post-test. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah PIECES ( Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, dan Service) Hasil akhir kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan dalam proses layanan Kependudukan secara online kepada warga RW 09 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Timur Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru
