Abstract

       ABSTRACTThis research is for class action to purpose increase of communication and result learning mathematical by Cooperative Think Pair Share. For third grade SDN 003 Sungai Kunjang. This research do in SDN 003 Sungai Kunjang by subject research is communication and result learning mathematical by Cooperative Think Pair Share. The research do as many as two times cycle. Each cycle do two times meeting. The technical is collecting data use paper observation and test. The result of data is present on narrative, average, and present-ace. Whereas the observatory is researcher. From result analysis that got student communication group has experienced increased from cycle I until II, cycle I (48.73%) cycle II (94%) and personally communication on cycle I has (26.31%), cycle II has (80.48%). The learning completeness student has increased form cycle I until II that is cycle I (45.83%) cycle II (92%). Based on the research that can concluded by learning Cooperative Think Pair Share that can increase communication and result learning mathematical Third grade SDN 003 Sungai Kunjang.Key Word:  Communication, Result Learning, and Cooperative TPS

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many fields, one of which is the field of education. Education is one of the most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Education staff and the government are trying their best so that education continues to run smoothly and optimally even during the current pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government carried out online or remote teaching and learning activities. Online or distance learning is an effort to keep the learning going well even though using different systems or different learning methods. The provision of tutoring is something that must be done so that students can still achieve the expected competencies, not only that but complying with Health protocols also needs to continue to be carried out by providing masks so that the virus can be prevented from spreading and schools can meet face to face

Abstract

Abstrak ”Dengan membaca buku, engkau mampu menjelajahi dunia tanpa harus meninggalkan kursimu”. Pepatah itu disampaikan Plummer terkait betapa pentingnya membaca. Kemampuan membaca tentu menjadi tuntutan utama bagi semua orang. Dengan membaca, seseorang dapat mengetahui banyak hal seperti sejarah, berita, dan informasi. Membaca menjadi salah satu kompetensi dasar yang dipelajari siswa sejak sekolah dasar. Belajar membaca bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah. Seringkali, siswa diperhadapkan pada permasalahan yang ada di dalam dan di luar dirinya sehingga menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab kesulitan membaca pada siswa kelas IV di SDN 014 Muara Badak Desa Budaya Sungai Bawang, dan pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar membaca serta hasil pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar membaca. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, teknik tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes pemahaman membaca, lembar wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar membaca pada siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, yaitu siswa belum mampu menghafal huruf A-Z, sulit membedakan huruf yang hampir sama, dan sulit mengeja huruf. Selain itu, kurangnya dorongan, perhatian, dan bimbingan dari orangtua, dan kurang maksimalnya guru ketika mengajar di kelas menjadi hambatan bagi siswa untuk belajar membaca. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti melaksanakan kegiatan bimbingan belajar membaca bagi siswa yang berkesulitan belajar membaca. Hasil dari pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar membaca adalah kemampuan siswa dalam membaca mengalami peningkatan, yaitu siswa mampu mengeja dan menjadi percaya diri selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Kata Kunci: Kesulitan membaca, bimbingan belajar membaca Abstrak “By reading books, exploring the world without ever leaving your chair.” Plummer conveyed the adage regarding the great importance of reading. The ability to read is certainly a top priority for everyone. By reading, one can know many things such as history, news, and information. Reading is one of the basic competencies learned since elementary school. learn something easy. Sometimes, students are faced with problems that exist inside and outside themselves, causing students to have difficulty learning to read. This study aims to determine the causes of reading difficulties in fourth grade students at SDN 014 Muara Badak, Sungai Bawang Culture Village, and the implementation of tutoring and the results of the implementation of reading tutoring. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, test techniques, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were reading comprehension tests, interview sheets, and documentation. The results showed that the difficulty oflearning to read in students was influenced by internal factors and external factors, namely students were not able to memorize letters A-Z, had difficulty distinguishing letters that were almost the same, and had difficulty spelling letters. In addition, the encouragement, attention, and guidance from parents, and the less than optimal teacher when teaching in class are obstacles for students to learn to read. Therefore, researchers carry out reading tutoring activities for students who have difficulty learning to read. The result of the implementation of reading tutoring is that students' ability to read has increased, namely students are able to spell and become confident during the learning process. Abstract

Pengabdian ini merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan langsung di masyarakat sekolah dan yang menjadi objek sasarannya adalah siswa di SDN 003 Sungai Kunjang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kreativitas siswa di sekolah dasar di masa pandemic covid-19 dengan mengadakan pelatihan membuat kerajinan tangan dengan kain perca/flanel. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran kelompok dan demonstrasi. Pengabdian ini terdiri dari 4 kali pertemuan menyesuaikan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Pertemuan pertama membahas tehnik membuat pola, pertemuan kedua membahas tehnik dasar menjahit, pertemuan ketiga dan keempat pembuatan kerajinan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan kreativitas siswa dalam membuat kerajinan tangan maka di setiap prosesnya dibuat rubrik penilaian guna mengukur tingkat pencapaian siswa. Berdasarkan rubrik peniliaan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 93,33 dari 26 siswa.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance teachers' skills in utilizing the Wordwall application as an interactive learning medium in the Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda City. The activity was conducted offline and involved 30 elementary school teachers who are members of the Teacher Working Group (KKG). The implementation began with a planning stage, which included identifying teachers' needs regarding the use of digital media in learning. The training was then delivered through the introduction of Wordwall features, demonstrations of how the application works, and hands-on practice sessions. The results of the program showed a significant improvement in teachers' ability to operate Wordwall and successfully integrate it into classroom learning activities. Students also responded positively to the use of this media, as indicated by their increased motivation and enthusiasm for learning. Furthermore, the use of Wordwall accelerated both the preparation and implementation of learning activities, thereby improving time efficiency. However, challenges remain, such as the lack of confidence among some teachers in using technology, highlighting the need for further support and guidance.
