Abstract

Discipline is one of the significant points in building education, especially at SMP NEGERI 20 DEPOK. The school picket officer is tasked with processing books, second recording student attendance, student permits, and student performance reports at SMP Negeri 20 Depok. Computer-based information systems also have an important role in supporting the school to carry out teaching and learning activities optimally. The Picket Officer Daily Report Information System is designed using Sublime Text 3 tools and uses a MySQL database. While the programming languages used are HTML, CSS and PHP using the waterfall method which will take data from SMP Negeri 20 Depok. Based on the retrieval of information carried out, the Daily Report Information System is designed to assist the processing of all student activities such as student attendance, student permits and student performance reports. The Picket Officer report information system helps process data efficiently and maximally both in terms of time and materials used, where so far the daily reports of picket officers at SMP Negeri 20 Depok are still done conventionally.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Leadership and Work Discipline at PT. Securindo Patchatama Pekanbaru Branch, and the sample was selected using the census method by taking all the existing population. The sample obtained was 38 respondents. The respondents were employees at PT. Securindo Patchatama Pekanbaru Branch. Data processing and analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The results of this research prove that partially Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously it also shows that Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable, namely 16.226 > 3.024. The Adjusted R Square value shows a result of 0.895, which means that 89.5% of employee performance is influenced by leadership (X1) and work discipline (X2). Meanwhile, the remaining 10.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

This training and managerial development was carried out in Sungai Putih village, Tapung sub-district, Kampar regency. At this training event, material and skills that were important in facing the challenges of the world of work were presented. Participants were encouraged to recognize and apply the techniques and methods that they must have in order to be able to win the competition in in the world of work and business, in good management, before carrying out an activity or business, business actors must master the most basic things in achieving goals such as careful planning, good organization, implementation in accordance with planning up to the evaluation stage in each division. Abstract

This service activity is based on basic questions regarding environmental management that can be carried out by middle school age children, especially female students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru, based on the boundaries of waste science which in English is called waste, which basically includes many definitions of waste, namely substances or objects that no longer used either in the form of waste materials originating from household waste or from factories as industrial waste, waste itself consists of two types, namely organic waste and inorganic waste, both types of waste according to law number 18 of 2008 concerning waste management, waste has become a problem national so that management is needed so that it does not cause negative impacts on public health and the environment The final result desired in this activity is how the students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru in particular can understand and understand how to manage waste properly and correctly and understand what the impact is if they do not protect the environment from an early age, and in the future it is hoped that efforts will be made if waste These are reused without undergoing a new process or transformation, for example a drink bottle turns back into a drink bottle

Abstract

The rise of sophisticated greenwashing on social media has revealed a sharp increase in misleading sustainability communication strategies, triggering consumer skepticism about sustainability claims. This study aims to identify a typology of advanced greenwashing strategies and analyze their impact on consumer skepticism through persuasion, signaling, and attribution theories. Using a literature-based approach, data were gathered from recent academic sources relevant to greenwashing, social media and consumer behavior. The findings indicate that inauthentic sustainability narratives enhance the perception of manipulation, leading to brand distrust. This study proposes a conceptual framework that outlines the relationship between greenwashing tactics, consumers’ cognitive evaluation processes, and the emergence of skepticism in response to non-transparent communication.

Abstract

This research Motivation is the driving force behind a series of human behavioral processes aimed at achieving goals. The elements of motivation include arousing, directing, maintaining, demonstrating intensity, being persistent, and having a purpose. In this study, the authors present field findings regarding factors related to work motivation among teachers at the Az Zuhra Islamic Elementary School Center. These factors are internal factors, including: the desire to survive, job satisfaction, the desire for appreciation, and recognition. External factors include: work environment, adequate compensation, good supervision, job security, and status and responsibility.

Abstract

The socialization of school management strategies in handling bullying and violence at SMA N 1 XIII Koto Kampar is an important step in creating a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment. Based on the results of the study, socialization has been carried out through various approaches, such as homeroom teacher meetings, student coaching, counseling from Az Zuhra Institute lecturers, and the use of school information media. The school management strategy involves the prevention, handling, and evaluation of bullying and violence cases with a collaborative approach between the principal, teachers, and students. This shows that socialization needs to be carried out more intensively and structured so that the designed strategy can be implemented optimally. At the end of the community service activity, we held a group photo session and presented a certificate of appreciation to the principal who had helped run this community service activity. We also held a friendly gathering with the principal to discuss how to continue this program. According to the principal, we saw the enthusiasm of the students in listening to the presentation. Furthermore, we from the community service team also hoped that students understood the importance of preventing bullying starting from themselves. We, the community service team, welcomed this warmly and, God willing, we will follow up on the principal's good wishes, until finally, precisely at 12:00 noon, the community service event was completed and ran smoothly

Abstract

This study aims to descriptively analyze work motivation, competence, work engagement, and the performance of teachers and supervisors at Insan Cendekia Boarding School (ICBS) Harau Payakumbuh. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a total of 211 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistical techniques, including mean scores and class interval categorization. The results indicate that, in general, work motivation, competence, work engagement, and the performance of teachers and supervisors fall into the good category. However, several indicators related to welfare and professional development remain in the fairly good category, particularly those concerning allowances, future security, and the production of scientific publications. These findings provide managerial implications for educational institution administrators in formulating sustainable human resource management policies.
