Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of PT employees. Home credit PekanbaruThe research method we carried out was an associative method using a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was employees of PT. Abstract

This training and managerial development was carried out in Sungai Putih village, Tapung sub-district, Kampar regency. At this training event, material and skills that were important in facing the challenges of the world of work were presented. Participants were encouraged to recognize and apply the techniques and methods that they must have in order to be able to win the competition in in the world of work and business, in good management, before carrying out an activity or business, business actors must master the most basic things in achieving goals such as careful planning, good organization, implementation in accordance with planning up to the evaluation stage in each division. Abstract

This service activity is based on basic questions regarding environmental management that can be carried out by middle school age children, especially female students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru, based on the boundaries of waste science which in English is called waste, which basically includes many definitions of waste, namely substances or objects that no longer used either in the form of waste materials originating from household waste or from factories as industrial waste, waste itself consists of two types, namely organic waste and inorganic waste, both types of waste according to law number 18 of 2008 concerning waste management, waste has become a problem national so that management is needed so that it does not cause negative impacts on public health and the environment The final result desired in this activity is how the students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pekanbaru in particular can understand and understand how to manage waste properly and correctly and understand what the impact is if they do not protect the environment from an early age, and in the future it is hoped that efforts will be made if waste These are reused without undergoing a new process or transformation, for example a drink bottle turns back into a drink bottle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rencana strategi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) menggunakan metode SWOT. Analisis ini mengkaji faktor strategis internal (Internal Strategic Factors Summary atau IFAS) dan faktor strategis eksternal (External Strategic Factors Summary atau EFAS) untuk mengevaluasi posisi strategis partai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kondisi posisi IFAS berada pada nilai -0,20, yang mengindikasikan masih adanya kelemahan signifikan dalam faktor internal (Weakness). Di sisi lain, posisi EFAS mencapai nilai 0,40, yang menunjukkan peluang eksternal yang cukup potensial bagi PKS. Berdasarkan data SWOT, kondisi eksisting strategi internal PKS menggambarkan bahwa kinerja partai belum optimal. Posisi EFAS pada kuadran II dengan nilai 0,40 mengindikasikan bahwa peluang strategis masih terbuka lebar bagi PKS untuk memanfaatkan peluang tersebut dan memperkuat posisinya sebagai partai politik yang kompetitif. Dengan strategi yang tepat, PKS memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mencapai kemenangan dalam Pemilu mendatang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi kekuatan internal dan pemanfaatan peluang eksternal menjadi langkah strategis yang perlu diutamakan. Abstract

This research aims to examine the possibility of a tourism development strategy in improving the community's economy after the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting a literature study. This type of research is a type of research by presenting a collection of data from various literatures that are closely related to the side of the world tourism development strategy in improving the economic sector of the post Covid-19 pandemic community. The data taken can be in the form of scientific journals, books, articles and other sources of information relevant to the research topic. In the literature review research method, researchers usually carry out the process of searching and collecting data through various sources of information. After that, the collected data are analyzed and evaluated to support the formulation of hypotheses, theoretical frameworks, or conclusions in the research and then draw red threads and conclusions. The results of this study concluded that tourism is a very important sector for Indonesia, both in terms of economy and cultural promotion to foreign countries. To revive tourism in East Java after the COVID-19 pandemic. The East Java Provincial Government has made various efforts, including: tourism promotion strategies through public relations strategies, development of tourism destinations with various facilities, cooperation with public development, tourism, with a marine base.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh emotional branding terhadap citra merek dan dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian produk F&B premium. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam studi ini, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 konsumen yang mengonsumsi produk F&B premium di kawasan perkotaan Indonesia. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang dianalisis melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emotional branding berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand image (β = 0.658, p < 0.001) dan keputusan pembelian (β = 0.332, p < 0.001). Selain itu, brand image terbukti memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap keputusan pembelian (β = 0.723, p < 0.001). Brand image juga berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara emotional branding dan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya emotional branding dan brand image dalam membentuk preferensi konsumen, khususnya di pasar produk F&B premium. Implikasi manajerial meliputi pentingnya integrasi strategi emotional branding dan pembangunan citra merek untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan keputusan pembelian konsumen.
