Abstract

This community service activity takes the form of outreach to village heads, village officials, and the community regarding effective and efficient management of village assets through the implementation of a village asset management system. The general goal to be achieved in is to provide insight or knowledge regarding the effective and efficient management of Village Assets through the implementation of asset management as well as to improve structured, transparent and accountable asset management and to provide education on how developing village assets. The method used in this service activity is socialization including the development of lecture material, case studies, discussions and questions and answers. The material provided during the socialization was village asset management material by implementing an effective and efficient village asset management system. The socialization resulted in an increased understanding of effective and efficient management of village assets through the implementation of a village asset management system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy on student interest in a career in taxation with volunteerism as a moderating variable. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, the samples obtained in this study were 50 students according to the criteria, namely students who took a tax concentration in the accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Musamus University. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that motivation had a positive effect on student interest in taxation (X1), Self Efficacy had a positive effect on student interest in taxation (X2), Volunteering did not moderate self-efficacy on student interest in taxation.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, meningkatkan minat, motivasi, keterampilan bagi anak-anak Panti Asuhaan ABBA serta dapat menumbuhkan ide kreatif anak-anak panti asuhan didorong untuk kedepannya ketika mereka keluar dari panti asuhan memiliki proyek kewirauhaan sesuai dengn minat dan keahlian yang mereka miliki sehingga kedepan mempunyai daya jual. Pendampingan ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen keuangan sehingga mereka dapat belajar bagaimana mengelola membuat anggaran serta mampu untuk mengatur kegiatan bisnis. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian dapat memberikan edukasi terkait cara pemasaran produk yang nantinya dipasarkan lewat penjualan secara langsung atau[un media online.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yang pertama sosialisasi degan pemberian materi kewirausahaan dan manajemen keuangan dan tahap kedua mengadakan workshop pembuatan produk berupa keripik pisang, bunga dan bros dari bahan dasar batok kelapa dan sisik ikan serta pelatihan laporan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian akan dilakukan di Wasur Kampung Distrik Merauke Kabupaten Merauke. Wasaur Kampung ini merupakan salah satu kampung yang menjadi percontohan dalam pelestarian hutan, kekayaan alam dan pariwisata yang berbasis pada kearifan local. Usaha masyarakat dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan perekonomian, sehingga perlu adanya pendambingan dan pelatihan manajemen usaha yang diterapkan agar lebih optimal, baik secara kelembagaan maupun pemasaran dan tentunya berdampak pada produksi dan produktivitas usaha masyarakat. Usaha pembuatan bakery yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat masih bersifat industry rumahan skala kecil serta proses pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya mengandalkan komunikasi personal dalam areal kampung itu sendiri. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman oleh masyarakat terhadap manajemen manajemen dan manajemen pemasaran yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya kegiatan Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PDM), tim pelaksana akan memberikan partisipasi penuh terhadap penyelesaian masalah-masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi penyuluhan dan bimbingan teknis sebagai media transfer pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada mitra. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian adalah melalui kegiatan non fisik dan fisik dengan target kegiatan yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen kelembagaan dan manajemen pemasaran yang baik dengan mengikuti perkembangan era globalisasi. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai yaitu publikasi jurnal ber-ISSN, publikasi media online, peningkatan daya saing bisnis, peningkatan manajemen usaha, perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat, peningkatan kedisiplinan dan partisipasi mitra yang optimal.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style, Human Resource Competency and Transparency on the Accountability of Village Fund Financial Management in Jagebob District. This research aims to determine (1) the influence of leadership style on village fund accountability (2) the influence of human resource competency on accountability (3) the influence of transparency in village funds on accountability (4) the influence of leadership style, human resource competency and transparency on management accountability village funds. This type of research is quantitative, the sample in this research is the entire community which is part of the total population which can provide 60 data. The sampling technique is simple random sampling (simple sample). Data collection was carried out by filling out research questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis was used with the help of statistical analysis tools, namely SPSS Version 22 IMB. The results of statistical testing, namely reliability tests for all variables, are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (α) value is > 0.70, namely accountability 0.891, leadership style 0.810, competence 0.819, and transparency 0.843. Partial testing was 448,046> Ftable, namely 2.03 with a value of 0.000<0.05. The determination test was 95.8% with the influence of other variables being 4.2%. The partial test of all variables was accepted with a value of count <ttable for each leadership style variable 3.233<0.003, HR competency 2.249<0.000, and transparency 4.354<0.042. The regression test is that the leadership style variable (X1) is 0.142, competence (X2) 0.146, and transparency (X3) 0.260 on accountability (Y) with a significant value smaller than 0.05. The results of the research can be concluded that (1) leadership style has a positive effect and significant impact on village fund accountability (2) human resource competency has a positive and significant impact on accountability (3) transparency has a positive and significant impact on accountability (4) leadership style, human resource competency, and transparency have a positive and significant impact on accountability in managing village funds.
