Abstract

Abstrak Proses belajar mengajar merupakan suatu kegiatan melaksanakan kurikulum suatu lembaga pendidikan agar dapat mempengaruhi peserta didik mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam mencapai tujuan, siswa berinteraksi dengan lingkungan belajar yang diatur oleh guru melalui proses pengajaran. Oleh karena itu, guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan harus memperhatikan kepentingan setiap siswa dengan memperhatikan perbedaan kemampuan sehingga tujuan pembelajaran siswa dapat tercapai. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mojokerto, guru diharapkan mampu memberikan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi sekolah tersebut, guru harus dapat mengembangkan prinsip “Developmentally Appropriate Practice” (DAP), maka dari itu peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran dengan model permainan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1). Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran permainan terhadap hasil belajar chest pass bola basket, 2). Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran permainan terhadap hasil belajar chest pass bola basket. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mojokerto dengan sampel kelas VII C. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan melalui perhitungan data menggunakan SPSS 20.0 menunjukkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada hasil belajar chest pass bola basket setelah diberi treatment model pembelajaran permainan dan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar chest pass bola basket sebesar 17,41%.. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran permainan, chest pass bola basket. Abstract Process has learnt to teach to be a activity carries out curriculum a education institution so that can influence entrant educate to achieve education aim that appointed. in achieve aim, interacted student with environment learns that regulated by teacher passes instruction process. therefore, physical education teacher, sport,  and well-being must pay attention importance every student with pay attention ability difference so that student study aim can reached. Efforts to increase physical education quality, sport and well-being at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mojokerto, supposed teacher can to give appropriate study model with situation and school condition, teacher must can develop principle" Developmentally Appropriate Practice" (DAP), so from that is researcher uses study model with game model. Aim from this watchfulness: 1). to detect there not it game study model influence towards result learns chest pass bola basket, 2). to detect how big game study model influence towards result learns chest pass bola basket. this watchfulness subject class student VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Mojokerto with class sample VII C. Based on watchfulness result and pass data calculation uses SPSS 20.0 show result that there is influence significant in result learns chest pass bola basket after given treatment game study model and found result enhanced learns chest pass bola basket as big as 17,41%. . Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dinilai sebagai suatu gaya kepemimpinan yang cocok diterapkan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 karena membutuhkan sesosok pemimpin yang mampu bisa memahami para anggotanya agar menumbuhkan sifat komitmen yang kuat sehingga diharapkan bisa menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi pada organisasi yang sedang dijalankan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis dan mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja fungsionaris BEM FEB 2021 UNESA di masa pandemi covid-19, 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis komitmen terhadap kinerja fungsionaris BEMFEB 2021 UNESA di masa pandemi covid-19, 3) mengetahui dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan komitmen terhadap kinerja fungsionaris BEM FEB 2021 UNESA di masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosisatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dilihat berdasarkan probability sampling dengan jenis random sampling, Hasil dari penelitian ini dijabarkan sebagai berikut; 1) gaya kepemimpinan demokratis tidak berpengaruh secara spasial terhadap kinerja fungsionaris, 2) komitmen memiliki pengaruh secara spasial terhadap kinerja fungsionaris, 3) gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan komitmen mempengaruhi secara simultan terhadap kinerja fungsionaris BEM FEB 2021 di masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Telkom Indonesia, or PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, is a telecommunications company based in Indonesia. Telkom Indonesia was founded in 1856 under the name "Jawatan Telegraaf" by the Dutch East Indies Government. In 1965, the company name changed to "Perum Telkom" after being taken over by the Indonesian government. Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is wholly owned by the Indonesian government. PT Telkom Indonesia is a company that continues to develop communications media and internet network technology. At PT Telkom Indonesia which has a branch office in Medan City, precisely on Jalan Gunung Krakatau No. 17 A North Sumatra Province. The branch office has employees who work in the technician field, where many technicians are on duty in the field to fix network problems. The problem that occurs in this company is that many technicians do not fill in the attendance data that has been provided with the finger print machine at the Medan City branch of PT Telkom. This happens because many technicians who are on duty in the field to repair customers' internet networks in Medan City are reluctant to return to the office or go directly to the location to repair the internet network, so the technician employees forget to fill in the attendance data provided by the company. For this reason, the company requires an online presence that is intended for network trouble technicians.

Abstract

This article discusses the results of a Community Service (PKM) activity entitled Smart Kids, Smart Future: Human Resource and Financial Management Education for the Young Generation of PERMAI Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. This activity focused on improving the knowledge and skills of the younger generation in the areas of human resource management, financial literacy, planning, the application of sharia financial principles, and creativity in designing business ideas. Interactive and practical learning methods were applied to ensure that participants not only understood the theory but were also able to implement it in a real-world context. The results of the evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests showed a significant improvement in all indicators measured. Participants' understanding of HR management increased sharply, especially in planning and task distribution. Basic financial literacy and Islamic finance principles also experienced substantial strengthening, enabling participants to integrate financial aspects with Islamic values. In addition, creativity in developing simple business ideas proved the participants' ability to combine knowledge with relevant innovation. Overall, this programme successfully achieved its stated objectives, namely equipping the younger generation with managerial and financial competencies that support economic independence and an understanding of Islamic values. This success provides an important foundation for the development of more comprehensive and sustainable follow-up programmes.
