Abstract

In the 1945 Constitution, it has been emphasized that people with disabilities have the same rights, obligations and positions as other citizens, including in terms of obtaining a pre-employment card, this research focuses on the visually impaired because in terms of making a pre-employment card, there are still some obstacles which are still felt. difficulties in participating in the worker card selection process, To find out the pre-employment card policy for the visually impaired, and To find out the legal umbrella that protects work rights for the visually impaired. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques sourced from the results of several primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews, while secondary data comes from books, websites, laws, and journals.

Abstract

Olahraga renang merupakan salah satu kegiatan air yang memiliki sejarah panjang dan gaya yang beragam, serta merupakan media sosialisasi dan relaksasi sehingga membawa banyak manfaat bagi manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja teknik awalan renang menggunakan teknik grab start antara atlet profesional dan amatir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, subjek penelitian terdiri dari 12 atlet laki-laki mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 1 buah kamera kamera, perangkat lunak Kinovea versi 0.9.4, SPSS versi 26.0, dan Skill spector. Parameter kinematik yang diukur meliputi sendi lutut, sendi pinggul, pelantar plexion, average velocity knee, average velocity hip, jarak loncatan dan tinggi loncatan. Hasil uji menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada sudut sendi hip panggul awalan dengan nilai sig 0,046 > 0,05 ; knee awalan sig 0,012 > 0,05 ; knee impact sig 0,010 > 0,05 ; plantar impact sig 0,009 > 0,05 ; average velocity knee sig 0,035 > 0,05 ; jarak loncatan sig 0,009 > 0,05 ; tinggi loncatan sig 0,044 > 0,05. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan teori dapat disimpulkan sudut-sudut sendi, seperti knee, plantar, avarage vel ocity, jarak loncatan dan tinggi loncatan. Hasil ini mengidindikasikan bahwa teknik grab start berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja atlet renang.

Abstract

Policies and regulations related to legal protection for persons with disabilities in Indonesia are adequate, but overall they have not been implemented optimally. The results of the research at FHCI as a partner invited by BUMN and BUMD, have not employed persons with disabilities in accordance with existing regulatory provisions and have not carried out their obligations by providing fulfillment of the rights of disabled workers as regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The purpose of this study is to knowing and analisys for implementation regarding the policy of recruiting disabled workers in BUMN and BUMD, while the research method used is descriptive qualitative, which is a data analysis method that is carried out by processing and analyzing systematically, the results of the study show that the implementor has not implemented the regulatory provisions. that already exists, so that the reality that occurs in the recruitment of disabled workers has not run optimally, in terms of recruitment and placement, as well as not fulfilling the quota that has been determined for disability in BUMN and BUMD. FHCI, BUMN and BUMD have not fulfilled the rights of persons with disabilities in terms of providing job opportunities, providing skills training and getting decent jobs without discrimination. Based on the background described, this research focuses on “Implementation of work quotas for persons with disabilities”.
