Abstract

Consumption of instant noodles in Indonesia has increased, this is not comparable to the decline in the Mie Gaga index on the Top Brand Index of 0.5%. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of product quality, price perception and brand image on customer loyalty which is mediated by Mie Gaga customer satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Achmad Yani University. Validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, and Sobel test instruments were all successful. This tool was used to collect data from male and female respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Achmad Yani University who had consumed Gaga noodles in various flavors. The number of respondents involved in this research was 125 people. Cross-sectional or one-shot study is the data collection method used. Four research hypotheses out of ten proposed are supported by empirical data. This research shows that customer satisfaction can be influenced by product quality on customer loyalty. However, future researchers can use other ideas to influence customer loyalty directly. The results of this research will also help decision makers in similar companies when they create relevant strategies or programs

Abstract

Peningkatan pengguna smartphone Xiaomi tidak selalu menunjukan peningkatan Index Top Brand Award untuk beberapa merek smartphone. Xiaomi merupakan salah satunya yang mengalami penurunan index sebesar 0,6% pada tahun 2023 di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepuasan pengguna smartphone merek Xiaomi dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk yang dimediasi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 90 responden, yang terdiri dari pria dan wanita yang merupakan mahasiswa/i di Kota Bandung yang pernah menggunakan smartphone merek Xiaomi. Pengumpulan data primer dengan one-shot study untuk mendapatkan data empiris yang mendukung empat hipotesis yang diusulkan. Pengujian instrument penelitian menggunakan Uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis data diuji menggunakan asumsi klasik dan regresi berganda, serta uji sobel dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menunjukkan loyalitas pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan ide lain untuk mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan secara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat membantu para pengambil keputusan di perusahaan sejenis saat mereka membuat strategi atau program yang sesuai.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of Supply Chain Management at PT. Putra Medal Sakti with SCOR model tools. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. From this research it is concluded that in the evaluation section of supply chain management at PT. Putra Medal Sakti, several flows that occurred at PT. Putra Medal Sakti cannot be fulfilled. Supply chain management is not running as well as it should because there are still discrepancies between implementation and planning. Then to measure supply chain management performance at PT. Putra Medal Sakti using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. Based on the results of performance measurements using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method, the supply chain condition of PT. Putra Medal Sakti has not run as well as it should. This is shown by the perfect order fulfillment value of 74%, order fulfillment cycle time of 3 days, and cash to cash cycle time of 9 days, which is no better than the benchmark data and has a parity value.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play an important role and strategic for the country's economic growth in both developing and developed countries. Increasing competitiveness is determined by the carrying capacity, science and technology, innovation ability and the learning process that develops in the community. The aim of this research is to examine the application of Information and Communications Technology Business and Competitiveness of SMEs Effect on Food and Beverages in Cimahi. This research is descriptive and exploratory and using quantitative research approach and explanatory survey method. There are 100 Small and Medium Business Unit which deploy in 15 villages in Cimahi taken as sample using stratified random sampling technique. Data are collected based on interviews and questionnaires. According to the discussion, this research obtain results as follows : a. SMEs Cimahi majority (75.17%) already use information technology applications to market their products, although at 24.83 percent do not use any type of information technology applications. Applications predominantly used are Facebook, BBM, SMS and Instagram. b. Cimahi city SMEs largely use information technology to market their products. But there are still constraints faced by them; limited knowledge and ability of the management of SMEs to apply information and communication technologies in accordance with the demands of technology and the development of times. c. Application of information technology and business communication partially no effect on the competitiveness of the SME Food and Beverages in Cimahi, but simultaneously, impact on their competitiveness. Thus, they need to implement decision making, which related to the application of information technology, and business communication jointly. Recommendations for the Government of Cimahi are as follows: enhance further programs that support the competitiveness of SMEs of Cimahi among products of SMEs in other cities. Expanding SMEs’ opportunities to increase understanding of the importance of Communication Technology Applications for SMEs as well as facilitating the access of SMEs to be able to market their products online by providing supportive training.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMAN 1 Cimahi melalui Adversity Quotient. Melalui pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberi dampak positif pada proses pembelajaran dan perkembangan siswa, sehingga siswa SMAN 1 Cimahi dapat menjadi pribadi yang unggul, tidak mudah menyerah dan semangat dalam mencapai cita-cita meskipun banyak kesulitan yang akan dihadapi pada prosesnya. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman dan penanaman motivasi kepada siswa SMAN 1 Cimahi, serta memberikan pemahaman dan penanaman adversity quotient untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan siswa dalam menghadapi kesulitan akademik yang dihadapi. Hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan sosialisasi menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa yang menjadi peserta kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of ISO 45001:2018 as an occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) standard in the transportation process of hazardous and toxic waste (B3) at PT Pratama Karya Nugraha using the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) approach. This research employed a qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and samples determined using purposive sampling. The findings reveal that the implementation of ISO 45001 has not been fully optimal, particularly in the Do, Check, and Act stages. In the Do stage, some workers were found not consistently wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response training was lacking, and adequate safety signs and warning systems were not in place. In the Check stage, regular occupational health monitoring had not been conducted, while in the Act stage, incident and nonconformity documentation was poorly managed. The study recommends enhancing OHS training and socialization, installing safety signs, conducting periodic health checks, strengthening documentation, and ensuring active management involvement in supervision to make ISO 45001 implementation more effective and supportive of operational safety.
