Abstract

Jurnal ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pandemi terhadap penjualan UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Depok. Pandemi COVID-19 yang datang menyerang seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia sangatlah berdampak terhadap kegiatan perekonomian. Tidak sedikit bisnis yang terpaksa harus ditutup pada masa pandemi ini akibat kurangnya pengetahuan bagaimana cara untuk dapat bertahan dalam situasi pandemi seperti sekarang. Jurnal disusun dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan UMKM yang berada di depok sehingga harapannya dengan adanya jurnal ini, antar UMKM dapat belajar dari pengalaman satu sama lain dan bangkit kembali di pasar baik dengan cara melakukan strategi-strategi pemasaran yang benar maupun memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada untuk meningkatkan kembali minat beli masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa pandemi COVID-19 sempat menyebabkan penurunan pada penjualan di sektor makanan pada 2-4 bulan pertama pandemi namun karena UMKM cepat melakukan adaptasi, penjualan sektor makanan di Kota Depok dapat kembali normal setelah empat bulan.

Abstract

The study aims to discover the influence of CRM-based information systems and service quality on MSMEs' customer loyalty in Padang City. The unit of analysis is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City. The study utilised primary data obtained through the questionnaire. Sampling technique by using quota sampling. 120 questionnaires from MSMEs were returned as a final sample. Data were analysed using multiple regression analysis performed by SPSS software. The result shows that CRM-based information systems significantly influenced customer loyalty in Padang City. Service quality significantly influenced customer loyalty in Padang City. The findings of this study have several important implications; MSMEs should invest in and adopt digital CRM solutions to improve customer interactions, data management, and personalised services, ultimately leading to increased customer retention. MSMEs should improve their service standards continuously. Enhancing responsiveness, reliability, and customer engagement can help build stronger customer relationships and trust.

Abstract

This community service explores the synergistic role of GBI Jemaat Asia Afrika in society, highlighting its social action initiatives. The method involves surveying target institutions, accurately assessing needs, and announcing plans during church services. Contributions are collected and distributed accordingly. This decade-long initiative targets residents of elderly homes, orphanages, and rehabilitation centers. Success indicators include meeting specific needs and receiving acknowledgment from institution managers. Post-action evaluations ensure continuous improvement. Consistent implementation of these activities demonstrates the church's ability to synergistically fulfill its mission of living, faithfulness, and service, providing meaningful support to the less fortunate and enhancing their sustainability.

Abstract

This research mainly to identify language contrast used by male and female on Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina podcast video in RANS entertainment youtube channel. The theory used in this research is the differences between male and female language use in the form of six contrasts by Deborah Tannen (1990). The research method used is qualitative method. The results showed that the way of male speaking, the writers get 7 status, 1 independency, 2 advice, 1 information, 1 orders, and 9 conflict. On the other hand, for the way of female speaking, the writers get 1 support, 1 understanding, 4 feelings, 1 proposal, and 3 compromise. The writers didn’t get intimacy from female in this podcast video between Raffi and Nagita.
