Abstract

The increase in the real business sector in the field of broiler farms in this poor district of the statistics is very good, but will be inversely if studied in depth about the output (profit) generated by the breeders. Return on investment (ROI) on this business is relatively small, dependence on feed from factories, dependence of seeds, investment of making the cage is not small, not to mention the Human Resources and Management of breeders is low so it needs to be studied in depth so that the farmers this is not a loss. Because of the many problems that must be solved by the breeders, this study limits and focuses on efforts to increase broiler farmers profit in Tumpang District, Malang Regency. This research is titled "Rule of Thumb Pricing Method" To Maximize Profit of Broiler Chicken Breeder in Tumpang District of Malang Regency The purpose of this research is "The use of rule of thumb pricing method to give optimal profit for broiler breeder in Tumpang District of Malang Regency "The benefits that can be derived from the results of this study in general can be used as a reference for young entrepreneurs who want to jump in the field of broiler chickens so that they can manage costs well in order to maximize profits broiler chicken products. This research uses quantitative descriptive method for understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action holistically This research was conducted in District Tumpang Malang Regency 2017. The results of this study indicate that 1) Use of markup pricing or method of rule of thumb pricing done bybroiler breeders in District Tumpang Malang Regency showed a significant increase in profits, this can be seen from the results of regression analysis with t count of 6.651 with the level of sig = 0.00. 2) The use of Markup Pricing method conducted by broiler breeders in Tumpang District of Malang Regency will usually be done in certain seasons, such as the New Year, Islamic Day and Natalan where the market is very much in need of broiler chicken supplying, so even though the price is fixed consumers buy these products because they need them

Abstract

AbstractEmbroidered craft in Indonesia is believed to be carried by many traders from China and India who carry out lots of buying and selling transactions in Indonesia, that's when these traders began to introduce embroidery crafts and their techniques. One of the leading industrial sectors is handmade products in the form of embroidery craft where initially in Probolinggo there was a center for embroidery industry but after the monetary crisis occurred in Indonesia since 1998 many craftsmen could not survive due to the high raw materials and the lack of buyers and the inability of craftsmen to reach other markets, leaving only a few that still exist today. This Community Service Activity Partner is Rizza Bordir. To achieve this goal, theCommunity Service activities are carried out using the Participatory Rural Appraisal Model (PRA), Community Development Model, through Persuasive and Educational Approaches. The results of this activity concluded that: Solving financial problems experienced by partners is to make software software, 2) Creation of new markets through online media in the form of Websites, Youtube, and Social Media is done by re-uploading files and images on IG, Facebook, Update Youtube Appearance and Start looking for Subsribe by promoting it through WA groups and Facebook, and Giving Hastage #RizzabordirProbolinggo so that the media will start to know Rizza Embroidery and can be read by Google.com and 3) That the help of tools in the form of Machines and E-commerce is expected to be maximized by Partners to be able to develop their business and increase turnover.Keywords: Rizza Embroidery, Handmade, E-Commerce

Abstract

The aims of this study to: 1) find out the Pentong Coin Fundraising and the Impact on Earnings, 2) the Management (LAZISNU) in Turen District. 3) The effectiveness of the management of NU Coin Fund on the Socio-Economic Society of the Era Disruption. This research use a qualitative method. The results are as follows: 1) The concept of Infak through the NU Coin Movement, can be said as a brilliant and tactical step in implementing the I'anah Syahriyyah Concept. 2) Fundraising on the Pentong Coin activity is not intentional or organized, this is an activity that has long been done by scholars in order to all of the jam'iyyah are obedient to the religion and carry out Islamic syarai'at properly and correctly and of course this is will have a positive impact on increasing pentong coins in Turen District. 3) the management of LAZISNU is in accordance with the management concept, 4) the management of the NU Pentong Coin has been effective and does require an in-depth study so that pentasarrufan becomes more useful, especially in the Disruption Era (covid-19 pandemic).

Abstract

Kelompok Timur Lesti Maju merupakan mitra pertama yang masih menjual hasil panen ikan bentuk segar belum ada diversifikasi produk serta pakan ikannya masih membeli sehingga biaya budi daya tidak ekonomis.  Sedangkan Gapoktan Gemah Ripah yang anggotanya dari kelompok tani  mempunyai penurunan produktivitas dikarenakan masih menggunakan pupuk kimiawi yang harganya mahal sehingga tidak sesuai dengan dosis pemupukan dan belum menggunakan pupuk organik yang relatif murah.  Sedangkan UMKM IMA Tahu masih menggunakan peralatan perebusan tahu konvensional dan belum memiliki saran pengolahan limbah cair industri tahu dan pemasarannya masih konvensional. Mitra berlokasi di Desa Pagedangan Kecamatan Turen Kabupaten Malang. Permasalahan 1) Kelompok Timur Lesti Maju hasil panen ikan masih dijual secara langsung dalam kondisi segar, belum ada diversifikasi produk karena belum diterapkannya teknologi yang mendukung, , 2) Gapoktan Gemah Ripah Belum adanya teknologi tepat guna pembuatan pupuk organik serta mesin perajang sampah hasil panen seperti padi dll, 3) Ima Tahu belum adanya sarana pengolahan limbah cair industri tahu untuk menuju energi terbarukan, peralatan untuk penyerapan panas dan asap dari cerobong asap, belum adanya alat pengemasan otomatis dan penimbangan digital. Solusinya adalah penerapan teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) pada masing-masing Mitra yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Metode yang diterapkan adalah yang pertama adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan TTG, pendampingan dan Monitoring serta evaluasi. Target luarannya adalah tercapatnya seluruh TTG pada mitra dan dapat digunakan secara maksimal sehingga mendapatkan manfaat dari Teknologi tersebut.

Abstract

Pembatasan social dan penutupan akses menuju wilayah tertentu berdampak pada menurunnya aktivitas yang bersifat social, bertemu, bersapa dan melakukan transaksi penjualan, tentu ini sangat berdampak besar terhadap aktivitas ekonomi, berhentinnya kegiatan industry karena tidak adanya pembelian, berbagai toko-toko besar dan mall-mall tutup total karena dilarang melakukan transaksi secara lansung yang mengakibatkan pada pemberhentian karyawan (pengangguran dimana-mana). Permasalahan mitra adalah : 1) Minimnya tenaga pemasar dan 2) Konsumen baru tidak ada karena ada pembatasan social dimana-mana, sedangkan solusi yang ditawarkan adalah : 1) Minimnya tenaga pemasaran saat ini bisa disiasati dengan Tenaga Ahli AT yang bertugas untuk melakukan penjualan secara online dan 2) Membuat Web promotion dan melakukan berbagai promosi melalui media online seperti Media Facebook, Sophee, bukalapak dan lain sebagainya. Simpulannya adalah : 1) Hasil penelitian Pemasaran menggunakan media online menurut mitra dirasa cukup baik untuk dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan dan melakukan penjaringan terhadap pelanggan baru, 2) Penggunaan Web promotion pada Trio Jaya Snack diharapkan mampu memberikan sarana kepada para pelanggan dan calon pelanggan untuk dapat melihat dan mengetahui lebih dekat perusahaan tersebut dan berbagai produk yang dihasilkan Abstract Social restrictions and closure of access to certain areas have an impact on decreasing social activities, meeting, greeting and conducting sales transactions, of course this has a huge impact on economic activity, the cessation of industrial activities due to the absence of purchases, various large shops and malls closed completely because it is prohibited to conduct transactions directly that result in employee termination (unemployment everywhere). The conclusions are: 1) The results of marketing research using online media according to partners are considered good enough to be able to increase sales turnover and conduct screening of new customers, 2) The use of Web promotion at Trio Jaya Snack is expected to be able to provide a means for customers and prospective customers to be able to see and get to know more about the company and the various products it produces

Abstract

Reliable and productive human resources have an important role for organizations or companies, especially in the era of 4.0 and digitalization in the business world, especially in employee engagement, where employees are the spearhead of the company. The aim of this study to see how the Employee Engagement at Rizza Embroidery Probolinggo. This research use descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the research from the human resource side show that Rizza Embroidery is very qualified because of many employees who work all are experts (professionals) because they have been working for many years, but this is a weak point for similar SMEs, especially Rizza Embroidery because after all the workforce These experts will be very prone to go out if there is something that might not make them comfortable being there. 2. From the sideEmployee Engagement a) Vigor: that the policy made by the management (Mrs. Yunan) to rest their employees during the day is an aspiration from the employee's proposal, of course this is welcomed so that during effective hours they can carry out activities optimally. 2) Dedication is a strong relationship between workers and what they do. Rizza Embroidery with 12 employees has a strong dedication to their work, this is because Embroidery is indeed a series of embroidery activities that can be done by experts, so that the average employee there is very dedicated. 3) Absoption: existing work activities at Rizza Embroidery often exceed the time limit set by the management from 07.00 to 17.00 .. Sometimes workers can arrive at night while doing work, this is certainly a note for management because after all all work must be assessed properly.
