Abstract

Nowadays, The Environmental damage has become a very important issue, because the impact has been felt by peoples in the world. Causes of the Environmental damage is consists to natural factors and human factors. The purpose of this program has cultivated love attitude to environment early, in order to students who has knowledge and love of the environment. Method of implementation includes counseling, training, teaching, demonstration and practice so that learning more interesting and be absorbed by the student. The results of the implementation of this service activities such as knowledge of teachers and students in a matter of love environment.The enthusiasm of students in participating in this activity is very high. This is evident from the number of participants who take part in a very satisfactory rate of more than 80%. Demo sorting garbage and organic vegetable cultivation practices in schools also done well and the results are satisfactory although students still have to obtain further guidance and assistance.

Abstract

Human resource potential and natural resources boarding school located in agricultural areas. It is an opportunity for the development of the boarding school in the field of agriculture. But the potential of land owned boarding school has not been explored to the optimum, due to the ability of students in the management of agricultural land is limited. The purpose of the implementation of Science and technology program for the community is to empower students in both Al Muqorrobin and Babussalam boarding school about entrepreneurship and develop the skills of the students in the field of organic farming. Methods of implementation of the program using a participatory approach groups or Participatory Rural appraisal (PRA), which involve the students in the education and training activities. Implementation results generally show that after following the extension of the entrepreneurial activities, the students that are interested in trying entrepreneurship particularly in the field of organic vegetables. After participating in the training, the students also have managed to cultivate vegetables and food crops both in the kitchen garden and land boarding school. Constraints faced especially in Babussalam boarding school, because of the location of water sources away from the land, making the maintenance activities so difficult. These problems can be solved by means of the addition of drainage water from the water well to the land. Recommendations on the implementation of this program is the continued assistance relating to the business plan for the students who will develop entrepreneurship in the field of organic farming .

Abstract

Climate change has a significant imp act in the fields of agricultur e ,  b ecause  agriculture has a heavy reliance on climate elements . Therefore , studies on the  impa ct of climate change on agriculture is important to study . This case study was  conducted in Poncokusumo , Malang Regency for 7 months . Subjects were apple  growers who have made  apple cultivation for 10 years or more and still trying to  apple today . Th e research object is climate change with the elements that will be  Studied include temperature, humidity and rainfall and Adaptation Efforts that have  been done the farmer . The results Showed that both climatic elements of  temperature, humidity and rainf all simultaneously Contribute Significantly to the  productivity of the apple . Separately rainfall only significant role . Respondents  who did the adaptation as much as 85.29 % of the total respondents . Form of  adaptation by farmers are watering the plant s to cope with high temperatures ,  intercropping to address the decline in income from apples , the reduction of more  branches to cope with the humidity and spraying pesticides more intensively to  address the incidence of diseases by the caused by rainfall and high humidity .

Abstract

The existence and Role of Pengambe’(Money Lender) opten invokus a negative assumsiont , the lintah darat such that the Pengamba’ fungciont as a profiteer who exploits small scale of Fisherman. Becouse of this assumtiont, it is weedeply accepted the exintence of pengambe’, althougt the goverment has provided the fisherman with several opportunities to acces various other credit fasilities, the Result have been unsatisfactory and the Fisherman’s deppendence on the pengambe’ or other non formal means of credit has continued. This research aims to decribe the loan giving system of the pengamba’ to the Fisherman, dercribing sosiologycal factors with play a rule in the existence of pengembe; as a source of non formal credit.The result of this analisis will hoppelifully clarrify why this pengambe’ existwithin the smallscale fishing comunity and hoppely can be used by the goverment to formulatea credit policy for this fisherman. Apart from that, it is also hope to change the negative strereotype view of the public towards the rule of this pengambe

Abstract

Kelompok Timur Lesti Maju merupakan mitra pertama yang masih menjual hasil panen ikan bentuk segar belum ada diversifikasi produk serta pakan ikannya masih membeli sehingga biaya budi daya tidak ekonomis.  Sedangkan Gapoktan Gemah Ripah yang anggotanya dari kelompok tani  mempunyai penurunan produktivitas dikarenakan masih menggunakan pupuk kimiawi yang harganya mahal sehingga tidak sesuai dengan dosis pemupukan dan belum menggunakan pupuk organik yang relatif murah.  Sedangkan UMKM IMA Tahu masih menggunakan peralatan perebusan tahu konvensional dan belum memiliki saran pengolahan limbah cair industri tahu dan pemasarannya masih konvensional. Mitra berlokasi di Desa Pagedangan Kecamatan Turen Kabupaten Malang. Permasalahan 1) Kelompok Timur Lesti Maju hasil panen ikan masih dijual secara langsung dalam kondisi segar, belum ada diversifikasi produk karena belum diterapkannya teknologi yang mendukung, , 2) Gapoktan Gemah Ripah Belum adanya teknologi tepat guna pembuatan pupuk organik serta mesin perajang sampah hasil panen seperti padi dll, 3) Ima Tahu belum adanya sarana pengolahan limbah cair industri tahu untuk menuju energi terbarukan, peralatan untuk penyerapan panas dan asap dari cerobong asap, belum adanya alat pengemasan otomatis dan penimbangan digital. Solusinya adalah penerapan teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) pada masing-masing Mitra yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Metode yang diterapkan adalah yang pertama adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan TTG, pendampingan dan Monitoring serta evaluasi. Target luarannya adalah tercapatnya seluruh TTG pada mitra dan dapat digunakan secara maksimal sehingga mendapatkan manfaat dari Teknologi tersebut.

Abstract

Harjokuncaran village, Sumbermanjing Wetan Sub District is one of the coffee production centers in Malang regency and is able to compete with orther regions. The main problem marketing of robusta coffee in Harjokuncaran Village is that farmer can not determine their own selling price. The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing effiiciency of robusta coffee that conducted the study from February to March 2018. Methods of data analysis used in this research are descriptive and quantitative. The results showed that there are 6 marketing channel with different marketing functions. The highest farmer share is on marketing channel II with a value 96,68%. The result of marketing efficiency analysis with price efficiency approach at can be said to be efficient. While the operational efficiency analysis on transportation function that is said to be efficient is on marketing channel I and marketing channel II because the percentage of transport capacity is more than 100%. And based on reseacrh, distance and farmer price are significantly affected to marketing marjin

Abstract

Sebagai desa yang masih kental dengan nuansa tradisional, Sukopuro juga memiliki budaya lokal yang dapat terlihat dalam kegiatan masyarakat sehari-hari, termasuk dalam berbagai perayaan adat dan upacara tradisional. Masyarakat di desa ini terkenal dengan gotong royong dan kekompakan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan pembangunan desa. Sumber daya alam yang melimpah terutama tananam singkong memberikan inspirasi bagi sebagian orang di Desa tersebut untuk membuat olahan produk seperti kripik singkong dengan berbagai varian rasa dan model, salah satunya adalah Usaha Kripik Singkong Kersojoyo. Kegitan ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra yang belum ada Promosi digital, belum ada Laporan keuangan, dan Logo / Branding, hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berupa pembuatan website Desa dengan UMKMnya, Laporan keuangan sederhana untuk mitra, serta pembuatan Logo. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini juga meningkatkan kapasitas produksi mitra sebesar 20% pada Bulan Desember tahun 2024.

Abstract

CV. Puri Pangan Lestari has implemented effective and proper marketing management, which includes five key stages: planning, organizing, execution, controlling, and evaluation. The planning stage involves formulating strategies for marketing Kayavit jackfruit chips, while organizing entails delegating responsibilities among individuals involved in the marketing process. The execution stage ensures the marketing activities align with the planned strategies, controlling focuses on monitoring marketing activities to maintain alignment with the plans, and evaluation identifies challenges and issues encountered during the marketing management process. Consumer purchasing decisions for Kayavit jackfruit chips are influenced by two main factors. First, socio-cultural factors such as recommendations from peers, product availability, needs, and local habits. Second, personal factors, including financial condition, price, lifestyle, taste, past experiences, and the product's appeal. However, the company faces several challenges in its marketing management, including less strategic store locations, limited use of e-commerce platforms, inadequate promotional efforts, and suboptimal employee performance. To address these challenges, the proposed solutions include selecting busier locations, leveraging e-commerce platforms to enhance consumer accessibility, utilizing social media for broader promotion, and implementing stricter work regulations and clearer responsibility assignments for employees. These measures aim to optimize marketing efforts and increase the brand's market reach.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, konsep strategi pemasaran 4.0 perlu untuk dilakukan dan ditingkatkan agar perusahaan pemilik merek dapat benar – benar terkoneksi dengan konsumen. Namun kenyataannya pada era digital ini, masih terdapat perusahaan yang gagal mendorong konsumennya untuk terikat dengan mereknya. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui strategi pemasaran omnichannel yang dilakukan oleh restoran fast food dan menganalisis pola konektivitas konsumen generasi milennial dengan produk fast food. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Malang dengan objek penelitian 3 restoran fast food terbesar di Kota Malang. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan konsumen generasi milennial yang lahir pada tahun 1980-1999 berjumlah 300 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data secara studi literatur dan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skenario omnichannel pada ketiga restoran fast food yaitu webrooming. Sedangkan konektivitas yang terjadi antara konsumen generasi milennial dengan produk fast food yaitu dominan melalui saluran komunikasi dan saluran penjualan berupa media online (media sosial dan pemesanan melalui aplikasi ojek online).
