Abstract

This study aims to develop an expert system to diagnose stunting in toddlers using the naive bayes method. Stunting is a serious health problem that is often ignored due to lack of public awareness and limited access to health services. This expert system is designed to diagnose stunting based on symptoms inputted by the user without having to consult directly with medical personnel. The naive bayes method is used to handle uncertainty in the data and provide a level of certainty in the diagnosis. Research data were obtained through observation, interviews with medical personnel at the Health Office, and literature studies. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and tested using the blackbox testing technique. This system is expected to increase awareness and early detection of stunting, while supporting the Health Office in its efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide students and the Tanjung Sakti community with knowledge about the use of digital marketing as a marketing medium to increase superior products in the Bipang Tanjung Sakti area. Where the development of the world in the digital era is so fast and it is very important for students and the community to use it in a positive direction and not misuse. Having digital marketing skills can become a marketing medium and provide skills in increasing product sales. The methods of implementing the activities carried out are the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. This activity is in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers and provides digital marketing training for students and the public in an effort to increase the promotion of superior products in the Bipang Tanjung Sakti area as an opportunity to open a business for entrepreneurship. The results of the implementation of activities at the pretest stage with a score of 70% show that many community service training participants still do not know about digital marketing. Next is the implementation stage by providing digital marketing training with materials on Packing, Photography Techniques, and Social Media Promotion. The results of the evaluation of the participants after training on digital marketing materials through protest obtained a value of 93%. This shows that after this training the participants really understand digital marketing to increase the promotion of superior products in the Bipang Tanjung Sakti area

Abstract

Di Pagar Alam, Prediksi dan pengukuran tingkat Stunting masih mengandalkan analisis sekunder. Kader Posyandu melibatkan diri dalam mengukur kondisi balita, dan hasilnya diserahkan kepada ahli untuk menilai apakah balita tersebut mengalami Stunting atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengaplikasikan Algoritma C4.5 untuk melakukan Prediksi terkait kasus Stunting pada anak. Dari permasalahan yang ada diatas, maka metode yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan ini yaitu Algoritma C4.5 yang termasuk dalam Pohon Keputusan pada Data Mining. Proses Data Mining peneliti menggunakan salah satu metode CRIPSP-DM dan pengujian Data Mining menggunakan Confusion Matrix serta pengujian Sistem menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil dalam penelitian ini berupa sebuah Sistem yang menerapkan aturan dari Pohon keputusan. Sistem Prediksi status gizi Anak yang dirancang penulis layak karena dapat mengkategorikan status gizi balita. balita secara otomatis berdasarkan Zscore yang ditetapkan dan hanya terdapat selisih 11,8% dari pengujian Prediksi dataset yang sama menggunakan Rapid Miner. Sistem yang penulis rancang dapat lebih cepat dan efektif dalam memPrediksi status gizi Anak. Berdasarkan Berdasarkan data hasil uji, dapat disimpulkan bahwa akurasi Algoritma C.4.5 untuk memPrediksi anak Stunting yaitu 88,20% tergolong baik. Sedangkan pengujian Sistem menggunakan Black Box Testing memperoleh total 4.35 masuk ke kategori sangat layak. Tujuan Sistem ini adalah membantu tenaga kesehatan dalam membuat keputusan terkait Prediksi status gizi balita. Sistem Prediksi ini bermanfaat untuk mengidentifikasi balita berisiko gizi buruk sehingga tindakan pencegahan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

The provision of supplementary feeding at community health posts aims to support adequate nutrition for toddlers. However, limited government funding poses challenges for posyandu cadres. To overcome this, cadres conduct self-funding initiatives, even though most of them are housewives. This community service activity aims to assist cadres in developing a provision of supplementary feeding production enterprise through education, capital support, and business mentoring. The stages include preparing health media, conducting health education, forming a management team, producing provision of supplementary feeding, and evaluating business progress. The activity involved 12 cadres from Bangun Rejo Village. The results showed increased knowledge among cadres in producing nutritious, locally sourced provision of supplementary feeding, along with improvements in toddlers’ nutritional status: severe malnutrition decreased from 25% to 10%, moderate malnutrition from 75% to 50%, and good nutrition increased from 0% to 40%. This demonstrates that PMT effectively improves toddlers’ nutrition.

Abstract

Education units that are part of the driving school program found that the implementation of digital-based differentiated learning, especially using Canva media, is still a challenge. Several aspects that can be seen from the results of observations and interviews include that many teachers in this educational unit are not fully aware of the importance and benefits of digital-based differentiated learning with Canva. The service method chosen to achieve the target of differentiated learning training with Canva starts from Self, Concept Exploration, Collaboration Space, and Demonstration. The work produced by the participants is concrete evidence of the positive impact of this service activity. These works reflect the understanding obtained from the service team regarding the material presented. Participants not only become consumers of information but are also able to turn it into useful work in a learning context

Abstract

Elementary school education units that are part of the driving school program already have a learning community (Kombel). Most school principals and teachers do not fully understand the activities of the learning community in carrying out their duties and roles in supporting the improvement of student learning outcomes. His service aims to improve the competence of educators and build a culture of sustainable learning together through learning communities so that it has an impact on improving student learning outcomes. The method in this learning community workshop starts with opening, starting from oneself, concept exploration, collaboration space, guided reflection, contextual reflection, elaboration of understanding, connection between material, real action, and closing. The activity participants were the principal and 2 teacher representatives from each school consisting of 4 elementary school levels, namely SD Negeri 11 Suhu Dalam, SD Negeri 3 Gumay Talang, SD Negeri 6 Lahat Selatan, and SD IT Abatasa Lahat. The final product of this learning community workshop is a plan for activities to develop a sustainable learning community in schools.

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector in Pagar Alam City requires a sentiment analysis system capable of accurately capturing tourists’ perceptions. Sentiment analysis of online reviews can serve as a valuable foundation for decision-making in managing and improving tourism destinations. This study aims to produce an accurate sentiment classification by optimizing the K value in the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm using Expectation Maximization (EM) and Grid Search Cross Validation (GS-CV). The research employs the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) methodology, consisting of six stages: business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Data were collected through web scraping of online tourism reviews, resulting in 4,806 reviews across eight major tourist attractions, including Tugu Rimau, Mount Dempo, and Tujuh Kenangan Waterfall. The results indicate that Tugu Rimau received the highest positive sentiment score (0.678), while Tujuh Kenangan Waterfall showed the lowest (0.006). Model performance evaluation revealed that KNN accuracy improved from 81% to 89% after optimization using EM and GS-CV, achieving 88% precision, 89% recall, and an F1-score of 85%. These findings demonstrate that the integration of EM and GS-CV effectively enhances the classification accuracy of KNN in sentiment analysis for Pagar Alam’s tourism reviews

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana edukasi yang lebih efektif, khususnya bagi remaja. Salah satu media yang berkembang adalah animasi motion graphics yang mampu menyajikan informasi secara visual, menarik, dan mudah dipahami. Di sisi lain, rendahnya pemahaman remaja mengenai basic skincare sering menyebabkan kesalahan dalam memilih dan menggunakan produk perawatan kulit. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media edukasi yang dapat meningkatkan literasi skincare di kalangan remaja.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media edukasi berupa video animasi motion graphics pengenalan basic skincare. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, serta kuesioner yang melibatkan responden dan uji ahli (expert review).Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media memperoleh tingkat kelayakan sebesar 100% dari ahli materi, 100% dari ahli media, dan 80% dari ahli bahasa, sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Pengujian kepada 30 responden melalui pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,87 yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media animasi motion graphics yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman remaja mengenai basic skincare.
