Abstract

The main problem discussed in this paper is whether there is a positive influence self concept and development of the personality on employee performance Stasin TVRI Surabaya (Part Program). To solve the problems discussed authors use data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis were preceded by calculating the average of each variable. And before should be done beforehand regression analysis instrument to be tested for validity and reliability. The analysis shows that the authors have found show that : 1) partially self-concept and personality development is partially significant effect on the performance of TVRI Surabaya Employees (Part Program). 2) simultaneously the concept of self and personality development affect the work performance of employees TVRI Surabaya (Part Program). 3) Variable kansep self is the dominant variable effect on employee job performance TVRI Surabaya (Part Program).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether price, product quality, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The method used in this study using a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study consisted of 50 respondents who are customers of Mool.Spdr. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression and t test. This study shows that there is an influence of price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction Mool.SPDR. The results of this study indicate that the better the price, product quality, and service quality, the customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

Adolescent girls are more susceptible to dysmenorrhoea which is influenced by many factors, one of which is the mental condition of adolescents who experience menstruation. The aim of the research was to analyze the effect of the acupressure method on dysmenorrhoea in young women at Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik junior high school. This research design uses the Pre-Experiment method with a One Group Pretest Posttest design. The population was 44 teenagers who experienced dysmenorrhoea, using the Simple Random Sampling technique, 40 teenagers were obtained. This data was taken using a questionnaire and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores.  After tabulating the data, it was analyzed using the Paired t Test with a significance level of p = <0.05. The results of the study showed that the average dysmenorrhoea scale before the acupressure method was carried out was 5.6 and after the acupressure method was carried out it was 2.28.  Based on the results above, the significance value is sign=0.000<0.05. This means that there is an influence of the acupressure method on dysmenorrhoea in young women at Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik junior high school

Abstract

Kejadian disleksia tidak jauh dari pola asuh orang tua, dimana orang tua sangat berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan disleksia pada siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasional. Populasi sebanyak 42 orang dengan sample sebanyak 21 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Fisher Exact Test. Hasil penelitian bahwa sebagian besar orang tua memiliki pola asuh otoriter sebanyak 15 responden (71,4%) dan sebagian besar siswa kelas 1 tidak mengalami disleksia yaitu sebanyak 11 responden (52.4%). Berdasarkan hasil  uji Fisher Exact Test dengan nilai taraf signifikan α = 0.05 diperoleh hasil Ï = 0.012, maka H1 diterima, jadi terdapat hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan disleksia pada siswa sekolah dasar. Pola asuh orang tua sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan belajar pada anak. Oleh sebab itu, pola asuh yang tepat dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap anak, khususnya dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar
