Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Asyiyah Bojonegoro. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research dan Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Metode Pengumpulan data yaitu Metode Angket dan Metode Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kondisi budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Asyiyah Bojonegoro semuanya dalam kondisi baik. Budaya organisasi, Komitmen dan Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi, Komitmen organisasi, dan Motivasi kerja dan Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi Komitmen dan Motivasi secara tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di Rumah Sakit Asyiyah Bojonegoro.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the company's strategy to improve the welfare of workers using a system of premiums in the wage of day-scale workers of UMKM on Printing Business in West Surabaya. By describing how premium wages can improve the welfare of daily laborers in the printing business of West Surabaya, especially the areas of Petemon, Manukan and Sambikerep. The researcher focuses on printing business of UMKM scale, where their business capital is small and has a small number of workers. The type of research used is descriptive by using qualitative approach. The data sources used consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The result of the research shows that printing company strategy of UMKM scale in West Surabaya especially in Petemon, Manukan and Sambikerep area in improving the welfare of daily worker using premium system besides daily wage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the significant influence on the finance of food andbeverage companies; to prove and analyze the significant influence on food and beverage companydividend policies; to prove and analyze the significant effect of dividends on the financial performanceof food and beverage companies. This type of research is causal. The population and sample in this studywere Food and beverage companies that produced 14 Indonesian Stock Exchanges in the 2012-2016period. The analysis technique in this study is path analysis. The results in this study indicate thatdecisions do not significantly affect the performance of companies in food and beverage companies thathave an influence on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016; the policy does not partiallyaffect the dividend policy in food and beverage companies that have an influence on the Indonesia StockExchange for the period 2012-2016; dividend policy on company performance in food and beveragecompanies that affect the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.Keywords: debt policy, dividend policy, company performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of systematic risk, not systematic risk of expected share return. In addition, to determine the effect of systematic risk and risk not systematic either partially or simultaneously to the expected return of shares in the formation of an optimal portfolio of LQ 45 stock index. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression. The calculator uses the SPSS program. The results of the data analysis show that among the 45 companies listed in the LQ-45 index that meet the criteria in the formation of an optimal portfolio viewed from systematic risk and systematic risk there are only six companies. The six companies are PT AKRA Corporindo Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk so as to obtain optimal portfolio of shares of 57. Systematic risk and risk not systematically partially significant effect on the expected return of stock in forming optimal portfolio of LQ-45 stock index. Systematic risk and systematic risk are not simultaneously significant to the expected return of stock in forming an optimal portfolio of LQ 45 stock index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the profitability of liquidity in companies in theIndonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. Then to prove and analyze the profitability of thecapital structure of the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. Next is toprove and analyze the capital structure of liquidity in companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2012-2016. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 6Cosmetic Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The results in this studyindicate the profitability of the capital structure of companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2012-2016; liquidity towards the capital structure of companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchangefor the period 2012-2016; profitability is not towards the attitude of the company on the Indonesia StockExchange for the period 2012-2016.Keywords: profitability, liquidity, capital structure

Abstract

This study aims to directly or indirectly transformational leadership, motivation and partial employee work towards employee performance. Furthermore, to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation and partial work spirit on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Government. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which is the technique of sampling data with certain data. The sample in this study is because echelon II is 30 people. The results showed that transformational leadership style and work motivation were not significant to employee performance, while work motivation significantly affected the performance of Bojonegoro District Government employees. Transformationality leadership style cannot provide significant results on the performance of employees in the Bojonegoro District Government community. Motivation cannot provide significant results on the performance of employees in the Bojonegoro District Government. Transformational leadership style and work motivation are not significant to performance through spirit of work. Work motivation has a greater impasse on performance through a spirit of transformational work. Keywords: transformational leadership style, work motivation, spirit of work, performance

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 150 employees. The purpose of this study is 1). To find a description of the organizational culture, work environment, work experience and employee performance of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 2). To prove and analyze whether organizational culture, work environment and work experience simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 3). To prove and analyze whether the organizational culture, work environment and work experience partially and significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 4). To analyze which variables among the organizational culture, work environment and work experience have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.The results showed that 1). Simultaneously, organizational culture, work environment and work experience responded very well by respondents so that it has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis. 2). Partially, organizational culture, work environment and work experience responded very meaningfully / very well by employees so that it has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis. 3). Work experience has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis.

Abstract

This research was conducted St Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch, with a total sample of 57 people. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out how the description of compensation assistance, work motivation, and work performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch; 2) To support and analyze participation in the provision of compensation and work motivation on employee work performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch; 3) To support and analyze compensation complaints, work motivation and organizational work simultaneously on the work performance of employees at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch. Data analysis using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research. The results showed that: 1) Compensation (X1) at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch can be expressed according to employee expectations, namely the existence of all kinds of rewards in the form of money such as salaries, various benefits, THR, incentives, commissions and others. Motivation (X2) of employees at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch, have had such a strong drive, desire or interest in them to achieve organizational goals. This system of shared meaning already has a number of key characteristics that the Sumenep Branch of the Bank Jatim organization is upholding; 2) Simultaneously, Compensation and Motivation have a significant influence on Employee Performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch.
