Abstract

Diversity in Indonesia is a gift from God, including religious differences. This difference sometimes become conflicts in the community, for example the conflict in Poso, Ambon, Wamena and others, but not all different regions always have conflicts. Instead of, it looks safe, peaceful, and harmonious therefore the researcher is interested in examining this diversity. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the harmonization of socio-cultural interactions and the causes of socio-cultural interactions in the village of Lolibu. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of determining informants is by purposive sampling, and the technique of data collection is done by observation participant, indepth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques are done by (1) data reduction, (2) presentation, (3) verification. The results of this study indicate that socio-cultural interaction between religious communities in Lolibu Village, can be described as follows: First, the harmonization of social-cultural interactions between religious communities such as, the existence of regional ties, mutual respect and respect between religious adherents, the harmonization of the birocrate of Lolibu Village. Second, factors that cause of social and cultural interactions between religious communities such as traditional and cultural units, mutual cooperation (Pohamba-hambai), and marriage.Keywords: Harmonization, social, culture, religious people, Lolibu village

Abstract

In the current post-pandemic era, the creativity of MSME actors is required so that the economy immediately rises, this is aimed at stabilizing the economic sector after almost 3 years of being hit by a pandemic. Increasing the level of creativity in sales must also be accompanied by an increase in the number of productions made, one of which is SMEs making fresh drinks from young coconuts. From the results of observations of SMEs in Banyuwangi district, especially in the business of making jelly. a young coconut seller can afford 16 seconds to two minutes at a time coconuts with the shape of one fruit and the other not being uniform. If within 10 minutes consumers come as many as 42 people or more to order young coconuts. So the peeling ability with the above time, is not comparable to the arrival of consumers, it makes consumers wait a long time and makes sellers want to peel quickly to meet consumer needs and will affect the shape of young coconuts that will be served to be unattractive. For this reason, a machine is designed that can help peel young coconut skin more quickly as a substitute for human labor, which in turn can increase the efficiency of young coconut peeler, both in terms of speed, power, production amount, to the safety factor of the peeler machine. So that consumer needs are met more quickly and more attractively to be presented. The methods used in this research are Phase 1 Needs Survey, Phase 2 Design, Phase 3 Prototype, Phase 4 Prototype Testing. From the test results, the frequency variation is 37 Hz, 44 Hz, 58 Hz. From the 3 variations found a frequency of 60 Hz which gets smooth and maximum stripping results.

Abstract

Revolusi teknologi digital telah menghadirkan transformasi fundamental dalam pelayanan publik, dengan artificial intelligence (AI) sebagai katalisator utama perubahan. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi AI dalam konteks pelayanan publik, menganalisis dampak, tantangan, dan strategi optimalisasi melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Studi ini menggunakan metode analisis konten dan tematik terhadap publikasi ilmiah, laporan pemerintah, dan dokumen kebijakan teknologi dalam rentang waktu 2014-2024. Hasil kajian mengungkapkan delapan area kunci implementasi AI dalam pelayanan publik, meliputi chatbot cerdas, otomasi pemrosesan dokumen, analisis prediktif, sistem pengenalan biometrik, manajemen keluhan, integrasi smart city, pelayanan kesehatan, dan personalisasi layanan. Implementasi AI telah menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi administratif, dengan beberapa institusi mencatat pengurangan waktu layanan dan peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat. Kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi kompleksitas tantangan implementasi AI, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, keamanan data, kesenjangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan kerangka regulasi yang belum komprehensif. Strategi optimalisasi yang diusulkan mencakup investasi berkelanjutan, pengembangan kapasitas SDM, manajemen perubahan, kerangka kebijakan adaptif, dan pembangunan kultur inovasi digital. Temuan menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital pelayanan publik melalui AI membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang memperhatikan aspek teknologi, sosial, dan etika.

Abstract

Di era modern seperti sekarang ini hampir semua orang memiliki smartphone-nya sendiri. Dengan adanya smartphone dapat memudahkan seseorang dalam melakukan aktivitas karena memiliki fitur aplikasi yang mudah diakses  sehingga waktu yang digunakan semakin cepat dan mudah. Tujuan pengabdian ini melakukan pengisian formulir self essessment kepada mahasiswi keperawatan STIKes YPAK Padang sebagai pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Pengisian formulir dilakukan dengan cara Scan QR-Code melalui smartphone dan melakukan pengisian data self essessment yang terdiri dari nama, tanggal pengisian, serta pertanyaan mengenai apa yang dilakukan 14 hari terakhir. Dari setiap pertanyaan tersebut diberikan nilai skor dan didapatkan hasil resiko covid-19 jika 0 = Resiko Kecil, 1-4 = Resiko Sedang dan 5 = Resiko Besar. Dari hasil pantauan pengisian formulir self essessment yang dilakukan sebanyak 11 orang mahasiswi keperawatan STIKes YPAK Padang beresiko Sedang dengan skor tertinggi hanya 3. Pengisian formulir self essessment ini diharapkan dapat dilakukan sebagai pencegahan penularan covid-19.

Abstract

In general, the design of the young coconut peeler machine is to use an induction motor that still uses a manual system to turn the tool on and off, so it is not efficient in the production process of peeling young coconut. The speed of the induction motor can be adjusted by changing the frequency, therefore a Variable Speed ​​Drive (VSD) is needed which aims to regulate the rotational speed of the induction motor. As the controller of the Variable Speed ​​Drive (VSD), the compiler uses a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). From the description of the background above, a young coconut peeler based on PLC and HMI was designed. This system uses PLC control as a control for variations in the rotation speed of the motor, so that the rotation of the induction motor can be controlled as needed, in this tool an HMI system is applied which functions as an interface display from the operator to the peeler. In this study using 4 stages, namely (1) a needs survey, (2) designing (3) prototypes, (4) testing prototypes. In the trial results, the simulation of the coconut peeler design went well by using low, medium, high speed variations using the human marchine interface as the display of the variable speed button, while the PLC as the control machine.)
