Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher in improving the morals of students at MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang, to describe the morals of students at MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang, to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for moral development at MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The role of the teacher at MTs Al-urwatul wutsqo is the role of the moral creed teacher as a communicator, motivator and mentor. The communicator looks familiar to the students and the teacher. The motivator can be seen from every time the teacher always gives encouragement to do good, both ukrowi and worldly motivation in the form of praise. As a mentor, it can be seen that the teacher always reminds students, for example, if there is student misbehavior, the teacher must guide students in a good direction so that they do not deviate from Shari'a.’at-syar’adhere to Islam and motivate students not to do that again. Morals that appear are commendable morals. Examples of not exaggerating, good behavior, humble, knowledgeable, charitable, honest, true to promises, istiqamah, steadfast, courageous, patient, grateful. The supporting factors are the Madrasah environment, namely the pesantren, curriculum,. The inhibiting factors are the different backgrounds of students, the home environment of students, and the lack of awareness in students.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an educational approach that aims to create justice and equality in a multicultural environment. This research aims to analyze the importance of inclusive education in achieving justice and equality amidst an increasingly diverse cultural and ethnic society. This study uses the library method using qualitative research typeso obtained from journal, articles and books related to the object of research. The results of this study indicate inclusive education brings significant benefits to individuals and society as a whole. In an inclusive environment, individuals with differences in abilities or disabilities can learn alongside their peers, resulting in mutual understanding, tolerance, and friendship. Moreover, inclusive education reduces stigmatization and discrimination, enabling individuals to fully contribute to a fair and equal society. To achieve inclusive education, collaborative efforts from all stakeholders are required. The education system needs to make changes in policies, teaching practices, and assessments to ensure fair recognition and access for all individuals. Inclusive education also requires ongoing training and development for teachers and school staff to be able to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Abstract

the purpose of this study is to find out the role of the local religion teacher in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. the research method uses qualitative research, with data collection techniques documentation, interviews and observations, data analysis techniques using descriptive analytics. The role of teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an consists of 3 aspects: first, the teacher as a guide. Second, teachers as workers who lead.  Third, the teacher as the class administrator, and the class manager. Fourth, teachers as motivators of religious educators can provide encouragement to students and sincere intentions because of Allah SWT in learning. accompany, direct and always supervise. The inhibiting factor for the role of Religious Local Content teachers in improving the ability to read the Quran is electronics such as cellphones which always make children lazy to read the Quran. In addition, another inhibiting factor is society when students choose the wrong way to get along.

Abstract

Islamic education is the process of fostering, nurturing and teaching students, so that they can always understand and know Islam as a whole and practice it and teach it, meaning that Islamic education aims to produce generations of Muslims who always believe and fear God and have good morals and are able and skilled in social life. Abdul Malik Fadjar's general thinking shows that Islamic education thinking must show fundamental changes and improvements in the system and management of Islamic education to achieve quality education goals that can mobilize all educational resources, which are taken from Abdul Mallik Fadjar's thinking. Based on the results of the study, the values contained in Islamic education according to Abdul Malik Fadjar are to form students to develop as a generation of khaih ummah, faith and devotion, mature in attitude, have independent thinking and spirit, creative, dynamic and noble character.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To describe the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing acts of bullying through daily habits at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung (2) To describe the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing acts of bullying through classroom learning at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung (3) To describe the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing acts of bullying through learning outside the classroom at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung. The design of this study uses a qualitative approach study research. The location studied was SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that: (1) Teacher strategy Islamic Religious Education in preventing acts of bullying through daily habits at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung, by creating religious programs and setting an example for students, (2) Teacher strategies Islamic Religious Education in preventing acts of bullying through learning in the classroom at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung, by conducting moral education and embedding the story of the Prophet in learning activities, and (3) Teacher strategies Islamic Religious Education in preventing acts of bullying through learning outside the classroom at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung by creating a positive school climate, providing anti-bullying insights, giving reprimands and sanctions to children who commit acts of bullying, advising children with an emotional approach and notifying the families involved.
