Abstract

The background of this research is that the warm-up for sports or physical education is always done by running around the field. The essence of warming up attempts to prepare physiologically and psychologically to be ready for higher activities. This research has made a real contribution to the development of warm-up activities, which were previously carried out by simply running around the field. The purpose of this research is to produce several game models that can be used as an alternative for warming up. The research design uses development research in sequence, problem exploration, design preparation, expert trials, student trials, small-scale trials, large-scale trials. The design was consulted with physical education lecturers and teachers, student trials were conducted on sports coaching education students, small-scale trials were conducted on sports coaching students, large-scale trials were conducted on elementary and junior high school students. Five types of heating were developed, and the achievement of the heating results was measured by pulse. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the study, five game designs were arranged (1,2,3,4 and 5), the results of small-scale trials stated that the pulse had entered the exercise pulse. Tests on students mean that all games have reached the pulse of practice. It was concluded that these five games based on a series of trials were declared feasible and could be used for warm-up activities.

Abstract

Climbing Fish (Anabas testudineus) BLOCH culture is very potencial to be depelop.  One of the critical succes factors is the succes of cultivition is the availability of good a seeds in sufficient quantities and sustainable.  Temperature is one of the factors that influence the hatch ability of eggs. The experiment used a completly randomized design (CRD) method, consisting of three treatment and three replications. The order of treatment was A 26°C, B 28°C and C 30°C. The result of research for each treatment A, B and C indicate that avarage of hatching rate ware 96,53%, 98,33% and 99,31%. Data analysis uses variance test (ANOVA). The result showed the temperature significantly. Result of water quality measurement at each treatment is pH 7,61 – 7,67 and 7,63 – 7,79. DO 4,35ppm – 5,09ppm and 4,55ppm – 4,19ppm. Ammonia 0,01ppm and 0,01ppm – 0,1ppm

Abstract

The water quality of the Malas River, a tributary of the Kapuas River, tends to decline due to human activities such as plantations, agriculture, and settlements. This study aims to analyze the water quality and pollution load capacity (PLC) of the Malas River in Sekadau Hilir District. This study was conducted for 8 months (April to November 2025) using the Mass Balance Method stipulated by the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 110 of 2003. This method was chosen because of its ability to comprehensively integrate water quality, flow, and pollution source data. Water sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique for the analysis of TSS, BOD5, COD, and Total Nitrogen parameters. The results of the analysis of the river's water pollution load capacity showed the Pollution Load Capacity (BPM) values for the TSS, BOD5, COD, and Total Nitrogen parameters. After being simulated with the planned discharge of palm oil mill wastewater (POME) from PT. Agro Plankan Lestari (APL) as a significant source of pollution found that the Malas River's water pollution load capacity has not been exceeded for all tested parameters based on Class II water quality standards (PP 22 of 2021). These results serve as the basis for considerations regarding river water utilization according to its capacity.
