Abstract

This study aims to determine the resistance of catfish to different concentrations of liquid waste based on the survival value of catfish for 72 hours of observation with the experimental research method using a completely randomized design with three treatments and three replications. Treatment A concentration of tofu liquid waste is 3%, treatment B has tofu liquid waste concentration is 5% and Treatment C has 7% tofu liquid waste concentration. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the Hi hypothesis was accepted, namely that different concentrations of tofu liquid waste had a very significant effect on the survival of catfish with the best survival rate in treatment A of 76.66% with a liquid waste level of 3% while higher levels of tofu waste would have a survival effect. which occurred in treatment B (tofu waste content 5%) with a survival rate of 44.33%) and the lowest survival rate in treatment C (tofu liquid waste 7%) with a survival rate of 26.67%. at the optimal limit for catfish, which is between 25.0 – 27.5oC. The pH value of water 5 is acidic, this pH value is below the optimal range for catfish. The results of the BOD measurement ranged from 278 – 624 mg/L, this value was above the optimal BOD range. The TDS value of 314 – 336 ppm is still within the tolerance limit of catfish.

Abstract

Catfish (Pangasius hypopthalmus) culture is very potencial to be develop. One of the critical success factors is the success of cultivition is the availability of good a seeds in sufficient quantities and sustainable. Temprature is one of the factors that influence the hatch ability of eggs. The experiment used a completly randomized design (CRD) method, consisting of three treatments and three replications. The order of treatment was A 27˚C, B 29˚C dan C31˚C. The result of research for each treatment A, B, and C indicate that avarage of hatching rate ware 67%, 68% and 71%. Data analysis uses variance test (ANOVA). The result showed the temperature did not significantly

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of temperature and different stocking densities and their interaction on the survival rate of reared tilapia larvae. The method used in this study is an experimental method using 2 x 3 factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 replications. The treatment applied in this study was a combination of different temperatures and stocking densities, where: A: The main treatment was temperature, including A1: 28oC, A2: 300C. B : The main treatments were stocking density, including: B1: stocking density of 15 fish/L, B2: stocking density of 20 fish/L, B3: stocking density of 25 fish/L. The results of survival studies on tilapia larvae in each treatment combination showed that treatment A1B1 had a survival of 97.33%, and treatment A1B2 97.00%, treatment A1B3 96.80%, followed by treatment A2B1 93.33%, treatment A2B2 92.00% and treatment A2B3 91.20%. However, from the ANOVA results, the treatment of the main factor A (temperature) and the main factor B (stocking density) as well as the interaction of the two factors A (temperature) and B (stocking density) did not have a significant effect

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different incubation temperature on hatching time Pangasius hypophthalmus Eggs. A completly randomized design is used this study with 3 different treatments and 3 replication. The treatments were A (27˚C), B (29˚C) and C (31˚C). The result of this study for each treatment A, B, and C indicated that average of hatching time were A 19.99 hours, B 19.08 hours and C 18.22 hours. Abstract

Climbing Fish (Anabas testudineus) BLOCH culture is very potencial to be depelop.  One of the critical succes factors is the succes of cultivition is the availability of good a seeds in sufficient quantities and sustainable.  Temperature is one of the factors that influence the hatch ability of eggs. The experiment used a completly randomized design (CRD) method, consisting of three treatment and three replications. The order of treatment was A 26°C, B 28°C and C 30°C. The result of research for each treatment A, B and C indicate that avarage of hatching rate ware 96,53%, 98,33% and 99,31%. Data analysis uses variance test (ANOVA). The result showed the temperature significantly. Result of water quality measurement at each treatment is pH 7,61 – 7,67 and 7,63 – 7,79. DO 4,35ppm – 5,09ppm and 4,55ppm – 4,19ppm. Ammonia 0,01ppm and 0,01ppm – 0,1ppm

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the water quality parameters and identify non-pathogenic diseases as indicators of fish health in the Mali-Mali Village Watershed (DAS). The method employed was a survey conducted at the Mali-Mali Village Watershed in Banjar Regency, South        Kalimantan. Water quality samples were collected using purposive sampling at observation   stations located upstream, midstream, and downstream of the Mali-Mali Village Watershed.  The parameters of temperature, pH, and DO were within ranges that supported the cultivation of Nile tilapia in fish cages at the Mali-Mali Village Watershed. However, the parameters of Ammonia and BOD were at levels that did not support the cultivation of Nile tilapia in fish cages at the Mali-Mali Village Watershed. Generally, no clinical symptoms of non-pathogenic diseases were found

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap perempuan dalam Perkara Wali Adhal di Pengadilan Agama Kota Palopo dalam Putusan Nomor: 84/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Plp. Jenis penelitian ini adalah hukum empiris dengan pendekatan ilmu hukum. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak perempuan yang ingin menikah, namun terhalang karena walinya yang adhal. Maka dapat mengajukan permohonan wali adhal di Pengadilan Agama sebagai salah satu berkas yang nantinya dimintai oleh pihak Kantor Urusan Agama, untuk melengkapi berkas pengajuan nikah. Dan hal ini dilindungi oleh hukum serta dipertimbangkan juga ditetapkan oleh hakim.

Abstract

The waters of the Tatah Bangkal swamp have an important ecological and economic role, especially as a habitat for various fish species. However, the entry of domestic waste can cause changes in water quality and have an impact on the survival of aquatic biota. This study aims to determine the impact of domestic waste on water quality and the diversity of fish species in the waters of the Tatah Bangkal Swamp RT 34, Kelayan Timur Village, Banjarmasin City. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Observations were carried out for 15 days with water quality parameters observed ex situ including Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and ammonia (NH3), while temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), and pH were observed in situ. In addition, interviews with local people were conducted to determine changes in fish species in the waters. The results showed that the water temperature ranged from 27.2–27.6°C with a pH of 7.63–9.09. BOD values ​​range from 16.89–17.57 mg/L, COD 17.85–21.53 mg/L, DO 1.13–1.40 mg/L, and NH3 0.3–0.8 mg/L. Based on Class III water quality standards in PP No. 22 of 2021, several water quality parameters do not meet the standards, especially pH, BOD, and DO. Interviews with the community showed that since 2016 there has been a decline in fish catches, including the loss of local species such as papuyu fish (Anabas testudineus) and catfish (Oxyeleotris marmorata). This decline is thought to be caused by water pollution from domestic waste and the dominance of invasive species, such as catfish (Pterygoplichthys spp.)

Abstract

This study describes the development of Booklets as Arabic learning media in maharah kitabah to improve students' ability to write Arabic, especially in mufradat. The purpose of this writing is to be a solution to the problem of learning Arabic, especially in maharah kitabah, namely the weak ability of students to write each mufradat, be it in the letter itself or even the mufradat sentence directly. This research uses the development research method, which is a process in developing and validating products, with the ADDIE model which goes through several stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research focuses on media development for maharah kitabah. Maharah kitabah is one of the maharah that is considered the most difficult, because it expresses thoughts through writing, so students need these writing exercises. The results of this booklet media development show that students feel happy when learning kitabah using this booklet media.
