Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Work Training and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bekasi People's Heritage Village office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 46 people. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method (census) where all members of the population are sampled. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and processing them using the SPSS version 27 application. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of the research show that in the partial test (t) the training variable has an effect on employee performance with t count 3.537 > t-table 2.01669 and sig value. 0.001 < 0.05, the work discipline variable influences employee performance with a calculated t value of 6.176 > 2.01669 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the results of the simultaneous test (F) of the training and work discipline variables influence employee performance with a calculated F value of 27.738 > F-table 3.21 and sig.0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Knowledge of technology, employee competence, and leadership is important for the company, so that its use needs to be managed properly in the context of improving the company's operational performance. The research aims to determine the effect of technology, employee competence and leadership on operational performance at Madura Offshore gas production facility PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco, Tbk. The research is quantitative research method with analysis techniques for hypothesis testing using Smart PLS version 3.3.7. Population used 100 person who all of responden are employees at Madura Offshore gas production facility PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco, Tbk. The research results show that technology, employee competence and leadership have effect on operational performance. It reflects that the better technology, employee competence and leadership will make better operational performance to achieve company goals.

Abstract

The research aims to measure the performance of manage service project at PT.X which is run at one of the state-owned banks in Indonesia with a balanced scorecard approach. It was conducted by measuring the level of project performance against the four performance perspectives in the balanced scorecard, namely the customer perspective, financial perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and development perspective. The research is a qualitative descriptive research. The primary data are the results of interviews and observations, and the results of a survey conducted by PT.X project management which are used to measure the performance of the customer perspective and the learning and development perspective and the internal business process perspective. While the measurement of financial performance using data from interviews and observations and data processing. Informants at the research were project workers from the project director level to the team leader. Research results show that the overall performance of PT.X's managed service projects is in good condition but still cannot reach the SLA achievement target and project billing of 100%. On the customer's perspective shows the performance of "Good". The measurement results from a financial perspective show a "Good" performance where the project's financial performance shows that it is quite economical and efficient but not yet effective. The results of measurement and analysis of performance from the perspective of internal business processes show “good” performance with a note that the number of technicians is needed and the provision of backup devices is needed. The results of the measurement and analysis of performance from a learning and development perspective show a "good" performance with a note the need for OSH training for field workers and leadership for team leaders. Finally, the research prove that the balanced scorecard can be used in analyzing project performance and is able to provide strategic proposals with 4 perspectives.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and morale on the performance of CV. Harapan Baru Bekasi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Where the object is the employees of CV. Harapan Baru Bekasi. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique (census), namely all members of the population are used as samples, a total of 50 employees of CV. Harapan Baru Bekasi. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of CV. Harapan Baru Bekasi (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of CV. Harapan Baru Bekasi (3) morale has a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of CV. Harapan Baru Bekasi and (4) compensation, motivation, and morale simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance employees of CV. Harapan Baru Bekasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Bekasi Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. JNE Bekasi Timur. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. JNE Bekasi Timur, (2) karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) secara simultan, lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 126.757 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.0000 < 0.05, serta (4) pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan tergolong sangat kuat, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.837 atau 83,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT TAM Property Group. Jenis penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden, menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dengan SPSS 26 digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : 1. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2. Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3. Secara simultan, lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT TAM Property Group.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence outpatient loyalty at Ananda Bekasi Hospital with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a causal research survey approach. This research was conducted at Ananda Bekasi Hospital with a total sample of 257 outpatients from an average patient population per month of 5,000 people served by outpatient services. The data analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of the SMART PLS 4.0 Application and the SPSS Version 25 Application to carry out research data analysis. In this study, instrument testing was carried out by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, outer models, inner models and hypothesis testing.
