Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know contextual interpretation and learning in education . This study uses a library research method, namely research analyzing written literature in the form of books and scientific journals as the main source, Contextual interpretation, namely the method used to study the Koran not only from the text, but also from language, historical background , sociology, and amtropology in accordance with the life and developments prevailing in the Arab nation and various approaches through it. The paradigm of contextual interpretation is the thoughts of Fazul Rahman, Abdullah Saeed, and Sahiron Samsudin. The implication of the interpretation of the Koran in the realm of education is the relationship or linkage of contestual interpretations in the realm of education, one of which is contextual learning. Learners to understand social conditions and then contextualize knowledge with social conditions. If in the Qur'an using contextual interpretation, in the field of education when learning uses contextual learning.

Abstract

Abstract

Islamic religious education should not only be a process of transmitting material, but far from that, it should be integrated into the personality and become a guide in daily activities. Fazlur Rahman is one of the Muslim scholars wrote his thoughts on the modernity of Islamic education. His ideas include the basis of Islamic education, namely the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah, the aim of Islamic education is to form a morally and intellectually complete human being, the education system integrates general knowledge and religion. Educational curriculum with a double movement and language mastery. The writing method is descriptive analysis with a library research approach. Analyze data collected through books or scientific journals, then describe it. The results of his research are that Fazlur Rahman's thoughts have relevance to Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) which use integrated learning methods. Abstract

Cognitive theory is classified as a theory that plays an important role in the development of educational theory, but there are still few educational practitioners who understand the concept of cognitive theory. At the beginning of the 15th century H , Muslim scientists strengthened the spirit to return to Islamic teachings based on the Al-Quran and Hadith. So it is not impossible if modern learning theories exist in the Qur'an and Hadith, or at least find their equivalent. So that western concepts can be juxtaposed with concepts based on the Qur'an and Hadith . The purpose of this study is to dissect the actual concept of cognitive learning theory in the perspective of Islamic education . The method used is library research , namely library research by collecting literature that talks about cognitive learning theory and Islamic education. The result of the research is that the cognitive theory of Islamic education perspective focuses on the ability to think, should pay attention to the physical and psychological development of students, focus their attention on the process of transmitting knowledge and educators play a very important role in the cognitive growth of students.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of Abraham Maslow's hierarchical motivation theory in order to improve lecturer performance at IAIN Bone. Every human being has their own reasons why they can be motivated to do something. And one of them is because their needs must be met. Fulfillment of human needs something important. This can affect a person's performance in carrying out the task. The theory of motivation that is very popular used is the theory of the hierarchy of needs initiated by Abraham Maslow. The hierarchy of needs in question includes five needs, namely physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. These five needs must be met sequentially, starting from the most basic, namely physiological needs to the highest needs, namely the need for self-actualization. For the results of this study, Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs motivational theory has been fulfilled and has been implemented properly. This certainly has an impact on improving lecturer performance, carrying out tasks better, being more focused, more confident and more progress. This research includes qualitative research. Data obtained by interview and documentation.
