Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy and profitability on debt policy in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2022. This type of research is quantitative research, the population in this study is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2022 and selected using purposive sampling techniques, so that a sample of 12 companies that meet the criteria is obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis method. This research found that dividend policy has an influence on debt policy and profitability has no influence on debt policy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of school image, service quality, and teacher performance on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 4 Halmahera Utara. Student satisfaction is a key indicator in assessing the success of educational services in schools. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to students. The respondents consist of 93 students from grades X, XI, and XII, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that school image, service quality, and teacher performance simultaneously have a significant effect on student satisfaction. Partially, each of these variables also shows a positive and significant influence. These findings confirm that the better the school image, the quality of service, and the performance of teachers, the higher the level of student satisfaction. This serves as an important input for schools in their efforts to improve the overall quality of educational services.

Abstract

Perekonomian Indonesia saat ini ditandai dengan pertumbuhan pesat sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). NTB, sebagai salah satu provinsi di Indonesia, memiliki karakteristik ekonomi dan sosial yang unik, khususnya di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Wilayah ini memiliki potensi besar di sektor pariwisata, pertanian, dan kerajinan tangan, di mana UMKM memainkan peran penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan PP No. 55 Tahun 2022, kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah, dan pemahaman perpajakan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pajak UMKM di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, NTB. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada pelaku usaha dengan omzet kurang dari Rp500.000.000 di industri kuliner pada tahun 2023, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 50 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner atau survei. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan PP No. 55 Tahun 2022, kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah, dan pemahaman perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pajak UMKM di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kebijakan yang lebih baik, peningkatan kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah, serta pemahaman perpajakan yang lebih baik dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pajak UMKM.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap guru SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri “Boarding School” Dau Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel atau responden didalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang guru. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yaitu koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas guru.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth in the pandemic covid-19: Case Study of Healthy Companies. The quantitative research category encompasses this study. The population studied was health companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) throughout the period 2020 to 2022. The sample in this study was 14 companies obtained using the purposive sampling method so that the total data was 42 financial reports. The analysis techniques used are linear regression, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests and autocorrelation tests, as well as hypothesis testing using the t test. The findings of this research partially show that the Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin variables have a significant influence on Profit Growth. Meanwhile, Current Ratio has no significant effect on Profit Growth.
