Abstract

Loyalty is a customer's attachment to a product or service, measured by repeat purchases. Customer loyalty has an important role in the company. Maintaining them means improving financial performance and maintaining the viability of a company. This is the main reason for a company to attract and retain customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the agent's strategy in forming customer trust and loyalty towards repurchase intentions. To clarifyy thesee problems in depth and comprehensively, the researchers used qualitativee researchh withh data colllection methods inn thee formm of interviews andd observations. Basedd onn thee resultss of the studyy indicate thatt thee strategy to maintain customer loyalty at PT Sun Life Financial Unit Syariah Medan Branch can be said to be in accordance with the strategy in general. But in reality there are several strategies that fail to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine insurance claim procedures and decision making process for insurance claims for Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera products in minimizing life and investment risks in PT Sun Life Financial Syariah Medan Branch. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, literature and documentation at PT Sun Life Financial Syariah Medan Branch. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for submitting Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera insurance claims is not difficult. If a participant submits a claim, first understand the conditions required by Sun Life. And if the participant submits a claim by filling out the form honestly and the completeness of the files is in accordance with PT Sun life's requirements, the claim will be approved and the claims department has a standard claim process of 14 working days for complete every incoming claim with a record that all requirements and documents have been fulfilled. Claims can be postponed if there is a shortage of documents, the company will ask 8participants to complete the data, as a result, claims will be postponed before everything is done complete. But claims can be rejected if irregularities are found, no right, and other causes that are not allowed in insurance.

Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility of items using the Anates V4 application which helps teachers to find out the quality of questions that have been made whether they meet the criteria for good questions to be tested with more effective and efficient time or need to be revised to become good questions. By utilizing the Anates application, it can help teachers to find out how good the questions that have been made, as well as measure the knowledge of students in mastering the material. The method used in this research is quantitative to determine the effect of using the Anates V4 application on the analysis of multiple choice questions of HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills). The data source used comes from primary data through filling out tests containing multiple choice questions of HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) on Professional Ethics Elements in Accounting and Financial Institutions. According to the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that some of the questions used are feasible enough to be tested on students, of course by paying attention to some questions that are not good or the quality of the checker is not functioning, so revisions or improvements must be made. Suggestions for further research are to expand the sample by involving more schools through various backgrounds both social, economic, and geographical to increase the generalization of research results.
