Abstract

This study aims to see whether there are differences in sales made by offline/conventional and online MSMEs to discover alternative media transactions to survive and increase sales during the COVID-19 period. This research is an exploratory study on MSMEs players who sell Rujak Sentir at Simpang Jodoh, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang District, Indonesia. The data source in this research is primary data by collecting data using a questionnaire on 50 samples of Rujak Sentir MSMEs merchants. Data were analyzed using statistical descriptive analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The final analysis of data shows that the apply of online applications can be an alternative for MSMEs in maintaining and improving performance throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The usage of this research practice is to give input to related parties regarding other options that can be utilized by enterprises throughout the Coronavirus widespread so that in the future, MSMEs are ready to face uncertainties that arise due to external factors. In addition to this, this research will be a recommendation regarding technical guidance that can be carried out by the local government in fostering MSMEs.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan mendampingi BUM Desa mitra yang ada di Desa Bah Kerapuh Kecamatan Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai agar dapat menyusun dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan sesuai Permendes Nomor 3 dengan menggunakan teknologi sederhana. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2021 oleh tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari 4 orang dosen dari Politeknik Negeri Medan, 2 orang mahasiswa dari program studi akuntansi 1 orang mahasiswa dari program studi Magister Terapan Sistem Informasi (MTSIA) Politeknik Negeri Medan, serta bekerjasama dengan Forum Akademisi dan Praktisi Desa Bersama BUM Desa Cemara Asri yang terdiri darim pengelola BUM Desa, Pendamping Desa dan Tenaga Ahli (TA) Desa. Materi yang disampaikan pada kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini yaitu menyusun laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis excel yang disebut elka-BUMDes. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pengelola BUM Desa Cemara Asri dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai Permendes Nomor 3 Tahun 2021, mampu mencatat persediaan dan mampu memcatat transaksi basis akrual dan basis kas. Peningkatan kemampua dalam menyusun laporan keuangan akan menghasilkan laporan keungan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya rasio kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam menjalankan kewajiban perpajakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan  wajib pajak orang pribadi  non karyawan dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan. Faktor-faktor yang diperkirakan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi adalah kesadaran wajib pajak, efektifitas system perpajakan, pelayanan fiskus, transparansi dan akuntabilitas . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi  non karyawan yang ada di kota Medan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah  metode survei dengan menggunakan media kuesioner.  Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,596  menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara kesadaran wajib pajak, efektifitas system perpajakan, pelayanan fiskus dan transparansi dan akuntabilitas  terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak adalah positif dan cukup kuat. Nilai R square sebesar 0,355 menyatakan bahwa kesadaran wajib pajak, efektifitas system perpajakan, pelayanan fiskus, transparansi dan akuntabilitas menjelaskan kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi non karyawan sebesar  35,5% dan sisanya 64,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Uji t (secara parsial ) kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh  terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi non karyawan.  Efektifitas system perpajakan, pelayanan fiskus dan transparansi dan akuntabilitas tidak  berpengaruh  terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi non karyawan. Secara simultan (uji F), kesadaran wajib pajak, efektifitas system perpajakan, pelayanan fiskus dan transparansi dan akuntabilitas berpengaruh  terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi non karyawan.Kata Kunci : kepatuhan, wajib pajak orang pribadi non karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pemahaman dosen Prodi D3 Perbankan dan Keuangan tentang ‘visi dan misi’ prodi perbankan dan keuangan serta relevansinya pada peningkatan kemampuan kompetensi mahasiswa prodi D3 Perbankan dan Keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara pada seluruh dosen prodi D3 Perbankan dan Keuangan. analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemahaman dosen terhadap visi dan misi dengan baik akan berdampak pada penyusunan RPS yang sesuai dengan KKNI. Kesesuaian materi ajar akan meningkatkan CPL dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kualitas lulusan prodi perbankan dan keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kemudahan dan Keamanan Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan E-Money Pada Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan”. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah Kemudahan dan Keamanan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan e-money pada Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemudahan dan Keamanan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan e-money pada mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang berasal dari sampel yaitu mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan yang menggunakan e-money. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah rumus Unknown Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kemudahan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan e-money pada mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan, 2) Keamanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan e-money pada mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan, 3) Kemudahan dan Keamanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan e-money pada mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the implementation of a cooperative institution management based on Sharia contracts within Islamic boarding schools, where, in essence, Islamic boarding schools are suitable for implementing various Sharia principles as Islamic educational institutions. This research employs a qualitative approach that is descriptive, analytical, and inductive in nature, aiming to unearth fundamental aspects of the phenomenon, reality, and experiences through data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that cooperative management can be carried out within Islamic boarding schools by empowering various Sharia contracts that have been legalized by the DSN MUI, such as Murabahah, Kafalah bil Ujrah, Qardhul Hasan, Salam, and Mudharabah contracts.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the variables that will influence the quality of village-owned enterprises’ financial statements in North Sumatra. This research defined 3 (three) variables that will influence the quality of village-owned enterprise’s financial statements: information technology, competency, and top management support. The research method for this research was quantitative mixed with the qualitative method. The data collection method was a survey with questionnaires. The population of this research was all the village-owned enterprises in North Sumatra. The random sampling method chose the sample for 33 (thirty-three) village-owned enterprises. The result of this research showed that information technology and competency did not affect the quality of the village-owned enterprises in North Sumatra. Top-management support was the variable affecting the quality of the village-owned enterprises in North Sumatra.

Abstract

Community Economic Empowerment in the Four Alleys of the Gang Iman Mosque, Bagan Deli Belawan Sub-District through the Development of Hydroponic Media is carried out to assist in increasing the community's income and economy. The container for the results of this hydroponics has been provided by the Community Service Team. Training in management, finance and marketing is also carried out by the Service Team. With this, the community's economic problems will be resolved through the sale of hydroponic plants. Training, mentoring and introduction of suppliers to Partners aims to generate income and make their free time more productive and useful for Partners in the long term. . coupled with the environmental conditions near the coast, there are frequent dead tides and ROB floods and mothers have more unproductive time. Method Approach to the community and discuss with local officials what steps are considered appropriate to solve problems and provide solutions faced by the community. With training, mentoring and supervision of the activities provided to get the right results in empowering the community's economy in the Bagan Deli Belawan environment.

Abstract

This training activity was carried out to improve student competence in completing the Final Report, especially in managing references and citing scientific papers using the Mendeley Reference Manager application. The Elsevier company developed this application, first launched in August 2008. Mendeley is a reference management software that students need to learn. A good final report must include valid reference evidence per applicable regulations. Currently, what happens in writing the Final Report of Medan State Polytechnic students, especially the Accounting Department, is that there are still several mistakes in making the bibliography or not citing the reference sources used in the scientific work; this is due to the lack of student understanding of applications that can be used to facilitate the preparation of the Final Report. Understanding how to write the final report and citing the reference source is very important to help students facilitate the writing of the final report, so it is introduced and trained to students regarding applications that can be used. With the Mendeley reference application that can be used for free, it is hoped that students can apply it in making final reports. The result of this Service Activity is an increase in knowledge, understanding, and proficiency of final-year students of the Accounting Finance and Banking Study Program using Mendeley Reference Manager to write their final report.

Abstract

This final report is about "Analysis of Credit Provisioning Procedures at PT Permodalalan Nasional Madani (PNM) ULaMM (Unit Layanan Modal Mikro) Pulo Brayan Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for granting credit at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) ULaMM (Unit Layanan Modal Mikro) Pulo Brayan Medan. Methods of data collection by interviews, observation and literature study. Then the data is compared with the existing theory. The results of this study indicate that the procedure for granting credit at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Micro Capital Service Unit (ULaMM) Pulo Brayan Medan consists of 15 stages, namely submission of documents, investigation of loan documents, 1st interview, on the spot, track checking, bi checking, taking photos of activities and place of business, place of guarantee and customer's residence, entering the results of interviews with customers into proposals, reviewing with committees, 2nd interview, 3rd interview, credit decision, signing of credit agreement, realization of credit, and channeling or withdrawing funds, while the procedure for extending credit according to theory only consists of 9 stages.
