Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses to customer relationship marketing at UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency, to find out how the level of consumer loyalty at UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency, and to find out how much influence customer relationship marketing had on consumer loyalty at UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely consumers of UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency. Sampling as many as 99 respondents in this study using a simple sampling method. The independent variable in this research is customer relationship marketing, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. The analysis used in this research includes analysis of validity test, reliability test, linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing t-test. There is a significant influence between Relationship marketing and consumer loyalty at UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency. The results of the calculation of the regression coefficients based on the research data obtained can be written in the estimated regression equation as follows Y = 0.88 + 0.48 X. The results of the calculation of the correlation value are 0.7322. This value shows the strength of the relationship between the quality of customer service and customer loyalty at UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency, Majalengka Branch. Included in the strong group. The coefficient of determination for the influence of customer service quality on consumer loyalty at UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency, Majalengka Branch was 53.61%. So 53.61% of changes in consumer loyalty at UD Sukamaju, Majalengka Regency, Majalengka Branch can be explained, while the remaining 46.39% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Human Immunodefiency Virus (HIV) merupakan kelompok retrovirus yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam menduplikasi, mencetak dan memasukkan materi genetik sehingga menyebabkan Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrom (AIDS) yang dapat melemahkan sistem kekebalan tubuh seseorang dan merupakan penyebab infeksi ikutan (oportunistik). Remaja adalah masa seseorang atau individu berada pada mobilitas sosial yang paling tinggi dan akan membuka peluang baginya untuk terpapar pada berbagai perubahan sosial, kultural, budaya, fisik maupun psikologis sehingga remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang paling berisiko mengalami penularan HIV/AIDS. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang berlokasi di SMAN 19 Pekanbaru. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu pada tanggal Rabu, 20 Maret 2024 (08.00 WIB s/d selesai). Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasional yang bersifat deskriptif dengan metode pengambilan data secara cross sectional melalui pengisian lembar kuesioner tentang HIV/AIDS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan data jenis kelamin dari total 61 responden terdapat 34 responden laki-laki dengan perolehan skor pretest sebesar 55,05% dan skor post-test sebesar 78,99%. Kemudian terdapat sebanyak 27 responden perempuan dengan perolehan skor pretest sebesar 55,68% dan skor post-test sebesar 79,99%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan di SMAN 19 Pekanbaru, penyuluhan HIV/AIDS dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMAN 19 Pekanbaru dari kategori tingkat pengetahuan kurang, naik menjadi kategori tingkat pengetahuan tinggi.

Jepitu Village is located in a karst hill area covering an area of ​​1,625.1960 km². Most of the population works as dryland farmers, gardeners, livestock breeders, and fishermen. Despite having abundant natural resources, including agricultural and marine products, local small businesses (MSMEs) face challenges in marketing their products, most of which have limited reach. To overcome this, the community service team assists in using WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business as digital marketing platforms for MSMEs in Jepitu. This training aims to improve product marketing through digital content creation and social media strategies. WhatsApp and Instagram Business offer features that facilitate customer interaction, such as automatic replies and product catalogs. This mentoring program has five stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and sustainability. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding and use of digital marketing media, expanding marketing reach and increasing sales. Abstract

The financial ratio analysis in this research is aimed at assessing the financial performance of the Yogyakarta City Government for the fiscal year 2020-2023. The research method used is descriptive-quanitative by utilizing secondary data in the form of Yogyakarta City Regional Government financial reports for 2020-2023, Budget Realization Reports, balance sheets, and Yogyakarta City PAD Recipient Details Reports. Secondary data was obtained through literature studies and published financial reports. This research uses five financial ratios, namely the independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio, harmony ratio and growth ratio.The analysis results of these five ratios show that the City of Yogyakarta has experienced improvements in several aspects of financial management, especially in the independence and effectiveness ratios. The independence ratio increased from 51% to 67%, indicating a better ability to rely on PAD. The effectiveness ratio is always above 100%, indicating the effectiveness of revenue management. The efficiency ratio is below 100%, indicating efficient use of the budget. The alignment ratio shows an increase in operational expenditure, while capital expenditure remains stable. In conclusion, the City of Yogyakarta has succeeded in maintaining financial stability and budget efficiency, but needs more attention to the allocation of capital expenditure for long-term development.Although financial implementation each year is generally in accordance with planning, budget absorption is less than optimal due to the use of a budget.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang didukung oleh infrastruktur dan regulasi yang memadai memudahkan UMKM melakukan bisnis berbasis digital. Strategi e-commerce menjadi kunci keberhasilan pengembangan bisnis berbasis digital. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi e-commerce dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Sumber data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) serta artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan E-commerce menunjukkan angka yang signifikan dan memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan daya saing UMKM seperti peningkatan omset penjualan, akses pasar menjadi lebih luas, kemudahan trasaksi, dan efisiensi biaya operasional. Akan tetapi, UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan e-commerce karena keterbatasan modal, kurangnya pelatihan, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur internet.
