Immunization is the provision of immunity against a disease and will only provide immunity or resistance to that disease, so if you need to avoid various diseases, other immunizations are needed. Immunization is very effective in preventing infectious diseases, through immunization our bodies will not be susceptible to infectious diseases (Faisal, 2021). Abstract

Adolescent individuals are often involved in conflicts and have many problems, both problems with themselves or with the environment outside themselves. Many teenagers are not ready to compensate for the changes they experience, such as physical changes, emotional levels, morals, social interactions and ways of acting and thinking. Recently, during the spread of the coronavirus, many teenagers only spend time sleeping and then wake up to study online or play gadgets. This raises concerns about changes in adolescents' conditions, especially their psychological conditions. Teenagers are preoccupied with online schooling which makes them busier in the virtual world than in the real world. This, not only causes boredom for adolescents, but also has an effect on adolescent mental health, so they need a partner who can help with the problems experienced. This community service intends to improve the degree of adolescent health by empowering adolescents through Peer Education of their own friends within the scope of the organization in the context of monitoring growth and development with tools in the form of Adolescent Health Cards (KMS) and simulations as a vehicle for empowering adolescents in improving peer counselor skills. The approach method offered to solve the problems of program partners that have been agreed upon using a survey approach, namely data collection in Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan Subdistrict with observational data collection methods by means of field observation. Implementation is carried out according to a predetermined schedule by gathering teenagers who have become members together. The results of community service have increased knowledge, attitudes, behavior of adolescents about the function of reproductive organs and trained in organization so that peer education can be formed.

Abstract

The Ministry of Health (2019) revealed that on average, 401 newborns in Indonesia die before they are one year old. The data comes from the government's latest survey, the 2020 Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (SDKI). Based on BPS data (2020), the under-five mortality rate per 1000 live births according to the age of the mother at delivery in 2017 was mostly at the age of 40-49 years (58%) and at the age of <20 years (40%). The prevalence of constipation in Indonesia is very small, in Bali in children aged 4-6 years the prevalence of constipation is 15.1%, while in children in Padang Barat Subdistrict, Padang City the constipation rate is 19.9 & with a ratio between males and females is 1.2: 1Constipation is a condition where feces harden so that it is difficult to pass through the anus, and causes a disturbed or uncomfortable feeling in the rectum. Contipation occurs at all ages, and is generally characterized by a low frequency of bowel movements (less than 3 times a week). Breastfed infants may have a bowel movement after every feeding or only once in 7-10 days (Eka, 2014). Constipation may occur due to early complementary feeding. The optimal age for starting solids is 6 months old. The recommendation for complementary feeding can be started when the baby is 4-6 months old. Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months provides many benefits for the baby and also the mother.
