Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kompetensi guru dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran. Untuk evaluasi, guru dianggap berkompeten jika dapat memahami dan menghayati teknik dan prosedur. Melakukan evaluasi untuk menghasilkan hasil evaluasi yang membantu memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian library research yang dimana data yang diambil dari website, jurnal terdahulu, serta buku-buku. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu guru sudah memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar yang di peroleh di sekolah ini juga meningkat. Kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan pembelajaran itu sendiri dibuat berdasarkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat rencana pembelajaran yang holistik. Saat mempersiapkan pelajarannya, dia mengikuti asas-asas persiapan pelajaran. Rumusan kompetensi dalam persiapan diklat praktek jelas berdasarkan kompetensi dasar dicapai, bukan hanya kurikulum, surat promes dan silabus. Kemampuannya dalam melakukan penilaian hasil belajar sudah baik. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan sesuai dengan tahapan evaluasi pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan evaluasi, pelaksanaan evaluasi, pengolahan data hasil evaluasi, dan pelaporan hasil evaluasi.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to see how the principal of MAS Alwasriya Johor manages the use of social media to increase students' learning interest. Social media is an online platform that allows people to communicate, collaborate, share, communicate, and build real social relationships. This descriptive field study used a qualitative methodology. Based on the survey results, in the 2022/2023 academic year, all MAS Al Wasriya Johor students were more active on social media, especially to upload daily activities and as a learning tool, although they often used cellphones during learning. I feel it is being used. The Principal took action, including prohibiting the use of cellphones during learning and ordering teachers to confiscate cellphones used during learning. This strategy was very effective, as evidenced by the reaction of students who left their cellphones in the classroom and secretly used social media during recess. Abstract

Framework is a group of parts or components that collaborate with each other to achieve a goal. In planning the educational and learning framework and the instructive and preparatory strategies made in the modern and military fields. The idea is reason to recognize the target of the framework. The reason is that frameworks can be regular and human. Training is more centered around character styling and improvement. While preparing emphasizes the development of training abilities carried out in a school climate, while the use of preparation is largely based on a modern climate. In this way, the standards of learning are guidelines for educators in implementing successful learning conditions. There are two attributes of the show framework approach, in particular the teaching and developing framework and experience approach to make it simple for students to learn.
