Abstract

This study is a systematic literature review aimed at describing various research findings related to students’ mathematical reasoning ability in relation to their self-efficacy levels. The method used is a systematic literature review by applying the keywords self-efficacy and reasoning ability, along with predefined inclusion criteria to select relevant articles. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were then analyzed qualitatively to draw valid and accountable conclusions. The results of the analysis reveal inconsistencies across studies regarding the influence of self-efficacy on students’ mathematical reasoning ability. Differences were also found in how varying levels of self-efficacy affect students’ performance in solving mathematical reasoning tasks. These discrepancies may stem from several factors, including sample limitations, differences in methodological approaches, the theoretical frameworks adopted, and variations in contextual field conditions. Therefore, further research is needed that involves more diverse variables and employs more comprehensive methodological designs to gain a more consistent and holistic understanding of the relationship between self-efficacy and students’ mathematical reasoning ability.

Abstract

The problem examined in this research is the uncontrolled financial behavior of students. The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in financial behavior of students with high, moderate, and low self-efficacy and to examine the effect of self-efficacy on student financial behavior. The population of this research consisted of 150 students. The sampling technique used in this research was simple random sampling, so the research sample consisted of 109 students. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research method used is ex post facto (causal-comparative). The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, pre-requisite tests consisting of normality tests, homogeneity tests, and inferential statistics such as one-way ANOVA and further tests. This research produced four research results. First, there are significant differences in students' financial behavior with low, moderate, and high self-efficacy. Second, students with moderate self-efficacy have higher financial behavior than those with low self-efficacy. Third, students with high self-efficacy have higher financial behavior than those with low self-efficacy. Fourth, students with high self-efficacy have higher financial behavior than those with moderate self-efficacy. This research concludes that self-efficacy positively and significantly affects student financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect stock prices . The variables tested in this study are profitability, leverage and managerial ownership as independent variables. The dependent variable used is stock price . The population used in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 6-20 20 as many as 25 companies. The sample in this study were 11 companies selected based on purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application.The results of this study indicate that partially profitability and managerial ownership have a significant positive effect on stock prices . Meanwhile, leverage has no effect on stock prices . Simultaneously profitability, leverage and managerial ownership have a significant effect on stock prices. .The conclusion of the research is that partially profitability and managerial ownership have a significant positive effect on stock prices , but leverage has no effect on stock prices . Simultaneously profitability, leverage and managerial ownership have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah terjadinya penurunan kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict, family work conflict, dan work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam memecahkan masalah penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 orang karyawan yang terdiri dari 32 karyawan pria dan 32 karyawan wanita. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh (total sampling), sehingga ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan wanita. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuestioner (angket). Skala penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala Liket dengan lima opsi pilihan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linear berganda, sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda, maka dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearlitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa. Pertama, work family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita PT BBC. Kedua, family work conflict berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Ketiga, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan wanita pada PT BBC. Kesimpulan, work family conflict semakin tinggi, kinerja karyawan wanita semakin menurun, sealnjutnya family work balance dan work life balance semakin tinggi, kinerja karyawan wanita tidak terlalu meningkat secara signifikan.
