Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on risky credit behavior in using paylater (survey of students in tasikmalaya city). The method used in this research is a quantitative method through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that financial literacy has a good assessment classification, financial self-efficacy has a good assessment and risky credit behavior has a good assessment classification for students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. Simultaneously financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a significant influence on risky credit behavior. Partially, financial literacy does not have a significant effect on risky credit behavior and financial self-efficacy has a significant effect on risky credit behavior in students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater.

Abstract

Studi ini bermaksud buat mengenal serta menyelidiki asosiasi pengembangan profesi, komitmen serta penampilan fungsi pekerja di tugas pembelajaran serta peradaban Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. imbas pengembangan profesi serta komitmen kepada penampilan fungsi pekerja selaku simultan di tugas pembelajaran serta peradaban Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. imbas pengembangan profesi kepada penampilan fungsi pekerja selaku parsial di tugas pembelajaran serta peradaban Kabupaten Tasikmalaya serta imbas komitmen kepada penampilan fungsi pekerja selaku parsial di tugas pembelajaran serta peradaban Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. sistem yang di maanfaatkan dalam studi ini merupakan peninjauan dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dengan ilustrasi studi 79 Aparatur biasa negeri selaku responden. keterangan yang di maanfaatkan merupakan mengenakan data pokok. perkakas analisa yang di maanfaatkan dalam studi ini merupakan regresi linier berganda dengan mengenakan aplikasi support SPSS type 25. Hasil percobaan memperlihatkan kalau pengembangan profesi punyai pengelompokan cakap, komitmen mempunyai pengelompokan cakap serta penampilan fungsi mempunyai pengelompokan amat cakap, selaku simultan membuktikan plastis yang dalam studi yakni pengembangan profesi serta komitmen mempengaruhi bermakna kepada penampilan fungsi pekerja pada tugas pembelajaran serta peradaban Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. semacam itu pula selaku parsial ada wibawa bermakna pengembangan profesi serta komitmen kepada penampilan fungsi pekerja. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen, Prestasi Kerja.

Abstract

This study is one way that can be done to find out how Investment Knowledge, Risk Perception and Return influence Stock Investment Interest (Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were Generation Z students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya who were still active in 2020-2023 and with a reference year of birth from 1995-2010 (minimum age 17 years). With a research sample of 100 respondents. This sampling technique uses the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 25. The results of the analysis show that Investment Knowledge, Risk Perception and Return simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Investment Interest. Risk Perception and Return partially have a significant effect on Stock Investment Interest. While Investment Knowledge partially does not have a significant effect on Stock Investment Interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Influence of Integrity and Professionalism on the Performance of Employees of the Local Revenue Agency of Tasikmalaya City. This study used a quantitative approach with Associative (Causal) research methods using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 47 repondents. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and digital literacy on the performance of Sumedang Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department employees. The method used was a quantitative approach with a research sample of 43 respondents, namely all employees of the Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department of Sumedang Regency. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The research results show that simultaneously Leadership Style and Digital Literacy have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Digital Literacy has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and workload on employee performance at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City. This study uses a quantitative method of descriptive analysis method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 44 respondents from Kelurahan Office employees in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used literature studies, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that job training and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Job Training partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Workload partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of SMPN 1 Kesamanah teachers. survey. With a research sample of 60 teachers as respondents to SMPN 1 Kesamanah based on 60 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously work-life balance and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the work-life balance variable has a significant effect on teacher performance, as well as the work environment variable, which partially has a significant effect on teacher performance.
