Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine factors that can increase product buying interest. Factors analyzed include UMKM product quality factors and service quality factors and see which factors are most influential. This research was conducted in the city of Tasikmalaya with UMKM subjects engaged in work including geulis, paying geulis and batik, the study population was all Tasikmalaya residents using probability sampling methods by distributing questionnaires to 120 consumers who had used / bought UMKM products. in the city of Tasikmalaya. The analytical tool used is the Regression genre. From these studies it can be seen that the factors that can increase buying interest of UMKM products in the city of Tasikmalaya are product quality factors with a significance level of 0.012 below 0.05 and significance for service quality factors equal to 0.00 below 0.05 with a level of influence of 31% can increase interest in buying UMKM products in the city of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai berkaitan dengan program Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (PTTG) di Perumahan Bumi Asri Dirgantara adalah  menghasilkan penghasilan tambahan bagi warga. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan tentang pentingnya Manajemen Bank Sampah, pengadaan peralatan yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah dan bagaimana mengolah sampah menjadi bahan yang bernilai ekonomis. Luaran dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah terbit di Jurnal Nasional tidak terakreditasi.Kata kunci: bank sampah, manajemen bank sampah

Abstract

The purpose of this article is first to find out emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism objects after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic, second to find out how high the influence of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence simultaneously on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism object after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the third is to know the effect of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partially on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism objects after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used to achieve the above objectives is an explanatory research method, the use of this method is because researchers do not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intend to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Subjects are human resources for tourism in Pangandaran beach with a sampling system. The results of this study, first, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence have a significant effect simultaneously on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects. Second, emotional intelligence does not have a partially significant effect on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects. This is if interpreted in more detail, where emotional intelligence still has an influence on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects but is very small at 1.61%. Third, intellectual intelligence has a partially significant influence on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the profit optimization model in AN-NISA Koya company by using linear programming method simplex whether there is a difference between before and after using linear programming simplex method. The main raw materials used by the company are rice and granulated sugar. The study used interview data collection techniques, library studies, and observations. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The method used in this study is the linear programming simplex method which is calculated manually and with the help of POM-QM software. Based on the results of research, it is known that with the linear programming simplex method using the helped of POM-QM software the company can optimize profits. And from comparative analysis, there is a difference between the results of data before using linear programming method simplex and after using linear programming method simplex.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotions and consumer perceptions on the decision to repurchase Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that promotion and consumer perception simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase decision for Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya. Promotions and consumer perceptions partially have a significant effect on repurchase decision for Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di perusahaan Konveksi Satria27 Tasikmalaya dan bagaimana jika ada penerapan metode EOQ di perusahaan tersebut yang berfungsi untuk meminimumkan total biaya persediaan bahan baku dengan optimal dan ekonomis pada data perusahaan tahun 2019-2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di suatu perusahaan Konveksi tepatnya di Konveksi Satria27 Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara primer, yaitu penelitian langsung ke lapangan dengan mewawancara pemilik perusahaan, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity)Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) menjelaskan bahwa total biaya persediaan bahan baku kain pada tahun 2019 yaitu Rp.2.109.593,474 dan dapat menghemat sampai Rp.7.622.750,775 dengan Frekuensi Pemesanan menjadi 6 kali, Safety Stock 17 roll. Sedangkan pada tahun 2020 yaitu Rp.2.122.755,831 dapat menghemat sampai Rp.7.709.802,006 dengan Frekuensi Pemesanan menjadi 6 kali, Safety Stock 25 roll. Dan pada tahun 2021 total persediaan bahan baku kainnya yaitu Rp.2.132.733,892 dan dapat menghemat sampai Rp.7.800.432,303 dengan Frekuensi Pemesanan menjadi 6 kali dan Safety Stock 23 roll kain.Kata Kunci:   Pengendalian Persediaan, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Persediaan Pengamanan (Safety Stock), Titik Pemesanan Kembali (Reorder Point), dan Total Biaya Persediaan (Total Inventory Cost).

Abstract

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CRM and product innovation on customer loyalty SMeS Bordir. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, with a research sample of 100 respondents and the analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that CRM and Product Innovation have a significant simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty in SMeS Bordir. CRM and Product Innovation have a significant partial effect on Customer Loyalty to SMeS Bordir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of controlling raw material inventory and production processes on product quality in MSMEs Warung Ohay Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 employees of Warung Ohay MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 40 employees. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that controlling raw material inventory and production processes simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. Partial control of raw material inventory has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. The partial production process has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company and to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company. The research method used by researchers is to use descriptive analysis. This research uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is causal. In this study, the authors conducted direct research on all Da'o Screen Printing customers to obtain data. The sample in this study was 50 people, this is based on saturated sampling technique where the population in this study was 50 people. Researchers will conduct tests using SPSS version 25. Relationship Marketing at Da'o Screen Printing company is currently in a very good classification. Da'o Screen Printing's customer loyalty is currently in a good classification because many customers maintain loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing. Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty because if the implementation of Relationship Marketing will increase customers who are loyal to the products provided by Da'o Screen Printing.
